This is a busy place so be ready to wait and seat in line. Good customer service, I loved the way the guy did my nails, eyebrow waxing was great too. Definitely recommend this place. This is my place to go every time I’m in town.

We waited 45 minutes because there was no one working the reception desk and had only two technicians staffed on a Saturday at 2 PM. After the technician began the manicure/pedicure, she told us their credit card machine was broken and that she could only accept cash. (The ATMs in the mall have ridiculous surcharges, by the way.) We requested a child manicure and pedicure for our 10 year old daughter but discovered the technician had provided adult-level services when she charged us adult pricing. The entire experience was super frustrating.

Amazing! It felt so nice to have a GREAT! Pedicure. They wire mask, gloves and had petitions up to help stop the spread. AWESOME! The oils, massage, hot towels! Oh my! So amazing! Thanks, Nail Spa, I will be back soon!

This was my first time coming here, I recently moved to Greenville and a friend recommended me to here. The service was beyond amazing. Everyone of the staff are so kind and courteous, they helped me to find the perfect color. Im glad I came here.

Great experience! I came here once a couple years ago to get my lashes done and had a good experience but lately Ive been looking for a new nail tech and this place is close to home. Great decision. I went in not long before closing maybe an hour and a half before closing. Michelle whats my tech. She was absolutely wonderful she was so nice and patient. She listened to what I wanted she gave me exactly what I wanted they actually look better than the picture that I showed her. She was friendly. The front desk was very organized I think Connie was her name? She was extremely helpful and welcoming. Im very funny about where I go and they exceeded the expectations I had. The prices were extremely reasonable its big and open and clean. Great experience all around like I said will definitely be going back.

Doesnt close until 7 came in at 6:30 and lady at desk said no one can service me. Poor customer service

First time going here. I didn’t like the way I had to find where to sit for a pedicure. The lady at the front only said in the back. No plastic bags for the bowl that you put your feet in so I felt a bit uncomfortable with that. So that was awkward. But, the guy that did my feet was nice. Toes were cute.

The lady did a terrible job on my nails. It hasn’t even been a week yet and 2 nails have broken off. Also they tried to change the prices so you need to watch them. Their sign says one thing but they tell you something else so be careful.

First,let me state the establishment was very nice and the empolyees were very polite. The issue is I definitely believe the services I paid for were overpriced for the quality. I went in and let the establishment know directly that it was first time set of gel for my partner and all I wanted was a gel manicure. We got seperated and that was fine. I maintained telling the nail tech what my partnwr wanted and it was their 1st time. My manicure experience was nice. My nails came out cute but after we left, the nails either had not dried or old product was used but the manicure came off. My partner, well their nails came out really nice but the nailtech was really rough with their nails/hands. (A reason I brought this to their attention it was a 1st time set). Apparently while we were seperated, they kept asking my partner if they wanted this or that. I understand trying to make sure that they were recieving correct services but I already stated what they wanted. They confused my partner with questions and I believe that had a part in why I overpaid. When they allowed me to sit next to my partner till their nails were done, I even restated that we wanted. I told them many times what we wanted but still had questions as to what services we wanted. I paid in full and tipped. I definitely appreciate the nice service but I definitely overpaid for the services provided. I do not recommend for first time services.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!!I asked the lady to wash her hands before servicing me after she finished another customer... instead of her washing her hands, she caught an attitude and told me she will get someone else to service me. She continued to walk around the salon speaking very disrespectfully.Due to her being disrespectful and unprofessional, I refused to let her service me. She proceeded to charge me $15 since I had my feet in the water while waiting for her to service me.

Today was my first experience at the Salon. It was wonderful. The girls were very nice and gentle and the leg and hand massages were amazing. Will definitely be going back for my next girls day out. Thanks nails and Spa for relaxing morning .

Professional nail techs that do an amazing job and its safe not to get an infection.....what else is there to say....wait...did I say they use non toxic products, yes they do. 100% natural pedicure product is great. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a nail salon. The girl who did my acrylic nails was rude. She left me to go do a pedicure and told me to dry my nails with the little fan instead of the light. 30 Minutes later and my nails were still not dry. I finally said something to her and she put my hands under the light to dry. After leaving 3 of my polished nails got damaged. The nail polish was old, so didnt dry correctly. I ended up going to another nail salon and having to pay them to repolish my nails. I will definitely not go back to this place. Waste of time and money.

