I actually was on my way to another shop but missed my turn. After pulling into the shopping center where Nail bar is something said try them. WELL! I’m so glad I did. It was very nice and the customer service was AWESOME! Cash was my nail tech and he was very nice, funny and professional. Definitely going back.

Really good customer service, and a really nice vibe and atmosphere! Really efficient with time and they do a good job with checking in during the process to see if you’re liking your nails so far. They do charge extra for length, shape, and design though. And me and my sister both had the same problem of our nails being kind of flat, and my sisters nails were slanted upwards a good amount. But overall we both were mostly happy with our nails, and I do think this place is worth going to!

The pedicure was rushed but I didn’t mind too much the end results were okay. The gel manicure is what made me upset. When he started painting my first nail I could see the nail polish had ran out. Instead of just letting me choose a different color he continued to paint them with the last bit of polish left in the bottle. Because of that they came out cloudy/sheer. Also because it was rushed the gel looks bumpy on the nails. I have to say paying 70$ for the service and coming out with a bad experience was annoying. I’m a college student so I can’t afford to just go get them redone which makes it more frustrating.To leave on a positive note the place was clean and they offered a complimentary drink of choice.

I really like going to this nail salon. Everyone is very friendly and they actually speak to you when you enter the door instead of just staring at you awkwardly like some nail salons in town. I wont mention any names 😬. I always go to Cash or Max (I think thats his name) they do an excellent job!

Tried to find a new place to get my nails done, and this is literally the worst experience I’ve ever had ! My nails fell off in two days which wasn’t the problem but when I came to get my fill in, I explained to the assistant manager what happened and she wasn’t concerned at all about trying to help me, she told me there was no room and that I had to make an appointment when there was 4 workers not doing anything, then when I left she proceeded to laugh and talk about me … I’ve been getting my nails done for 20 plus years and never had an experience as bad as this one ! Treating all people the same is important to me but boss nails does not !!!!

I called before I got there and the lady on the phone was so nice, I called to confirm that they take walk ins and that they were available to do a full setGot a full acrylic set, Amy took me as soon as I got there and I showed her a picture of what I wanted. She immediately found the foil glitter and showed me and helped me pick out the right pink shade I was looking for. Amy was so sweet and helpful. She then had Max finish my nails for me and he was amazing as well. He kept checking with me to make sure I was satisfied with my nails after each step and he was very nice. My nails look amazing! It is well worth the money for sure. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be going back. One of the best nail salons on the east coast of NC, hands down.

The attention to detail was amazing. My nails had started breaking off after a week when I went somewhere else and they fixed them with much better detail and care. Definitely staying with this salon.

I loved this place and will definitely be returning. My friend and I were walk-ins and they fit us in very quickly. Quality of nails were great and 100% worth spending my money on!!!

To start off, the interior design of this salon is so modern and chic! I walked in around 10:30am to get a first fill-in here since all the other salons were closed. When I spoke with Ryan he politely asked me if I could return later that day with an appointment. I agreed and came back at 2:30. They immediately sat me and handed the gel colors over. I changed my mind on the color I wanted, anywhere else I would have gotten an eye roll or attitude, but I could tell Ryan cared. I explained exactly how I wanted my nails and he triple checked with me to make sure it was what I was looking for. My nails are beautiful and the complimentary cocktails are delicious! This is my new go-to nail salon. Check them out!

I booked an appointment over 24 hours in advanced, once I get to the salon, I was told that my name was not written down for the appointment time I scheduled. The receptionist went to ask if they could fit me in because of their mistake but I was turned away and told that they are too booked which was not my fault. This is the only nail salon I go to in Greenville, I do not feel they handled this situation the best that they could have and I will not be returning anytime soon.

The lady that did my nails was rushing through it and cut the nails much shorter than i wanted them. the nail art and overall shape were all rushed and sloppy.

After looking for years for a good nail salon, I think I found my spot! This gel manicure I got today was the BEST I think I’ve ever had!! I will def be back! Amy is the best!

Wonderful nail salon! The shop is very clean, the staff is so friendly, and they have a wide selection of polishes. They also do great designs if you have a picture of what you want in mind. I love that you can request an appointment on their Facebook page. It’s very convenient. You really can’t go wrong with this salon, everyone is great!!

I LOVED this cute little place!! i had been recommended by so many people and i finally got a chance to go in and get a pedicure. at most places, pedicures are pretty much the same across the board, but Boss Nail Bar really makes it their own!! the quality of my gel pedicure was amazing & it really felt like a spa experience. i will be back!!

First let me start off by saying the interior design is beautiful. Very modern and upscale. The service was amazing. They were very pleasant and made he feel comfortable from the time I walked in the door til the time I left. I got my nails, toes and eyebrows done and I was well pleased. I will definitely be returning.

