Showed up recently with no appointment. They ask very nicely if I could wait a few minutes so someone would take care of me. I did and i am so glad I did. It was the best pedicure I have had in years. Lady was professional in every way. She took the time to do a great job and that made me feel special. They are very covid aware which was also nice to see. I will go back with no hesitation.

I always go to this nail salon. It was even better when they offered wine but that was pre-Covid. I love their service, their punctuality & cleanliness. The environment really feels like a spa. I love Nail Envy!

This is actually my favourite salon in Greenville. But everytime I go here for the same type of nails procedure, I pay different prices, everytime I go, it’s $5 more then $5 more. I don’t know why. I just wish their prices is always the same for the same stuff I get. Different nail tech, different prices. But other than that, they’re good.

My nail tech took her time with this pedicure. She did not rush me at all. Great quality at a very reasonable price point. Definitely recommend.

This is one of the Best places in Greenville to get a pedicure and dip powder nails or just anything you would like to have done. I always have Tammy do my nails and she is fantastic. The atmosphere and service is very professional. I love the environment and these ladies know how to pick colors and make great recommendations.

My pedicure and manicure started off great. As I sat there, I noticed that once peoples pedicures were finished, the staff did not clean the bowls. I sat there and watched this for 2 and a half hours. I became very concerned that they did not clean my bowl either. It made me wonder if they cleaned the tools that they used to do my pedicure and manicure. The whole process became very sickening. They did not wash their hands or use gloves from one client to the next. I asked the staff member if she was going to wash the bowl, she conveniently didnt understand me. I was charged 70.00 for their services. I paid the fee, gave a tip while hoping that the horrible experience is all that I left with.

Tammy did my pedicure . I was pleased with her service . She very sweet and nice woman she did a wonderful job . I made a appointment to go back next week.

Their sign says, “Walk ins welcome” and when I arrived, they said I had to have an appointment 😂🤷🏼‍♀️

I would recommend Nail Envy for a manicure absolutely! The people are professional, kind and do beautiful nails, they really take their time and it was very relaxing.

I have been going to Nail Envy for years now. They are very meticulous to make sure your fingernails or toenails look great. I have been happy every time.

Took a while to find nail salon that I actually was completely satisfied with. Erica is my favorite but have not been unhappy with any of the girls who have taken care of me if Erica was unavailable. They take their time, never have a break even if I take 3 weeks to get a fill in. Priced accordingly but not outrageously. Will stay late even if its 15 mins till closing, but I couldnt get out of work early. My friends and family converted about 9 months ago and not one has went elsewhere since. Recommend making an appointment.

I really like going here. I’ve gotten my nails done several places and the people here do a great job. Ann and Erica are my favorite but all the ladies seem absolutely lovely!

Really love how fast everything goes.. I dont like sitting there for two hours to get my nails done. They offer wine and drinks. Just be careful on the prices.. Ive been in three times and depending on who you get its different. I like to only see michelle. She doesnt talk your ear off she just lets you enjoy that peace.

My first visit. It will not be my last. This place was wonderful. Sonic and Milo (sorry if I misspelled) were so nice. They made me, my mom, and sister feel like queens. This place is very clean and the drinks were good too! Lol

This place really is wonderful. The prices are more than reasonable, especially taking into account the quality of work. The people that work here are very sweet and always do a great job, no matter how close they are to closing. When I have my most stressful days, it is great to come get a pedi, eat chocolate, drink a soda (or wine!), and be pampered. I tried several salons when I moved here, and this is by far the best I have EVER been to!

They did an amazing job. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the work they did was terrific. My polish has lasted longer than manicures Ive had from other salons.

Went to get a pedicure, walk in and no one acknowledges me. A guy walks in shortly after me and hes acknowledged and told to wait. After about 7 mins the lady looks over at me and ask have I been helped. As If she wasnt sitting there the entire time when I walked in.