Normally when I come here I get great service but today.....OMG......the nails service was great, but LeeLee the lady who did my pedicure was rude, and very disrespectful. When told her she was hurting me she acted like she didn’t understand, got up and left!!! Some else finished the job. She was very nice....

The worst experience ever. No one wanted to do my nails and was there for over 2 hours. They told me that not everyone knows how to do everything; only certain nail techs can do certain things which made me feel very uncomfortable. I had to flag down a guy to do my nails when there were 4 ladies standing at the desk running their mouths. Here is a picture of my nails (ombre no more than 4 to 5 days later) Paid $65 for a fill in and with ombre for them to look like this.... NEVER WILL I GO BACK THERE! THIS WAS NOT OMBRE THAT I PAID FOR NOT EVEN GEL IF IT CAME OFF 4 TO 5 DAYS LATER; i could literally peel off the polish. WORST PLACE EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE HONESTY! THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!!

First the owner(lady)of the salon had a big attitude. Got a pedicure n manicure done today. The guy was absolutely unprofessional, the equipments were all outdated and the procedure was so bad. I was present on Saturday at 11 AM to get a manicure and pedicure I’ve got the dip manicure and as of yesterday 24 hours afterwards my nails are already peeling and the only thing that they could offer was me to come back is the holidays and not everyone has the time to come back and sit for another 45 minutes to get something done again that may not be right once I leave when I requested to speak with the manager of the excuse was that the manager is not in and they do not know when he will be in. At this point it’s very unprofessional they should offer a refund I’ve been going here for years and never ran into a problem and the one time I have a problem they are not wanting to assist the correct method would be to refund me my money because I spent almost $100 in this place in one day.

Just terrible! If you can not speak English fluently then how can you provide a service to English speaking customers? You can’t just do what you want to do and expect us to pay for it. They have no respect and don’t appreciate the customers. It took 2 different nail techs to do my feet. I have went places for cheaper and received better service. Finally found a place close to home that has great service!! Great customer care and you don’t even need an appointment. Staff is always friendly and offers you something to drink., Tracy and Tammy did a great job on my ombre nail.They all did great on my pedicure. I don’t have a specific person because they are all great! They also add in a little massage after my nails☺️ I highly recommend!

I was so satisfied with the look of my nails after getting powder instead of acrylic.This was my first time and after 2 weeks I had lifting of 4 nails and they looked like I needed a fill in. I was told it was due to my job as a nurse.....so I gave them another try. I got a brand new set instead of a fill in. They said it was because of my nursing job again but I took off for 3 weeks. Im currently 8 days out from getting my nails done and 3 has already came off. Very disappointed 😞. I loved the service david was sweet but I cannot continue to pay 60 evey week and a half.

This was the only nail place opened on Sunday near the mall. I got a pedicure. The girl that did it actually took her time...most the time they rush you but she didnt. I was there for an hour and i really appreciate the fact that she took her time because i work a lot and dont really get much pamper time.

I got a mani and pedi. The pedi was fine although at times the nail tech was rough and rushed the massage. My full set looks terrible. I’ve gone here on and off for years but I won’t be back. I can tell that service has declined and now I know why. The service was rushed and of poor quality. Also the increase on services is ridiculous, $3 extra for each service.

I have been coming to Nail Spa for 20 years and have never had an issue with any of the employees or staff. I recommend this Nail Salon to all my friends. I have tried other nail salons but I always end up back here because of the cleanness and professional attitude and atmosphere.

I dont understand the bad reviews below. Ive been going to Nails and Spa for my nails since they under new management . The staff is always friendly and helpful- the comments from others about the staff being rude is ridiculous and some reviews border on racism- the staff is professional at Nails and Spa.Tammy alway does an amazing job. My nail are always awesome. Ive never had an issue at Nails and Spa and my powder nails generally last 3 weeks before I need a fill. Nails for people who get them done regularly is very much like a hair salon. You have to find a person you like who understands your style. I recommend Tammy, Tracy, Henry and Linh if its your first time at nails and Spa. Theyre all excellent.

I have gone here twice in the past and both times have felt very rushed. They used to have lower prices so I didn’t mind the poor service but due to the price increase since November it’s not really worth coming here anymore.

