The staff in Biddeford were very caring as they always are.I especially appreciated that fact that the dental assistant set expectations.. she told me what would happen at each step of my appointment.And my two new crowns feel great.

This was my first time as a new patient and the people that work there were very helpful in answering and explaining any questions i had. They took the time to make sure that i was satisfied before i left. I even had a personal conversation with one of the reception ladies. She really made me feel like i was more than a patient. I am very satisfied with the treatment i got and im looking forward to my next appointment.

Went in for a consultation for dentures, the dentist and dental assistant were very thorough and full of answers to questions I asked. I rec’d a detailed spread sheet showing me the price and how much my dental savings plan saved me. Next week, I go back for “impressions”. I’m very impressed with how smoothly things are going so far!

This was as good as an experience as you can have at the dentist. The people were great. I had a problem. They fixed it. From the person at the front desk to the woman who checked me out the people were very nice. The Dr. and the Tech were very professional and did a great job taking care of the issue and keeping me comfortable.

I found the Receptionist to be professional; friendly and excellent in her customer service. My appointment was on time. The X-Ray Technician completed a free/complimentary full series of X-Rays; she was excellent in her duties; close to graduating to become a Dental Hygienist. I hope I end up as her patient.I am age 62; Dentist Laura Oakes DMD and Staff provided one of my best dental experiences ever.Entire office is very polite; upbeat; professional and informative all the way through to checking out.I was hesitant to change from my prior Dentist to Aspen Dental in Biddeford. I just had the BEST experience with Aspen Dental in Biddeford. The staff was excellent and so very caring. I am deathly afraid of having dental work done and was traumatized as a child by a dentist.Today was the very first time I had work done and felt absolutely no pain. The Staff that welcomed me and set up payment plans were extremely nice. The Doctor and the Dental Assistant catered to my every need with compassion and understanding. They made me feel safe and secure. Plus, as I said, there was no pain. I had extractions and felt nothing.I would recommend everyone to go there for Dental Care

Had an appointment in August for a cleaning. They called at 7am to confirm. Something did come up, so I called back to reschedule. I had to leave a message and nobody called me back. I finally keep calling and reach someone, able to schedule my cleaning for 2 months out.I get there and the sign says to wait outside if someone is in the lobby. Lobby is clear, so I enter. While Im trying to check in at least 4 people walk in (the lobby isnt that big) and nobody is 6 feet apart now. The receptionists were not enforcing people to wait outside. Everyone did have masks on.They brought me into a room to finish my intake paperwork, but informed me I was not getting a cleaning. The call center gets confused. was the response. They insisted I spoke to the call center. Later on, they insisted it was the front desk who did all the calling.I originally came here because they were highly rated and local. They also took my insurance. My old dentist is almost an hour each way, does not take my current insurance, and Im going back to them.

So relieved to have such a professional, efficient, pleasant experience from the receptionist, dental assistants, Dr Minni (especially),the student interns and the office staff who handle calls and insurance this past week. I have had a slew of dentists over the years ...wish you were around decades ago when I had my implants, crowns, fillings, bridges etc. you name it I had it done. The receptionist sprays the chairs, takes your temperature and the area is kept very clean chairs are appropriately 6 feet apart. I had one of the best experiences of my life at Aspen Dental. First of all they are apitimy of professional. They care deeply for their patients and do their best for them at every turn. Thanks to kind caring hand of a nice lady named Lindsey my experience was made all that much better. Shes fun professional and very knowledgeable in her craft. I truly believe she deserves a raise. The doctors were understanding kind and very helpful as well. Lindsey was the best part though.

I had a long procedure yesterday day made much easier by the calm confident doctor. I have been impressed by Aspen compared to the more conventional dental practices who seem to be bent on separating you from your money. Aspen gives you the treatment you need without pressuring you for up sales.Very satisfied.

I have a credit with these guys and a man called me and asked me if I wanted to cash it out. I said yes, and informed him that I have recently changed bank accounts since I had last seen Aspen Dental, and gave him the new bank information. Everything seemed to have gone well, and he told me to call back if I hadnt seen the money in a week or two. Well it has been almost two months, so I called back today and was told with a rude attitude by a woman that it went to the old bank account. I told her that I gave the man my new information so it should not have. She then informed me in a rushed manner that the check went to an old address that I dont live at anymore, after again, telling them my new address previously. Complete incompetency and horrible customer service.

