I came in today looking for something fun and classy I let the professional be creative and she worked her magic this is the look that could be good for a prom night, wedding halloween or even New years Eve I will admit it is an upgrade so the price may vary but it is so worth it I feel like a different woman ready to conquer the world. Fancy nails made me feel fancy . The vibe is really nice here . Its a must have relaxing place to treat your self . Quiet amazing how the vibe is laid back and not filled up with chatter . it was a beautiful day the doors were open and the vibe was just phenomenal its unexplainable how she did my nails& beating my expectations. Ive been in this nail salon a few times and received excellent service not so today. I went in for a pedicure there were three workers and four or five customers no one even acknowledged that I even came in no well be right with you no full set or anything I sat there for about 7 to 10 minutes and no one asked or said anything so needless to say I will no longer use them for anymore pedicures

My nails look good but they messed up my real name but didnt correct them but wanted to grind my nails to fix it but that didnt work and I have to have someone else to take the acrylic off and do my nails correct.

First time there. I got a pedi and gel nail color change .The staff was pleasant . My pedi. feels awesome

She seems to do well with catching my vibe on the mood how I would like my nails though I seem not to know my self

They need more workers so they can be more available for people. They will 3 people working and all of them are taken. Women nails take at least 45 min to an hour. You sit around almost 1hr and half just to get the same service. Many people end up walking out which means that money missed for the business because they are not being quick enough or smart enough to get their customers in rotation and get them in and out

The business is very clean and they do a great job. The issue that I have is their punctuality. If your business hours are posted to open at 9:30, then their should be techs available to complete all services, not just pedicures, IMO! Otherwise, it’s a great shop. I’m just a stickler about time management.

Nina was fabulous, other than water temperatures not being good, it was a nice experience. There was enough staff to accommodate 4 adults and 1 child at once.

Ive gone to this salon for a long time. I always receive excellent service and everyone is nice and always making sure you get what your asking for. Love and would highly recommend.

This was my 2nd time coming here and I had a good experience both times. Min(does pedicures) and Van are great! Very friendly and detail oriented. I love the fact that theyre open on Sundays.

Van is the best and she is my new nail tech. I was going to Spartanburg, but needed something closer to work. I’ve been going here about 3 months and I’m always in and out. I make my appointments personally with Van. They do a great job on pretty much any service.

Very Pricey, but over all technicians were very polite and worked quickly.

When I came in I felt like the manicure was being rushed. I had dip nails on with tips and had to get it removed and the technician split my nail to the middle of my middle finger nail while trying to remove it. It kept bleeding throughout the manicure and I didn’t see her change the materials to clean ones or wash the ones she was using on my finger. When I left the dip powder almost immediately started leaving cracks on each nail then two days later one finger completely cracked in the middle and I could bend the nail back and forth. I had my nails done for two-three days total. I have pictures of what they look like. I do understand accidents happen and I am upset my nail is split but I’m more frustrated with the fact that the manicure barely lasted longer than normal polish. I would not recommend going here at all.

Very sad place. My appointment was at 5 and I told the nail tech after my pedi I need my nail done and she told me I had to wait another 30 more minutes to get it done. She just put two people in front of me.

I get the Powder manicure and I love it. My own nails have grown so much and are healthier than ever. The nail techs are very friendly and they take care of you.

I have been visiting this salon for almost 3/4 months. This was the first salon that I actually felt comfortable going to after moving to Greenville 6 months ago. But i will no longer be visiting this salon. They’re unprofessional and just tell customers whatever they think they want to hear!!! I called on 12-30-31 and asked what time would they be closing on 12/31 because it was a holiday. The man told me time and time again that it would be 730. So I told him I wanted a fill in and I would be there at 630 because I get off work at 6. He told me okay and we hung up the phone. I decided to leave work early that day so they wouldn’t have to rush and to let them get out early so they can enjoy New Years as well. So i showed up at 5:30 instead and walked in and they stated they wereclosed. The lady was so rude about it and then the owner came and said that they decided to close and they were going home. I felt like I was lied to and repeated that I called. Which I SPOKE TO THE OWNER! but they wouldn’t honor that and pretty much walked me to the door. I am completely dissatisfied with the customer service at this location. The service is okay but it’s cheap. So you get what you pay for!!!!!!

As the older lady polished my toes she did many short shallow strokes which made the pedicure look like I could have just done it at home. Besides the lady jerking my foot to re adjust or the lady obviously getting irritated because I asked to move to another b/c mine didn’t slide back. I’m 5’8 and it was very clear that I was too tall for the chair, it was nice.

Loved my nails but the young girl who did my friends nails did an AWFUL job at gel polishing and oval shaping!! SO I recommend the man who owns the salon and the older lady for pedicures.. its only 3 people that work there sorry I dont have names for yall..

Dont honor the prices they have posted. My daughter and I had Manis and pedis this morning, we were told $70 each = $140. After being passed around to different nail techs and spending 2 hours there, we were charged $190!!!!! I tried asking why the big difference, why the extra? She got very loud and couldnt give me a straight answer.

