Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice!! Andy did a wonderful job on my SNS! I booked online and was in and out in just 1 hour! Nails are the exact shape I asked for and look great! My 5 and 7 year old tagged along for a polish change on their nails. Everyone was super sweet and accommodating. I may have permanently made the switch from a neighboring salon! ❤️

First time, clean and beautiful nail salon. Lina did a great job with my sns nails! The sns color disnt have a regular polish match for my toes but Lina matched the closest color and the pedi was perfect!

Lovely atmosphere and welcoming staff. Very clean and well kept. They offer complimentary wine and relaxing music. My nails were done by Cindy, who I may add is very sweet and nice to talk to. Definitely a good to spot if you like your nails done often or even for a special event.

Exceptional service. Walk-ins get seated quickly. The nail spa is, professional, clean, and has an esthetically pleasing atmosphere. Served beverages (wine, water, soda). Had nail art done by Lina. Shes amazing and fast! Also, when I went in as a walk in and could not get seated on time, the host/ front desk gentleman sat me and took care of me himself. Work was also great. Will highly recommend.

They fixed my moms nails and they lasted a good time considering how much she uses her hand. They didn’t fall off till they grew out of her original nail. Going back again definitely!

Excellent service!! They always take us as soon as we come and we never have to wait! They take appointments which most nail salons don’t anymore and that is a bonus for us with our busy schedules. My husband loved his pedicure by far the best and we both will be back!!

My mom and I went and we loved the attention to detail and service. I went right before a two week tropical vacation for an acrylic set and they did not chip or break or crack etc. while I was gone. Pictures are 17 days apart.

Absolutely beautiful! So clean and relaxing! Theres a beautiful waterfall wall and the employees are so nice and professional! I felt completely comfortable with their covid precautions, using plexiglass shields between us and the workers. I recommend the Elegant pedicure it is...AMAZING! Leg and foot massage, exfoliating scrub, hot towels, paraffin wax and best of all...Hot Stone leg massage! They also did a perfect job on the French tips pedicure. Overall, the experience was amazing and I will DEFINITELY be back!! So worth it!

Loved the pedicure! Even the basic one came with calf and foot massage. Wine and water are offered and included with the service. The place is very elegant. Will definitely return soon!

My mom and I came here for our first visit today after she called and made an appointment. The customer service was very pleasant and we received more of the same when we came in. Andy and Hugh were awesome! They took great care of us…we will definitely be back again sooner than later!

The 1st thing you notice when you walk in is the ambiance. I knew instantly I would be able to relax. Everyone is REALLY nice & if theyre running behind they keep you updated. I had an appointment & they were on time, but I could hear them telling walk ins how long they would wait while keeping others updated. They also have this really nice crystal gel for your pedicure. I like the fact that there are tons of technicians in there. This was my 2nd time here & Ill definitely be coming back.

I came here on 12/20/20 with my bf & another couple. When you walk in, it looks like a celebrity spa. It’s amazing. It’s clean and very elegant. There are two huge chandeliers that are beautiful! The salon is well organized and simply amazing. 10/10 for appearance. We came at 1:30pm, no appointment. My friend and her bf had been here before and said it’s normally not busy at all. Nonetheless, we were told they were busy and that we could come back later either 4:30pm or 5pm. We chose 5pm. They wrote our name down and what we were getting, pedicures and a 3/4 of us manicures. We came at 4:30pm and they were not prepared for us. It looked a little busy too. They started setting things up and stuff. We had to wait a few minutes, maybe 6 mins, + or - 2 mins. Thankfully, they let us all sit side by side. They do have barriers for safety measures and for single customers, every other chair is not used. The 4 of us started getting our pedicures at completely different times. My bf got his down first. He got the soothing nu skin pedicure. He told me that he felt that it was rushed, but it was good. Kelly did his service. She did not ask him if he wanted a polish on his nails, and he wanted clear. Now, he is going to do it himself 🤷‍♂️. He also got a gel manicure. He had no complaints. I got the classic nu skin pedicure. Overall, it was good. My legs & feet feel refreshed and good. I hadn’t had a pedicure in a few months but pre covid, I got mani/pedi regularly. Tammy did my services. My issue with my pedi is that I stated before I started that I wanted my nails cut low. It wasn’t. My right big toe had lent or something in it under the nail. 🤦‍♂️ I asked her to cut it lower and she did but it still wasn’t satisfactory. I just gave up and let it go. It’s winter, so I’m not pressed. I normally cut my nails prior to getting them done for this reason. Even if there was an issue with cutting, it could’ve been filed down. In the pictures, you can see the nails and I don’t want any nail showing, really. Im probably gonna end up cutting them like I want it. Part of the pedicure I got was sole solution foot treatment. The main reason I chose that type of pedicure if for the benefits. My heel area is cracked/dry and was hoping it’ll help. But it still feels the same. Like, I use use my fingernail and scrape/pull the dead skin off... The massage chair is lovely. I got gel manicure and it was fine. No complaints rally. I must add my nails were already cut to my liking as I cut them a few days ago. Tammy wore gloves and I have mixed feelings. I get it, for safety reason, but It takes away from the skin to skin contact when doing nails, especially the lotion/massage part. None of the other people were wearing gloves while performing manicures. I was disappointed that they didn’t offer any of us if we wanted a complimentary drink, that they have and advertise. Also, it was kinda awkward. There was no communication between Tammy and I. No small talk or anything. I normally go to another salon but they are closed Sundays. There, I’m use to it being super friendly and talking the whole time. Even when it was my very first time, we talked and got to know each other. That didn’t happen here. My friends had Melinda and Jennifer doing their services. I heard Jennifer asking one of my friends if they wanted their nails shorter and if it was right, which had prompted me to ask Tammy to cut mine lower. Melinda and Jennifer seemed to perform services better than Tammy and Kelly. However, none of them asked us if we wanted a complimentary drink. Overall, I was a bit disappointed. They have plenty of options but they aren’t necessarily on the modest side. I don’t mind that if I’m getting good quality services. My friend had been here before and really hyped up this establishment. I just don’t feel like this visit lived up to that standard. My friend & I are social workers and I have a self care group. We talked to the manager, Randy, about setting up a group activity here for our co workers. I will be back. I hope it will be a better experience.