It was my first time at your office. As soon as I got there I felt at ease immediately. Your receptionist is wonderful. I did not wait long to be seen and was taken out back by a very friendly nurse. She listened to all of my concerns and it didnt take long until I saw one of the doctors.. I only remember his name as being Dr. D. He also listened to my concerns and before I knew it he said lets make you some new dentures..I am totally excited with my experience and that Im getting new dentures. I went to have a tooth pulled and was very pleased I could get in so soon. I soon found out why I was able to get in so soon, was because I had a new dentist working on my mouth. After an hour and a half of pulling and another dentist coming in to help, the tooth and a piece bone was removed. I paid before having my tooth pulled, but because they had to remove bone I am being sent a bill. Weird thing I had the tooth on my other side pulled by another dentist in out no problems, no extra bill.

Professional and respectful. The tooth extraction was uneventful and painless, the way an extraction should be.

I felt very safe with all the COVID-19 procedures that are in place. The check in was quick and efficient. My dentist and assistant were efficient and gentle. I had very quick service. I’ll be back

This Aspen Dental location is one of the most efficient and dental offices Ive ever seen. Wait times are short, equipment is state of the art. The people are friendly and professional. Prices are often half of what one would pay at another dentist with equal, if not markedly better quality of care. Im impressed every time I visit!

Made an appointment weeks ago online. Took off a day of work. Showed up this morning at scheduled time of appointment. 8:15am. I have the scheduled appointment on my phone. Free x-ray and exam for new patients. Staff very professional and friendly. No long waits. Waiting room clean and comfortable. I left with a plan on how to proceed in my treatment. For those, such as I, with no dental insurance they offer credit if you qualify. Be warned though, this is not a clinic with a sliding fee scale. For some reason, I thought it was. I havent had good experience with dental clinics (aside from a medical school which is too far for me to drive) so this is probably going to be my best option going forward.

Dr Oakes accused me of doing drugs saying I had a bunch of cavities (I believe 8) she said I needed a deep clean of my gums and a crown replaced and another filling that was done wrong replaced. I found out a couple months later I have an auto immune disorder that can cause cavities. After being accused of doing drugs I went elsewhere and found out my mouth looks great other than two small cavities. This dentist needs to go back to school or find something different to do. They quoted me 2,800 out of pocket after insurance when all it cost me was a couple hundred at the other dentist. Please be very careful and do your research before you get dental work done. I’m glad I decided to go elsewhere.

I found my local Aspen Dental to be very thorough, detailed, efficient with the staff being customer friendly. I had a detailed plan prepared that I found to be all encompassing but ideal for a perfect situation. However when dealing with seniors who have a fixed limited income I think more appropriate plans could and should be introduced to cater for this group of patients. What is a must for patients in their 20’s maybe desirable but out of reach for patients in their 70’s.Overall I found the facility to be good but much of the treatment plan are out of reach.

Great team, Doctors, Assistants, Hygienists, Office Staff; everyone is always pleasant, helpful and professional. I have had to get “ squeezed” in for a couple of troublesome appointments recently. Got me in the day after i called to make a appointment. Then someone canceled, so they called me back to ask if i can get in earlier in the day. Witch i agreed. Then when i got there I never have been there before they were really helpful and explained everything really good to me. Then came time to make a payment and I originally had all the money half on debit card half cash, but during the early morning hours i had a autorecurring bill pull money from my bank. Ago I was a little short. But they let that slide And was very understanding. Then when i went in for my impressions they again were very good at explaining what was gonna be happening and how long the process takes. The dentist was very nice and thorough. She was Very explaining. Overall my experience was really good and I highly recommend it to any one!

The staff always does a great job, and Ive had tooth extractions, fillings, and crowns. When necessary, theyve provided equally great referrals. They are willing to work with you on coming up with a payment plan that works for you. They have recently gone beyond the extra mile to resolve a payment dispute with our insurance company, so that our expense would be greatly reduced.

The dental services are quality except in the billing. I have been billed for services that should be covered by my two Insurances. Aspen dental is a preferred provider for these insurances but they dont submit them properly. I have been billed monthly for the past two years. When I call them there is no one to talk to. When I have my appointments there is no one to talk to but they tell me someone will call me but they never do. We are talking bills that are hundreds of dollars. I try to log onto my account using my account and it says I owe nothing and I dont have have any appointments coming up when I do. They just miss it in so many areas and just ignore it. I must say again the dental services are stellar. Thats the only reason I dont leave.