The nail technician jerked the nail dryer from my hands while they were drying. I ve never had such a bad experience at a salon. I also received a pedicure that only lasted 2 days. I informed the technician that the polish was missing spaces and it still wasnt resolved correctly. I wouldnt waste my time or money if your considering going there.

We have been going to Fancy Nails for several months now. I havent felt rushed as some of the others have mentioned. My three-year-old daughter got a simple polish on her nails and toes and it was under $10. They are definitely the cheapest price around, especially for the quality of work.

Will not go back. Had my nails done on Thursday and on Tuesday the polish on one nail is chipped. It would be no big deal except for the fact I got gel polish that is suppose to last for two weeks. I went up there at 7:25 to get my nail fix but they tell me they are closed and to come back in the morning. Which any other time would be okay except: 1. Your sign says you close at 8pm, 2. When I first got there you asked we what I needed done, what color, and to have a seat 3. Once you realize I had my nails done there you tell you are closed 4. When I tell you that I cant come in the morning cause Im scheduled to have my baby in the morning (you can tell that Im pregnant and ready to go at any moment) you still we are closed. I will spend my money somewhere else.

This is my first time at this nail salon..I was recommended by someone but I wasnt impressed..1 of the nail tech had her feet propped up in a chair where customers sit in that is un professional( customer service is not up to par)..Van did my nails for me and she did a excellent job she did exactly how i wanted it!!! I recommend her because she is detailed and helped pick out what I wanted and gave me several options!!! I was very happy with my nails!!

The nail polish on my pedicure started chipping the night I got it. They do not have covers for the foot bath like others. They do not use new tools like others in the area do. I asked them to scrub my heals a bit more and he just said they didnt need to. They put alcohol in the nail polish right in front of us. Their talking to each other to where we cant understand and then looking up and smiling just doesnt make you feel comfortable. I wont be back and cannot recommend. There are much better places to go in Greenville. Dont go here.

I walked in, the lady doing nails looked at me and did not greet me nor did she ask what I needed done. I then took a seat, and sat for about 3 mins with nothing. She didn’t get anyone to help me, nothing. So I left and will not be returning. HORRIBLE & RUDE! If you can’t help right then, atleast greet & let me know I will be helped soon. Wish I could leave negative 5 stars.

Minutes after pedicure my toes looked like they needed to be moisturized. Service was good attendants were courteous but products for the base pedicure were probably too cheap

I recommend Van. She is the owner and she does a perfect job every time. My nails and toes always turns out BEAUTIFUL!!! The nail salon is very clean and nice. They also offer free water and sodas to their clients. I love Fancy Nails!

Worst place ever. I was overcharged for a pissed poor job. My nails are all different shapes because she was in a rush. The guy who painted my nails literally told me to shut up when I was trying to tell him what I wanted done. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. I have to pay someone else to fix this mess. I wish I would have never gone to this place. I asked for a cotton ball with acetone to remove the Polish on my toes before I left . I was furious. Then he had the be nerve to ask if I was going to leave a tip!!!!! Unbelievable!

I always have a great experience here. They are very nice and if you point anything out that you dont like, they will fix it right away. I always get gel because regular polish just doesnt survive my daily routines. I also tend to go on Sundays at 11am when they are less busy.

Being new to the area I was looking for a place to get my nails done. I have never been more disappointed in my life with the outcome of my nails. I waited over 2 hours for sloppy service. She made them thick at the base so there was nothing natural looking about them at all! She refused to cut my nails down, failed to clean underneath, and the paint job was something a 3 year old would do. Then to add to my frustration I had to return within a week because my nail cracked. They were rude and asked some inexperienced young man to do my nails, again he refused to do what I asked. They charged me $5 to put polish on my own nail, because they refused to put a another nail on. Now not even 4 days since my last visit I have two more broken nails. I would recommend this place to my worst enemy. I would rather drive 2 hours to NC then waste a penny at that place. Im wondering how they even remain open.

This is one of my favorite salons! It has the best prices around and its in a good location. I always ask for Van, I think she is the owner. Whenever I go to any salon, I worry about it being clean, but this place is always clean.

Worst place ever. Didnt get the nails I asked for and I literally had to beg them to take off the crappy job they did. The lady my nails decided to take it upon herself to do whatever she wanted, despite what I asked for and kept repeatingbetter for you. If I could give this place zero star I would.

Sit here for almost an hour before they decide to come tell me that they aren’t able to get to us to come back another day... there was only 2 other people, one who came after me.

Me and my daughter rolled in right before close by 20 mins! We needed pedicures and a kids manicure they were more than happy to except us they were very kind to my daughter and gentle on my cuticles not afraid to scrub my heels as they should be lol but I had a awesome experience with this nail salon and very reasonable with pricing! #pedicuresstartingat$20

While trying new nail salons, my friend and I went to Fancy Nails. They were extremely rude and only put my nails under the heat lamp for 15 seconds. The manicure was horrible and cracked the next day. When I got a pedicure the man cute too deeply into the side of the nail and made my toe bleed. It got infected, when I went back to show them they did absolutely nothing about it. They did not try to provide service to my friend and I at all. It seemed as though they couldnt wait for us to leave. I will never go back.