I loved it. Its been a few years since Ive had my nails done and I wanted to try something new. The tech was feather light which is a big change from other places Ive been brutalized by and the atmosphere was enjoyable. Customer for life as I refuse to go anywhere else. Im even trying to convince my husband to go just to pamper himself and us have a date of it.

The techs were nice and the place was clean. The nail tech was very friendly and understood what I wanted. However, it seems she lacked experience. I asked several times to file a few crooked nails nad she was unable to get that done. Still a nice place.

I decided to try this nail salon, I made an appointment for my lunch hour along with 2 of my coworkers. I confirmed with the lady on the phone I would have my color change and fill in would be complete in that time frame and she assured me this was no issue. Upon our arrive, the staff was courteous and set to work on what we each needed done. 1 one hour and 20 minutes later we left. All three of us very unsatisfied with the finished product. My lunch hour is just that one hour.

Had an appointment set for 4 pedicures and upon arrival we were seated but out of the group I was the last to be served and by this time all of my friends had finished their pedicures. Also the fella who did them, rushed, cut my toe nails uneven, and the lines on my french were super uneven. If you’re with a client you shouldn’t rush especially a french pedicure. it’s very obvious the mistakes made.

My experience was very very nice

I went in on a Thursday for a fill in with gel polish as well as the marble design(extra15). I had to return on Friday to repair 3 of my nails because the gel polish was peeling off. The nail tech Amy was very nice and friendly and fixed them with no issue. I then had to return again on Saturday because the other nails were peeling as well as the 3 she repaired the pervious day. I told her I didn’t want a refund i just wanted my nails with a different gel polish because repeatedly returning was an inconvenience for both of us plus she was busy and the shop was packed. She said ok and I called to schedule an appointment. I was scheduled for Tuesday at 5. Another nail tech did my nail and I chose a gel polish NO DESIGN OR SPECIAL ARTISTRY. At the end of the service I was charged $25. I was shocked and caught off guard and highly embarrassed as I was telling him the situation. He was nice and took off 5 but Amy who was standing right there didn’t say anything to me or even look at me. I didn’t want to cause a scene so I paid and left. It’s OUTRAGEOUS for me to pay $15 for a design that peeled off and another $20 to change the polish due to it peeling off in less than 48 hours. I can’t ever see myself going back to a place that doesn’t take ownership of their work. I was so embarrassed and felt taken advantage of.

The best place to go in Greenville! I’ve had my nails done by Tom & Amy and they have both done such an amazing job! They spend a good bit of time on shaping which I LOVE because they always get my nails on point & not looking so chunky like other salons!!

It was good but they charge $10 to get your nails buffed which should definitely be included in the price of a manicure the most I’ve ever paid for a basic pedicure and manicure considering This is Greenville in DC this would have been a package deal for 45 but small town I guess

It’s finally warm out so that means pedicure season. Drove by here the other day and decided I wanted to give them a try. I messaged them yesterday on Facebook about their services and received an instant reply. The salon is so cute and bright on the inside. Was sat right away and offered refreshments. Ryan was very nice and he even remembered my name after my service which most places I’ve been to don’t. The gel polish books to choose your color from were cute and easy to look through. The foot rub is by far my favorite part of a pedicure and Ryan did not disappoint! I usually frequent another popular nail salon here in Greenville but the service here was outstanding & the pedicure was 10/10 so I will be going here from now on.

I always get very nervous trying out new nail salons, but I decided to give Boss Nail Bar a shot and I’m so happy I did! I scheduled an SNS manicure and regular pedicure with Amy and two kids manicure and pedicure with Ryan. We had an excellent experience and felt very comfortable and relaxed during our services. We were offered refreshments, and everyone was super friendly. It was such a cute and clean place with amazing customer service. Two days after my services I accidentally clipped one nail and messaged them through Instagram. I received a response within minutes and was told to come on in and they happily repaired my nail at no extra cost. I was very impressed and will be returning. Thank you, Amy and Ryan.

The guy I went to did a great job, it was the last day of nail services for 30 days and I had to get in there. He set me up a 945 appointment 15 minutes before they were scheduled to open,i pulled up and shortly after that they arrived. Im very appreciative

Older male did my pedicure, idk name. Seems like he half did the job. I have psoriasis and go for pedicures get my feet scrubbed well. Ive been to many other nail salons who do a great job with getting the extra skin off. Every other salon Ive been to also helps you put on your sandals when leaving, my person did not. I decided to try here, I frequented the last nail salon that was located in this suite they made sure to take care of the psoriasis I have on one foot.The positives are they had complementary drinks. The staff was friendly the place was very clean. Was greet aa soon as I came in. Seated quickly for a walk in. Every employee had on a mask!