First, I use Aspen because their hours of operation fit my work schedule and I am able to make appointments toward the end of the day and not have to miss much work time. I also like the automated emails and phone call reminders prior to the appoint and how you can fill out any update forms online ahead of time. Lastly, Casey my hygienist is always gentle, efficient and most important very friendly and genuine.

Needed films sent to my new dentist. Had requested them in person Jan.31st; as of today (Feb 20) they were never sent. However, when I phoned today I spoke with Lindsay and she is a Temp at Aspen Biddeford. Very nice and extremely pleasant and helpful. Said she was going to email the films herself to ensure they got sent. You need more staff like her. Thank you Lindsay.

I didnt really love going to the dental office. I was more than pleased with my experience at the Aspen Dental Office in Biddeford. The office is staffed with a special group of professional individuals. The receptionist, technicians, and especially the doctors are special. They are all excellent in their special area of practice. Each is personable, accomplished, and do not waste a step in their tasks.I am impressed with the entire staff. I highly recommend the group to a patient with a concern.

People are nice company bad! I was new to Aspen and wont be back. We change dental Insurance so we had to change Dental provider. All I wanted was to get my cleaning and xrays. like I have every 6 months. I was told that couldnt happen unless I had other work done first. I said all I want is cleaning now and they took xrays then came up with a plan I was not comfortable with I was told I have to do their plan because of their licence. Once again i told just a cleaning for now the women said she couldnt do that, so I got up and left.I guess the patient has no input on the care they receive at Aspen Dental. they should change the name to Strong Arm Dental Care.

Needed to change dental providers quickly and be seen for an emergency dental visit. Got us in on a Friday afternoon. Office that was closing hooked us up with an office that was open. Half hour wait only to be seen. And visit took 50 minutes. Walked away with an answer and a visit the next scheduled for becoming a new patient.Overall great place and great price.

They were great, had a wisdom tooth extracted same day. The extraction took maybe 10 minutes and I did not feel a thing. Excellent bedside manner as well everyone was friendly and non judgemental. Would recommend the Biddeford location to anyone that needs a dentist :)

Aspen dental make your experience for the first appointment wonderful they took a bunch of x-rays for free along with doctors appointment free as well they let me know everything and how much it would cost to keep my regular teeth. They did way more than what was expected so they exceeded my expectations beyond what words can explain I’m most definitely going back to get all my work done there. Now don’t get me wrong they are costly but, all dental work is costly, as they say you get what you pay for. Thank you aspen dental you made me feel a lot better than when I first walked in the door. Plus a 2 hour doctors appointment for nothing, I would say I appreciate everything you people did for me yesterday thank you sooo much and as for anyone that can’t decide where they wanna go for dental work or just a plain old cleaning Aspen Dental should be your #1 choice. I have had work done at Aspen for over two years. At first I thought it was going to be humiliating because of the condition they were in but the staff made me feel great and explained everything about what I should do next. Every time I have had a problem the saw me as soon as they could and made sure I was comfortable. I will never go anywhere else. Overall I have to give this visit 4 stars instead of five. The assistant was superb. The actual dentist was okay. Performned the work just fine, but extremely lacking in giving information and details about what to expect and look for should problems arise. Sad to say, it was like pulling teeth to get ANY kind of information from the dentist. And after asking all pertinent questions I STILL left lacking all the information I needed. Frustrating!!! The info should have been given automatically as to exactly what symptoms to look for. She would not tell me...(

Another dentist that took my insurance put in a filling. Within 6 months it fell out (it always felt like bumpy wax between my gumline & tooth- the site of the cavity). It basically was. That dentist wouldn’t see me for over a month- Aspen worked hard to get me in ASAP & didn’t try to sell me. Told me it’d be ok to wait for my other dentist as they would have to fix it for free. I wasn’t confident with that dentist at all so I asked Aspen to do the work. They did it immediately & at a very fair price. I’m confident in my filling. It’s smooth & just feels like my tooth. Thank you so much :)

I was charged extra for a bill i paid off last year. I called to try and straighten it out and was told it was going to collections without beikg able to make a payment plan. They were rude and unprofessional and i will be taking my business to a smaller local dental office.
