Overcharged. I have been overcharged twice by this salon. Today I was charged $25 for a standard acrylic fill, short nail, without polish. The sign says the service is $17, although Ive been charged $15 here before since I apply my own polish. They claimed it was a cut down fee. Ive always had my nails cut down with a fill and have never been charged a fee for that.I dont appreciate business that are willing to flex their prices at a whim. Ill be finding somewhere else to go!

I felt Welcome and she gave me suggestions for my own nails. I took both daughters on Saturday they were so busy but worked them in. We love it

The service was good..but my daughter got her feet done and have been having problems with her feet ever since.

I have been to this establishment a handful of times merely to get my eyebrows waxed. The lady that did my eyebrows was not personable (no smile or hello) and she aggressively handled my face. I keep coming back because the location is convenient. They should have better customer service seeing as though people are frequenting their business. Last week was the last time, I will not be returning.

Went to Nail City this Saturday prior. Received eye lash services from Amy because I was satisfied the first time she did them. For some reason one eye was lifting and my left was secured. I called to get it fixed because she told ME if in a certain amount of days shell replace Any missing lashes. She told me to come in at 4:30. I was ONLY needing it replaced not fully done. SHE HAD ME WAITING FROM 4:20 TO 5:32. I left because I had my kids in the car WAITING and I needed to get ready fir 3rd. 10:30-6:30

Very unprofessional. Tony put nails on crooked and when I tried to tell him he said it was my fingers. The acrylic isnt even touching my cuticles very dissatisfied and will never return...40 bucks down the drain!!!

Very unprofessional, for an exception of 1 or 2 people. Holly is rude, and abrupt, Amy is always late for her appointments or working on other people during your appointment time, and Heavenly is never there. There are too many salons to wait an hour and a half for a half job.

I dont have time to spend money at a place that doesnt appreciate it. I either have to choose what services to get done because they wont do them all at once, wait a very long time for mediocre service, or they tell me they are too busy to do the services you have for. Its okay work but Ive definitely had better.

Me and my friend needed our nails done quickly and didnt have time to go to our regular place. This was the only nail salon not packed and now I know why! I asked for white tips several times and it seems as though he did not understand. I got tired of telling him the same thing over and over and just went with what he put on. He asked what color and put on gel polish and that is not what I asked for. I will never go to this salon EVER again! The price was ridiculous and I fill like they put on what they want to make you pay a higher price!

Did a good job just need more help long wait time but well worth it.

One of he worst nail salons in the upstate, there is only one good nail tech which is a male, the others are very rude, unprofessional and do not do a good job with nails, they rush their work and have poor customer service. I would not return or recommend anyone. The one star is only given to make this review post, other wise they don’t deserve any stars overall.

Love this place! Holly does a great job with my nails and arching eye brows.

They were pricer than others. I was charged $40 for what I normally pay no more than $25 for and the work wasnt even that good. One nail broke the very next day. I have NEVER had that happen. When I went back the lady who redid it didnt even try to make sure my nail matched the other then argued with me about what color I used so I left there with one nail fatter and brighter than the others. Not to mention one of the techs was extremely rude to another customer when the woman asked to speak to a manager we were both shocked to learn that she was the manager! That was my first and definitely my last visit

I have fallen in love with this nail salon. They get it right everytime I go and if for any reason im unsatisfied they work until they get it right. I always leave with a smile on my face

Three times make an appointment, and when I arrive, they have somebody else and can’t fix my nails, whats the cense to make an appointment? No going ever again!

I cant! The way they treat people is horrible, like we are not paying customers that contribute to their checks. Always busy and only 1 or 2 people do alright work. Then they rush on you, the guy does a great job but for the rest they are rude, never on time for their appointments, and do a half job on your nails. And some of them will refuse to do certain services or skip you if they dont want to so a service.

The best place Ever

I went to Nail city 3 times the first time a lady did great! I went back and the guy there who claims to be the manager did my nails but the polish was very streaky so i asked for a repolish little do I know when i walk in today that same guy allows me to sit for 30 mins bc of a wait to tell me sorry no we cant do you nails i asked y no explanation!! I nicely walked out a little embarrassed! The worst service!!

This is the worst nail salon in Greenville. They tell you one price and over charge you another. They dont give you what you ask for and they customer service is the worst. Out of my 14 years of getting my nails done I have never had no experience like this. Ive never been charged $35 for a full set acrylic nails. I was yelled at, held hostage, and then they called the police on me bc I was overcharged. ?????

Wanted the SNS nails when I went in and was talked out of them then got acrylic done and they were thick uneven just very unsatisfied had to go back and have them removed and they tried to talk me out of having them took off kept telling me oh theyre very pretty theyre very pretty...I was very unsatisfied and also the wait time is awful!!!

No wait time Monday through Thursday when I go in and I got terrific service today