They only care about up charging they dont care about the quality of work. They just want your money. Its said people are using corona as an excuse to over charge. I see why they barely have 3 stars. The nail shops been closed for weeks but they claim they are short on supplies but yet it should be more than enough Supply since theyve been closed down for almost two and a half months. This was one of the best nail spa experiencing Ive ever had in the history of my nail salon searching! Im super happy definitely be my go-to nail salon .The ambiance is relaxing, the nail technicians are super nice and you get soooo much for what you pay for. I got a gel mani w/ natural product pedi and it all cost only $66But even more importantly, my gel manicure looks like perfection. Smooth, shiny and perfectly shaped. I cant stop looking at my hands! My pedicure is equally as gorgeous, but lets be real, I would rather look at my hands than my feet.Shoutout to Linh for beautiful my beautiful hand and feet

Took my two granddaughters in to get pedicures and I got one as well. The granddaughters picked out color And was never told it was gel nail color. I told them 3 times we wanted the regular /$26 pedicures. When we were paying they informed me that I owed 108 because they used gel colors on the granddaughters. Nothing indicated they were using gel polish. Definitely will not Go back there! They did an awful job on mine. The place was dirty and should probably close their doors

I feel next time they should use alcohol for people with sensitive skin! & my friend got her nails done an she asked for gel with NO!! white tips and the lady put it on her nails . she had to keep correcting her while she was telling her what she wanted and wasnt fixing it . Then she told her it was on$35 and changed it to $40 after she asked her again like why do that

This is the best nail salon in city. It is clean and comfortable, and everyone that works there is so kind and professional. I love the range of colors. My shellac manicures last three weeks before I come in, not because they’re peeling but because of grow out. Also, their price are very reasonable. Amazing! And the pedicures are divine. Great value. Never hard to get a same-day appointment. I’ll keep coming back.

I had a nail tech with some heavy burdens and she kinda rushed through my nails and then my pedicure chick bruised and cut one of my feet.

Last time I came I had my toes polished with their polish and it was off in 2 days and when i came back they tried to find the red that came off and thought they were only gonna do 1 nail. Nope got a whole new do. Now Im here with a gift certificate and it had expired...i didnt know so i asked if they would honor it and she said no. But I got my toes done anyway. But I wont ever come back. Looking for a black nail salon.

My girlfriend and I were at the mall and since she had been wanting to get her brows done, we stopped by this establishment. They had a sign posted saying by appointment only, but when we started to walk away, they said to just sign in and they would take her. That was the end of the good experience. My girlfriend was taken to a room in the back. She described the room as having a chair and a table that was messy, but knowing hot wax can be messy, it wasnt a red flag. When the lady started, the wax was too hot, and from the outcome, she wanted to keep my girlfriends eyelids, brows and forehead for herself. While her brows did get waxed, they were left bleeding and swollen to the point she looks like she has two black eyes. We will never be back, and if you want to keep your skin on your face, we suggest you stay far away as well.Pros: cheap pricesCons: cheap work

They usually do a great job with pedicures here,you just have to watch out for some of the workers not giving you the pedicure you paid for and half doing the job. If you want really good acrylic nails then ask for Julie but book her ahead because she’s usually pretty busy.

After going here for a while now I never had any issues until recently. The nail technician I went to was very rude and said he would not fix my nail if I didn’t like it. A couple months later I went back to get a simple gel manicure and the nail technician could not do the design and okay that’s fine, so I proceeded to ask if I could just get something else then and she wanted to charge me extra to get something else... which I didn’t understand because if I don’t like the service/nails are you not suppose to meet my needs? I was very upset at how I was treated and that they weren’t willing to work with me and at the end of the day I still had to pay for a horribly done job! Would bro recommend to anyone.

I normally dont write reviews, especially at nail salons, but my experience at Nail Spa was just terrible. I chose this salon because they didnt have any wait times on a pedicure and could fit me in immediately. When I got there, I sat in the chair and asked if they had a navy blue polish because I didnt see it on the wall. I was immediately told that Im not your technician. Well okay, so once the technician comes I ask again and she doesnt respond. She starts the pedicure and when I tell you this was the weakest pedicure Ive ever had, I mean it. The leg massage lasted all of two minutes, the body scrub lasted about one minute, and the exfoliation on my feet didnt get any calluses off. If anything it dried my feet out more because of the rubbing alcohol she doused it in. Now its time for the polish, I ask again for navy blue and she clearly doesnt speak English well so I tried to show her the color. She nodded and said okay then painted my nails the color that was sitting there from the previous client before I sat down. Its now been twenty minutes since I left and my nail polish is already coming off. Im very disappointed with my experience here. It would have been a nice place if they had better service.

