Would not recommend and will never go back!! They didn’t do a thing I wanted. Shaped my nails horribly, the lady didn’t listen to a thing I said. Treated rudely after I said I didn’t like them. Then she passed me off to another lady to finish painting them. Shouldn’t have tipped a thing. Nails are chipped and not even painted thoroughly.

Had a fill and toe nails painted all very nice. Usually pretty quick. Good value and quality.

Great experience! I just moved here from another state. They were able to take off my old nails and replace them with new ones. I got gel polish done too. The price was fairly well compared to other places. Very stratified with my nails and the experience.

I have been getting my nails done here for a very long time . All staff is very friendly and professional .

Absolutely ugly nails and made me feel very embarrassed. Also hearing lots about how they don’t clean their tools and sat me right beside someone else, was definitely not 6 feet away.

When I asked for a soak off for my acrylic nails, I was not expecting them to pick them off as if I were to at home. Then when I got the gel nail polish, it was all over my fingertips and underneath my nails. The whole thing was just poorly done and I can’t believe that I spent $30 on them. They didn’t sheet my nails they didn’t clean up after themselves. The customer service however was okay, only reason they didn’t get one star.

I feel like a princess

I paid for gel nails and one nail fell off in 1 day! I went back and they fixed it but then the next day 2 other nails fell off. I just gave up. They sat me right next to someone else when there were open booths farther away. When I said something they started talking in language I couldnt understand. It was embarrassing.

I love there work and they are always kind to me and they do a wonderful job. The gel nails are the best and every time I ask for a weird design that try to get it. Their the only nail place Ill go to.

The nail techs are very friendly. We had an issue with my daughters nail, but they quickly fixed it with no problem. Overall, they did a great job.

I liked the ladies that work there just sadly the products are very cheap. Went twice, both times Gel French tips, that cost a whopping $15.00 extra. First time almost all the nails peeled off. Gave them a 2nd chance. Had them done Monday night, Friday afternoon was simply putting on a crib mattress, one comes off. Few days later putting groceries away, loose another nail. What’s really sad is I keep my nails short so not like they are long and out of control. Remaining nails are peeling yet again at the French tip part. Best to avoid, between both trips I wasted nearly $100 there.

This is Friday June 14, 2019, I arrived here at 3 PM with my 10 year old niece. We were told it would be 45 mins. They only did 1 PEDICURES at a time, and my niece was supposed to have a manicure while waiting. The guy doing manicures took a lady that just walked in. I asked why we werent first. They were VERY RUDE. I understood what they were saying in their language. I WILL NEVER COME BACK

I love this place!! I’ve walked in with my nails a total wreck and they ALWAYS make them beautiful again. And I love the new line of skin care products they now carry (NuSkin). The baobab cream is magnificent!! My 10-yo daughter enjoys getting her pedicures here; she’s been getting them since she was seven—LOVES it!!!! I always leave feeling beautiful!!!

I went in today thursday june 18th. They hurt me more than once, The painting job sucked. They didn’t shape them right. I tipped them but they didn’t deserve ANY. They didn’t do anything well at all. I will NEVER go to that place ever again.

We had a terrible experience. We had gel polish put on our fingers it is lumpy and messy also has gel on out toes she didn’t take the nail polish I cam in with all the way off I kept telling her you could still see if after about 3 times she told me to wait until the gel dries and I could fix it at home when I told her that she needed to fix it she ignored me about the 8th time I told her it needed fixed she got upset with me but did end up fixing them but they are still messy looking. I would not recommend this place if I could do a zero star I would.

They messed up the nail polish very badly and got it all over the edges and chuckled about it and said he couldn’t fix it. I will never be going back😃

The service was terrible. I called in to ask for a pedicure and she told me that was fine. i went in and told me she had two people waiting already. i went in the next morning and she was very rude and annoying.

I went in on June 25, 2019. Tommy did my nails. I had my old polish soaked off, manicure and gel polish put on. It cost me over $40 plus a $5 tip. Three days later they started chipping and peeling. So I went back in to show them that they were looking bad and asked them if they could redo them. They were very rude, talked to each other in their language laughing the whole time! This is the 2nd time this has happened at TK nails. I also went there last December before I went on my trip. Two days into the trip, they did the same thing. So in order for them not to look bad my whole trip, I spent more money at a salon in Vegas to get them redone. So I thought Id give them another chance. Im sorry I did! I was also told after the fact, that the health department shut them down on a few occasions because they werent sterilizing their instruments between clients. Disgusting! Will NEVER go there again! They should be shut down permanently!

Gels chipped in less than 24 hours, bumpy and nnot a fully covered paint job.

I have been getting my nails done for years now like clockwork but I am new to this state so was hoping to find a good place here. That was not the case with this place. I have been there 2 times now,once to get my nails filled and 3 days later to have 2 of them fixed where they broke off mid-nail. It hasnt even been the full 2 weeks yet and now I have 3 more nails come completely off just putting my pants on(true story), Not sure the problem!!! Not to mention they charged me over $40 dollars for a fill with one color (not even gel polish) and a glitter topcoat. I have never paid that much in my life!!!! Just dont really recommend going there.

One star is to good for this place. They are the MOST DISRESPECTFUL nail salon ive ever been to in my life. They were rude from the min I walked in. Showed them what I wanted done and the first lady said okay, pick color Then left me standing there for 10 mins until another lady came up and told me again to pick a color and I showed her the picture....was finally told they couldnt do what I was asking. So I picked a color and sat down IT TOOK HER 20 MINS TO DO MY NAILS!!!! Then she got an attitude and was rude because I asked her to make them thicker. By the time I left my nails were A DISASTER!!!!!!!!! there were GLOBS of acrylic all around my nails, paint j9ob was awful, wasnt the proper shape I called the next day and the REFUSED to do anything about it. IVE NOW PAID $55 AND HAD TO COMPLETLY REDO MY OWN NAILS. When I called the first tijme THE OWNER LIED and said he was out to lunch even though he was the one who picked up the phone. When I called back an hour later he answered and was all off a sudden the owner. Started YELLING AT ME ON THE PHONE AND HUNG UP ON MY TWICE! this place is the biggest joke ever I will NEVERRRRRR go here again and I make sure everyone I know will never come here!!!!! They need shut down. The dont deserve to run a business. They SUCK at nails and are horrible with people. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not friendly, wouldnt allow me to sit in a chair by the person I took to get a pedicure upon her request. They told me I had to sit over there. The salon was empty, so it wasnt a not having room issue. The Piqua Mall has a better staff and is less expensive. I woulnt recommend this salon. The smell of chemicals is over powering, no air circulation at all.

I dont recommend going here. Nice people but my nails could habe been done much better