Customer service was awful. I walked in and they asked what I wanted, which was just to get my SNS removed. They sat me down and said nothing to me for 30 minutes. So I got up and left. The least they could have done was acknowledge me.

Beautiful place with a wonderful staff. I always have a great experience here and this is the only place my mom will go to get her nails done.

Had appointment at 3. Techs switched several times and did not begin my service for over 20 minutes after they started. The girl who ended up doing my fill was nice and did a good job. But 3/3 times Ive gone here my nails have lifted and broke.

The staff is awesome and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. I love going here 😊

I have been going here for over two years now. I absolutely love Ms. Anne. Shes amazing. The owner, though, Vanna, is a b####!!! Shes very rude and unprofessional. She will be the reason they lose alot of business and the reason I will never spend another dime of my money in this nail salon.

I will never waste my hard earning money on this place again. Talented skills but customer service SUCKS. The passive aggressiveness when asking about the price is unnecessary, when the client wants to change something within the nail you don’t look at the client with a blank stare because you will receive it right back. Appointment at 2, didn’t leave until 430. NEVER AGAIN WILL I WALK INTO THAT ESTABLISHMENT and thank you for showing me what your business is all about. I’ve always gotten the same “package deal” anytime going and amazingly it was more this time. Money isn’t an issue, what’s an issue is throwing out “you’re already at $60 with nails it’ll be additional so and so” not professional at all. Best of it all I was past on to the next nail lady to finish my nails who was the passive aggressive one lol GREAT JOB LADIES you lost a customer!

My first visit went well. The customer service was OK. Went back to get a Gel Manicure and I saw a lot of people leaving out of the salon. So, I walked in ready to wait in line. And nobody said a word. Crickets!!! Im looking around is this the same place I visited the previous time. So, about 8 minutes later, Vanna (owner) comes out and says our next available time will be 4pm. It was 12:30pm at the time. It was only 4 people getting pedicures and 1 person getting a manicure. So, I told her I couldnt make it back at this time. So, I left and went to another salon. I will never go back to this salon. By the way the 4 people that was being served were all, Caucasian women. The people I saw leaving when I first got there, were all African Americans women. Please dont waste your time visiting this nail salon.#WrongRace

Place is always clean and they offer you a drink. My siblings and I only go to Vanna and we love her.

Beautiful place,wine,soda, or water was served if you wanted it. But I felt singled out. I asked for a full set I recieved what I asked for. As I sat there I watched all the ladies pay after they were served. Me on the other hand I had to pay while I was still being served. I felt like they were being racist because of the color of my skin

I have been going to this nail salon for almost 10 years. I tried switching to a salon closer (Id lived a mile away and then moved to Simpsonville) BUT there was NOT salon that could compete with their low costs and fantastic service.Whether Im getting my toes, hands, or eyebrows tended- Ive always been completely happy with my results. Ive had their pedicure, deluxe pedicure (what I usually get), mani, deluxe mani, gel nails, eyebrow waxing, and tips applied... all of these services have been executed wonderfully.They serve wine, soda, or water to their guests.Yes- Ive had to wait past my appointment time before, but thats just because theyre so popular! Theyre totally worth the occasional wait.I always recommend Nail Envy and theyre the ONLY place I trust with my nails!!!!

I have tried many nail salons in Greenville SC. This by far is the best. Very friendly, patient staff; clean; huge selection of nail colors; actually listened (I am diabetic and cant have cuticle cutter used on me); and the mani pedi are both perfect. Reasonably priced as well and ....they didnt try to upsell at all. In fact, I had to ask about additional pedicure upgrades.

Pitaful paint allover my nails with white Polish everywhere and not on the sides. Wish I could put a picture up! Never again.

Staff was friendly but they are on some sort of rotation for walk ins. About halfway through my nail appointment my manicurist was getting up every 2 minutes to do another persons services. I came in for a gel-fill in, within 3 days the edges were lifting and they were yellowing. Come to find out I was charged for gel but acrylic was used. Overall it was a sloppy job, I was disappointed, and over charged.
