Very good place. 1st time there. Happy with the service

I have used this business a couple of times, but this last visit will be my last. I wanted to come here because its close to my house, but its not worth it. Dont bother calling ahead for an appointment because theyre always busy with other clients and still make you wait. Also, this last visit they had me sit down at the pedicure chair before it was ready and left the water running until it overflowed all over the floor! Just not attentive!! The lady who did my manicure put in very little effort and its the worst manicure Ive every had from a Nail Salon. I do not recommend this business!!!

They are ok. They just rush doing men pedicures and really dont taken their time and give quality service like they so the women

I was hesitant because of their rating on here, but I had a wonderful experience! Even though I was a walk-in and came in just about an hour before close, the woman that did my nails was very pleasant and very attentive to detail. She did not rush the process and was truly the most thorough nail stylist I’ve had. Only drawback was that some nail polish did get on my hands and didn’t get cleaned off before I left, but nothing that won’t come off with a few hand washes. Great experience! I will be going back!

They do the BEST pedicures!! They take their time, which most nail salons do not.

I have spent months searching for a nail tech that takes their time when doing manicures to ensure quality service. I visited this salon during the week, and was EXTREMELY SATISFIED with my manicure. I was seen by Kim, and she did an amazing job! She is a passionate and compassionate tech, and her service confirms that. She explained to me that she likes to take her time, and even ensured that I was satisfied by asking me did I like the color and length of my nails. I received a gel set; she took her time to ensure my nails were even, and also to ensure that both acrylic and gel was applied without any lumps or clumps. I will definitely be back!

I just came back from getting mani/pedi. It was amazing!! I was very relaxed and my nails look amazing! Plus the lady that did my manicure offered to wax my eyebrows and they look fantastic!! I am definitely going back to them!! Very professional and fast!!

Absolutely amazing!! Hands down one of the best pedicures I have received in a long time. Staff was very friendly and acknowledged me when I walked in the door. It was my first time visiting this establishment and definitely won’t be my last! The women who did my pedicure gave a wonderful massage and took her time, I really appreciate it!. I made an appointment for 3:30, arrived 15 mins early. Waited for an hour for them 2 finish 2 pedicures. They then seated 2 more ladies for pedicures. I decided to leave and was never acknowledged. I will NEVER go back

Go see Jack. Hes the best. Jack has been doing my pedicures for years now and I wouldnt change it. He makes sure that your feet are smooth and exactly the way you want

They were very nice and accommodating as my friend and I left a different nail salon prior to finding them. The prices were reasonable and the service was great. I loved the relaxed atmosphere as well. I will be going back!BTW, after reading a prior review about getting athletes foot there, I wanted to point out that they were hygienic and changed the liner in the pedicure bath and had brand new foot scrubbers and clean utensils, so Im not sure what could have caused that issue.

I couldnt make it in time to the salon I normally go to, so I popped in here. WONDERFUL!! No one has ever gotten my feet this soft! I will definitely be coming back!!

I will NEVER be back....was enjoying a day off and decided to stop by here. Walked in and was looking at the gel nail colors, at this point was walked up to and pretty much told which color was so called popular right now at this time. So reluctantly I chose and sat down, ended up changing to a color I originally wanted before my nails were painted. After getting home and going on with the weekend, I noticed the color was fading, crazy huh? And by tues, only 5 days after, the polish was already starting to peel. And where the polish meets the cuticle, was so thick and overlapping the cuticle that it was peeling there too! I have NEVER had this happen with any other salon or gel polish. Sorry, but I will not be returning to this establishment EVER!

Always enjoy getting my nails and brows they take their time and do a great job and pedis are great too

Update-*My feet hurt !! Less than 2 hours later I was in pain. I looked at my feet and ouch Theyre cutand bleeding all over !! Theyre broke out and already cracking up again. I wish Id read the reviews before Id came here. It hurts to walk. *The lady did an excellent job on my feet !!!A different lady did my hands. Nope. Never again. The gel nail included acrylic nails which are uneven, sweeping my finger, and painted in blotches. The feet though, oh yes, love them !!

The ABSOLUTE WORST service I have ever had with nails. I spent two hours on getting dip nails and when leaving they looked terrible. My nails were clumpy and the nails weren’t the same shape. I am so upset with the services I received. Was told one amount and when complete told $20 more ! This is terrible !!!!!

Did not get gel to the edges on some and others stuck to my skin. At any rate they were all peeling at the end of the week.

This is the first review i have ever posted on anything so you know things are either really good or really bad. here’s the tea sis: i wanted a full set of acrylics and i wanted them long. after putting the fake nail tips on he asked how long i wanted them and when i said long he only gave it 3 more centimeters. he didn’t ask what shape i wanted until AFTER he laid the acrylic down and when he was filing them down with tools he CUT MY SKIN. he didn’t acknowledge it at all nor did he stop when i said it hurts. i the paint job is not even the shape is janky.

Way to much for quality you receive. Not worth 62 dollars for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. They didnt clean up the edges.

One of the nail techs had poor customer service and very rude yelling at me refused to fix nails, very bad experience will never return, the other nail tech was very nice and willing to cater to my request.

Okay, been there since last review and they have completely changed the inside, everything is nice and clean. They staff are super sweet and they do a fantastic job on my eyebrows.

I simply went in to get my tips removed, and to have my nails painted. HE RIPPED MY NAIL DOWN THE MIDDLE AND EVEN AFTER I SAID HE WAS HURTING ME!!!!! I WAS BLEEDING AND HE HAD THE NERVE TO TRY TO FILE IT. Excuse me are you serious!? I wish I could post a picture. I am so so so pissed. Ridiculous. If you cant understand English well enough to understand what I said to you five times and when I tell you that hurts, dont snag my hand and do what you want.

I never got this kind of service here before. The lady that did my nails today very RUDE UNPROFESSUINAL ..if I ask you if you can do a design if you cant just say NO. Then when she couldnt she got an attitude! Really. Then made a remark about how many customers she could of helped. I have decided after years of coming here to never return.

She hurt me digging into my nails scraping off the old gel polish, then cut me, and looking at my toes after I left it looked like I did them (messy). AND a week later, there was black mold on one toe - she didnt get the old polish off properly. Scary.

I love the staff and how they take the time to do your feet so if you are in a hurry not a good place if you come to relax this is the place for you

I have been going to another place in Simpsonville for years. They recently changed ownership and the oedis are awful. I came here by chance and Tammy did my pedi. IT WAS THE BEST ONE IVE EVER HAD!!! She was so nice and took her time and gave me a real pedi. Not just let my feet soak, dry them and pain them. Will be coming back here for sure!!!

After two weeks my nails started chipping and there wasnt enough of glue. Also when I was getting my nails done the women kept hurting my nails. The women didnt even do my nails how I asked !!

The streets are talking they say this place is nasty the tech attempted to remove water that was overflowing for a customer pedicure bowel and place the water into another customer bowel . Keep in mind the customer that the water was overflowing feet was already in the bowel . Place gets a F for Feet Fungus for days .