The work was good... But when I got home to check my balance they charged my card 10 more dollars dont like people that steals.. money.

This place was clean. They charged the same amount for my 8 year daughter to get a manicure and pedicure as me. The pedicure for her and I took 15 minutes. Her manicure took 10 (and that was with paint and design. The gentlemen doing my nails cut me cause he was in a hurry. Im from out of town and thought I would take my daughter for a treat. If you are I a hurry this is the place to go. If you are looking to relax and have a massage with your pedicure dont go here.

This is the worst nail shop I ever been to, they are not clean, they rush with your nails, you can tell they just want the money, me and my granddaughter sat there for about an hour, they do not greet you when you walk in and they do what they want to do not what you wanted done to your nails

I just had the WORST PEDICURE at Fanacy Nails!! The young guy took less than 14 minutes total and my feet look worse than when I walked in. I will NEVER return-I complained and they did not offer to re-do. I will be going to a REAL Nail Salon tomorrow to have a real pedicure. There is definitely a reason they have a big $20 Pedicure out front. Believe me, do not waste your money.

This place is horrible! I had to come back 3 different times because my nail polish (gel) started chipping the very next day I gotten them done! Tom already messed them up the first day I got them done but I was over it and was ready to go! He fixed them the second day because he knew he had messed them up! The third day I went back they tried to charge me $25 to fix their mistake which I didn’t pay because I refuse to give them anymore of my money! I would definitely start back going to Lovely Nails on Haywood RD! I guess you get what you pay for!!! Lesson learned!

Waited two hours to get nails done, only one person in the salon doing acrylic nails, one person doing pedicures. Terrible customer service!!!! I finally left, no apologies for the wait, Nothing! I will never visit this awful salon again!

RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL ! I called and was reassured that I would not have to wait long which is usually hard to believe anywhere. So I get there, there are 3 employees there, 2 actually working and the man I talked to over the phone (mind you he had done my nails a few times in the past and always tipped) I was the only customer wanting services that was not yet tended to. I ask him if he minded doing my nails while he wasnt busy since we already discussed what I wanted. He proceeded to tell me that he did not do nails.....within the same conversation he asked if I would like a pedicure 🙄🤔... he literally sat on one of the pedicure stools facing me and literally watched me write this review 😒 I just wanted a acrylic set with a clear coat before work ! 😡😡😡

Gel nails applied by the proprietor. Two nails chipped 6 days later. Proprietor was off and the salon was not busy. Only one customer. They told me to come back the next day for the proprietor to fix because she has applied them. I finally convinced them to repair. I graciously compensated him. Both nails chipped in less than 24 hours. When back the proprietor immediately started talking in Vietnamese to the other nail techs. Of course she was talking about me. Then she told me that it had been 2 weeks!!!! Anyone could look at my gel nails with minimal growth. I told her to look at her appt book. Of course she didnt. Total disrespect. If you want quality and respect J Nails is the place.

Worst experience ever.....that man doesnt know how to paint nails and his attitude was very nasty. When I got there for a gel manicure, he told me to pick a color and while I was doing it, he said oh you shouldve told me you had gel polish on, now we have to suck them on. (Everywhere I go they just ask me if I had nail polish on and doesnt seem to be a big deal). Then when he was removing my old gel polish he was very rough, I asked him not to use the drill but a nail filer....he was very pissed and was filing around my cuticules on my skin. So my nails were irritated and two of them were bleeding....he didnt even apologize and my nails look like they were painted by a 5 year old....$40 waisted...never go back.

Everyone was nice, i give them that. i chose the Luxury pedicure, no luxury to it! my kind of pedicure is one where i say what i want, lean back and voila im relaxed and have a wonderful polish on my toes. i admit i have big manly toes but a good polish makes everything better, all the time. Well NOT this time! i asked for it to be fixed and there was only one problem, they did a horrible job again. i travel all the time so i dont have my favorite salon where i can go every week knowing i will get a good pedicure, so i learned to pay $35-45 without a problem. I didnt like it. maybe it was the person, idk but i will never go back. No open toes this week!

I got a fresh gel set here exactly 2 weeks and 2 days ago and I only have 4 nails on and one of those 4 is already cracked. I swear to you! Literally 45 dollars down the drain please please please do not go here!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give 0 rating I would. Im so disappointed and mad I wasted money I would NEVER recommend this place horrible.

Should have read the reviews first. Im from up north and clearly the south does things differently with their pedicures. The guy who did my nails rushed through it and although I was pressed for time anyway, I never let that be known until the very end. I had to ask him several times to put my flip flops and some spacers on my feet before I just did it myself because he was trying to begin painting my nails with out either one!! Will not go back!!