Reasonably priced with good service. Lady at the front desk was very kind and listened to what we wanted. The lady who did my nails didnt talk to me a lot but I didnt mind. The place I went to get the original acrylics done (I got a fill here) wasnt very good and I left the place feeling less than pleased with my nails, I will definitely be returning to this salon over any others.

Went in for a full acrylic set, but got talked into a dip set (which was fine, Ill try anything once). However, what was not cool was how poorly my almond nails were shaped. They looked more rounded than almond and not even. This was done on Tuesday... now today (Sunday) I look and notice that there are 2 small cracks on either side of my right thumb nail that goes all the way through. So far, not very pleases.

DONT GO TO JENNY. She quoted one price then charged another. I seen her do the same thing to another lady 2 weeks prior but I wanted to give to give her a chance. Not worth the money.

I’m a little conflicted about this review. The two men who did my pedicure were very friendly, warm, and professional. They were amazing.The woman who did my dip on the other hand made me feel so unwelcomed. I could tell from the moment she sat down she wanted nothing to do with me. She made two of my fingers bleed with the drill and my dip nails definitely lack quality. Uneven drilling, sides of nail with no dip at all, hang nails, bits of the dip hanging over my nails, and dip under my nails! When I went to wash my hands I noticed a good amount of build up under my nails so I sat back in my seat to get it filed down. She was so mad!! And when I said there was some left after she filed a bit off she literally shooed me away.I am willing to try this place again but I will refuse to have that same woman work on my nails!!

The nail tech was rude she kept snatching my hand and she redid a nail and it looks a mess.

Let me tell y’all something this girl Tammy is so worth the money. Takes her time and does a amazing job. Every time i leave i can’t wait tell my next visit. She truly brings my visions to life. I dont let anyone else touch my nails expect her. Word of advice book ahead she fills up fast.

I love coming to the Nail Spa. I have been coming here for years and I have always had a great experience. The technicians here are great and so is the service. I am very disappointed with my service. And when i mentioned the mistake they made on my manicure and pedicure they did not want to fix it and they don’t fix it ! After a week my acrylic on my nails are lifting and chipping away. My pedicure polish is smeared and chipping . I will never go back and I definitely will tell friends and family not to spend their hard earned money there !

People stay away!!$83 for my daughters pedi and meni and my gel pedicure. The guy literally just painted her nails and toe nails. Btw, as soon as we walked out of there, her nail polish on her hands started to come off. Very very disappointing. I was going to come back here next week to get my manicure done, after this there is no way..

Went in with my friend and the tools they used on me did not look clean and I was not at all satisfied with my nails. They’re unevenly filed and the nail polish wasn’t even applied completely to my nail. On top of this, my friend didn’t even get taken care of until I was finished getting a GEL manicure (you know this takes a little longer than normal).

Great! I’m fairly picky about who does my nails and I always get square but I decided to do Coffin nails and the man who done my nails did such a great job. He took his time and talked to me, it was great. I really appreciate that he took his time and made sure I liked my nail and made sure they were shaped properly. They’re perfect and I’ve always had a good experience here.

My nail tech was careless and not at all friendly. Did everything in a hurry and left a lot of space on my nails unpainted. I left with polish on the skin around my nails and a smudge on one of my nails. Did the bare minimum to be considered a manicure. Pricing is normal for the industry and she did a decent job on my brows. Would not recommend it though

If I could rate this place a big 0 I definitely would!! The service was trash! The nail techs attitude was trash as well! My mother wanted a pedicure and there was no wait time and they definitely was not busy !! During the pedicure my mother wanted her foot scrubbed more because the nail tech didn’t get the area completely on the bottom of her feet I asked if she could scrub her foot a little longer and the nail tech blatantly told me no multiple times for no reason whatsoever ! Now If I’m paying you to do a service that you’re supposed to do RIGHT the 1st time without me asking then that’s what I expect not tell me No 5-6 times that’s BAD customer service, and extremely unprofessional!! There’s definitely way better nail places that CATERS to your every need then this place so business will MOST DEFINITELY be taken elsewhere!!!

