Now you know how we are about our mothers. My Mom is eighty-five plus years old. She wanted to get her nails done and likes continuity. She likes frequenting the same businesses and establishing personal relationships.They took one person after another in front of her. We waited three whole long hours and the final straw was when he took another person in front of her after I confronted him about the situation.I called Jet Nails and they took her as soon as we walked in the door after I explained our experience at this other place who shall remain nameless in my book and will never get another dime of our monies.

Love the service wish they more to drink than water.

Came her 3 times to get a full set. All 3 times I had different nail techs and the nails came off within 3 days of getting them done. I do not recommend this shop to anyone.

Has fish in a really dirty fish tank with about an inch of water. Water is green and disgusting.

I was likening it at first. But within four days my Polish chipped even though they repaired it the owner says regular polish doesnt last long. They wanted me to believe that gel Polish is better and it may be but I know that regular polish lasts longer than four days. And for that reason, I will not be getting services from this place again.

I paid 72 she said I didnt have enough money my nail fell off next day

The young Girl Yen is Very friendly. I was very pleased with my nails. They were the right color and size. It wasnt so Expensive as other nail salons.I enjoyed the wine and they spoke English very well. Britney was very Polite and her job was very professional.

Pedicures here by either of the males are always great!! I always come here for my eyebrows. They always put a 10% off sign when business is slow and If you know V Nails, there always slow. After my Pedicure she tried to charge regular price even they they were doing 10% off. I explained it, she says “are you a student,” I told her no and the sign doesn’t say it and neither have you all the previous times I’ve been here.. for some reason that just made me not want to go back and I’m a loyal customer. I know money is the objective customer service is too.

My pedicure was great and the guy who did it did well. When it came to my nails it became a Sh show. I got there at like 4 and when it got to my full set it was rushed and a few nails were crooked and looked like I did it myself. Then she asked if I wanted a gel, i ask how much and she told me a different price than she charged me. She would not fix it, she claimed she told me the correct price. Never going back make long story short.

I am so sad I didn’t find this place sooner. I was referred here by a friend whose nails still looked brand new two weeks later, so I decided to try them out. I have never had someone spend so much time, with so much attention to detail to make sure my nails were perfect. I have really awful cuticles from nervous picking and very short nails. They still made my hands look brand new. He spent a whole 90 minutes on my manicure and S&S dip application. Highly impressed!

I recently moved to Greenville and thought I was going to need to try out a few different nail salons until I found a place I liked. To my surprise, my first pick met all my expectations. V Nails Spa is the cleanest nail salon I have ever seen. Britney has done an excellent job on my nails every time Ive been to her. She is very considerate and will listen to what you want her to do (or not do). I will definitely be back and recommend them to anyone looking for a great nail salon.

If I could take the one star away I would. The male owner is a disrespectful, sarcastic, nasty attitude having ass ( and thats putting it nicely). Women, if u r not a size 3- 14, you are too fat to fit his chairs, or as he told me you cannot fit chairs. Ive been coming there monthly for pedicures since August, now I will kindly take my fat body and my fat pockets somewhere else. He has a lovely wife but I dont do well being disrespected in front of his guest by no means Im better than that and she deserves better than him.

I have been a loyal client since they first opened. I never walk out unhappy. Brittany and Ven are both really nice and they make sure that I enjoy my visit while there. Very friendly staff and not to mention some of the best color options that I have ever seen. I always get gel on both my nails and toes. I can normally go 3-4 weeks before I start to notice that I need a fill-in.

Treated my pregnant cousin to a pedicure despite my better judgement. Most of the workers at these nail local nail salons express barely concealed contempt for its black female customers. Today was no exception.

Always a good experience. Never too long to wait, good selection of colors and my gel manicure lasts the full two weeks! Also great prices!

Never going back there again. The male owner did my nails and I was immediately disappointed. He rushed through the whole thing. My nails were uneven, different sizes, and he didnt blend the acrylic on the bottom. He didnt follow proper nail procedures like having me wash my hands after sawing or putting cuticle oil on my nails. It took 25 mins for a full set. He pushed me to get gel polish, and when I refused, he put one coat of paint on my nails and sent me to the dryer. They literally looked like I did it myself. Not to mention he kept checking his phone in between molding the acrylic on my nails so it hardened before he could finish and he did a poor job fixing it. I didnt say anything that day because I was on my way somewhere. 1 1/2 days later, they look worse like 2 weeks old.I tried to go to another salon to see how much to fix them. They told me $17! I was appalled they told i needed a fill in. I called the salon back because I refuse to pay again, and they told me to come in. I go in after work and have the nerve to have the same guy fix it. He slapped some more acrylic on there and sawed it down, didnt even take the old paint off with remover and put acrylic on top of some of the color. So they look about 10% better. I was so flustered I told them not to worry about repainting them. No apology or even an ounce of empathy.

I love going here to get my nails done. No matter the design I find on pintrest or instagram V delivers. She takes her time and my nails look perfect every time. Im not so much of fan of her husband doing my nails though not so refined as V

My 1st time going here was cool.The bald head man did my nails but he had a terrible cold.I didnt see him wash his hands enough apon messing with his nose a couple times but other than that he does good nails.

I had an amazing time here!!! i went in as a walk in getting a mani-pedi for a lil self care spa day with another friend. the married couple working there were simply amazing. i was immediately helped as was everyone else who came in after us. the pedicure was super relaxing, my friend and i were given a refreshing glass of wine and the chairs were so nice and had built in massages with it. after that i proceeded to get my nails done. i am not sure of names so forgive me, but the husband did my nails. let me tell you. AMAZING. he had never done an ombré like i wanted before but had no issue at all doing it for me. i need to add that not only did he do this for me but he did it extremely well. i decided to step out of my comfort zone and get my lip waxed and the wife (again please forgive me i’m terrible with names) helped me through the process and made it as painless as possible. i love this place and i will definitely be going back. i’ve gone to multiple places in greenville before and have never had such an amazing experience as i had here. seriously go there, it’s amazing.

Made an appointment for 1:20 today it’s 2:09 and I’m still waiting. He made me pick my color and sat me down it’s been a long time and he keeps coughing and digging up his nose and not washing his hands

I was actually in a hurrry and on my way to another nail salon when I stopped here because they didnt look super busy. Im happy I did! Its very clean, good customer service, and Im pleased with my nails. Im pretty picky about not cutting too much of my cuticles or polishes matching and Im back for a second time and just as pleased as the first. Ive tried at least 5 other places in Greenville that have been bad quality or ok quality with ridiculous prices. This place isnt the most luxurious in the world but the prices arent ridiculous either. I will definitely make this my nail care spot!