After the nail spa I went to got new management that wasnt fantastic and after moving, I was unable to find someone who was able to do what I had been wanting. My friend recommended coming here and seeing Julie. I have never been so pleased with the outcome of my nails than I am today. Thank you, Julie!

I havent been here in a while. Last week I came in to get a full set, with gel polish and designs on 4 of my nails. Helen did my nails and they were beautiful. Unfortunately 2 days later, two of my nails had already came off. My nails didnt even last a whole week. I now have a total of 3 nails that are still intact. I am highly upset about this! When I use to go to them I never had this problem, but for the price of $70 this is totally unacceptable! The acrylic just came right on off as if they were press ons.

My experience with them has always been great....They definitely have a very clean shop and I like the staff....Ive been there twice to get my pedicures and both times I was very satisfied with their work. I will continue to come here to get my nails, feet and eyebrows done!!Highly recommended

My daughter and I got our nails done here and at first it seemed like a very nice place. Until my service wasn’t completed properly. I explained to the young lady before checking out that the young lady rushed on my overlay of my real nails and I wasn’t satisfied. They proceeded to take my money a hurry me out the door. Now here it is a week later and the free edge of my nail are chipping and breaking in the spots where the acrylic was thin. Seeing as though the acrylic wasn’t distributed evenly now my nails are uneven. I called to express my concerns and I was told that they could fix them but I would have to pay full price. I then asked about speaking to the owner bc she said that she was the manager and she took my information to only tell me once I called back to verify when I would receive a call that the owner won’t be in until next week. Very disappointing and very poor customer service. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

Always receive excellent service here. Staff is very friendly and customer focused. They always do their best to accommodate walk-ins and last minute bookings. Spa is kept immaculately clean.

Im pregnant and I was super tired so I just paid and left without arguing, but I got a gel manicure (listed at $30), my daughter got a regular manicure (listed at $15 if they were charging the full adult price, $10 if the kid price, which they should have for her tiny nails and little bit of light pink polish), and my step-daughter got an acrylic set with regular polish...no gel or anything special (listed at $25). We were charged $105 before tip.OK, so basic math aside, THIS also happened.When we got there, I said I wanted an eyebrow wax. Then when I was getting my manicure and she was finishing up, she asked again if I wanted an eyebrow wax. I said yes. She nodded, then abruptly walked to the back. I washed my hands and kind of stood there expecting them to come back with wax stuff. She didnt, and she just took another customer for a manicure. I was like....um, OK. So I didnt get my eyebrows done at all.So our services should have cost $70 IF they charged my daughter the full adult price (which is ridiculous). I have NO idea where they came up with the extra $35 and I just was tired and wanted to leave. The manicures look good (for now, I hope the gel doesnt peel like others who have posted here), but well never go back....I hate being ripped off.

Let me tell y’all something this girl Stacy is so worth the money. Takes her time and does a amazing job. Every time i leave i can’t wait tell my next visit. She truly brings my visions to life. Not only is she amazing she provides a private and calm environment. That always leaves me vary relaxed. let anyone else touch my nails. Word of advice book ahead she fills up fast so if you walk in and ask it a long wait

I always make an appointment and have no problem. Of course I go before 5 the busy hours. I also always ask for Hannah. She give my nails a great shape and does not cut me up. I tried a few nail techs and she is my favorite.

You would think that because this place is inside the MALL they’d do outstanding work. Negative. Very disgusting Asian business that only cares about fast money. They will do a terrible fast job just to get a lot of customers in and out. And after doing a terrible job in the end they will still over price you since their location is inside the mall. They tried to dismiss me with a nail coming off just because they had a line. Never coming here again. I hate their service and their mentanilty. It’s very selfish. Only care about the benefits of them and their money, and will give you crappy overpriced horrible service.

I love how large and clean the salon was. I got a gel manicure and within a week it was peeling but I normally get SNS because gel for some reason sucks on my nails. My pedicure was great It felt great looked great. I think I may have found a new nail spot closer to my home