Place was very nice and clean staff was friendly. I got dip nail and the older lady that did my nails she was very sweet. I didn’t like my nails for 2 reason both of my thumbs were Crocket, my dip powder got all on my skin and my some of my nails are lumpy.

Jenny did SNS (Dip powder) on my nails and she did such an amazing and clean job. She also did gel on my toes ! She was super sweet and good at her job ! Thank you Jenny !

The salon ambiance is top tier. You are immediately welcomed upon entering and those pleasantries remain during your service. The aesthetic is pleasing and the technicians do not rush you. I would recommend!

Everyone at Vinci is very professional yet friendly. I visited 4 times now & every service I have received has been great! Each time I have had a different person & found them all to be great!! The atmosphere is sat with great music & plenty to drink. Whether you like wine, beer, or nice cold water. I love that they have almost every color you can imagine too! #greatexperience

My sister set up an appt for three of us. Everything is so beautiful inside. So elegant and welcoming vibes. The staff was super friendly. I enjoyed the time I spent there. My gel pedicure was absolutely beautiful. I would recommend to anyone who wants to get services done and especially for something relaxing.

HORRIBLE! My cousin and I came to Vinci nail spa on June 8th right before we went out of town for vacation. My nails looked great. My cousins nails on the other hand looked horrible. I had spent over $150 for us to get our nails and toes done. We were there for 3 hours which seemed longer than normal and they were not busy at all. Stephanie is the one who did my cousins nails and I was done an hour before her when we started at the same time. My cousins nails were hurting her and we were both ready to leave as we had been there forever. Before we left I told the manager about my cousins nails and I called the store after we left. I talked to him more on the phone as I didn’t want to make a scene in front of customers. I told him how my cousins nails looked so bad and how they were hurting her because Stephanie filed the sides too much and made them raw, but mine nails were fine. He asked if we could come back the next day but we were going out of town. He told me when we get back into town he will have someone redo her nails. We are back in town and I called today to see if they had any appointments available they said yes and I told the lady on the phone about the situation and she said for us to come in and they would take care of it. We drove 20 minutes over there for them to tell us that we would have to pay for my cousin to get her nails redone or we could come back Monday and they could do them for no charge. Why would I do that when we are already there? Makes no sense. My cousin did not get to get her nails redone after the horrible job they did in the first place. I asked for a refund on her part which would’ve been $60 or so since the problem was never resolved but they said no. I did not ask for a refund on the whole $150 because my nails were fine. Bottom line, they were very inconsistent on what they told us and I will not be going back. Money wasted.

I decided to give Vinci a fresh start and made an appointment with them after a bad experience that I had. I started the appointment with Nu that did amazing with my nails. She was very attentive to my acrylic structure as well as my cuticles. I am very satisfied with her service provided today.To complete the service, I had a pedicure by Hugh. Hugh has always done an amazing job since the day Vinci opened their doors. He’s very knowledgeable about products to use and how to keep my feet looking amazing as if he’s done them hisself. Due to this amazing services I will be back by making an appointment.

This place is unassuming from the outside, but once you walk in, you are transported to somewhere not here. The decor is gorgeous. The music is calming. Its the perfect atmosphere to get pampered. The staff is amazing, very professional and welcoming. The salon is very clean. While I got my manicure, I watched a video touring Madrid. It was like a mini vacation. I will definitely be back! Oh and theres a wine bar! Huge plus!! Thank you Vinci Nail Spa for being the first stop on my me day!

My daughter and I go here frequently. We are very happy with the quality of the service they provide. The staff is very friendly. My only complaint is that we do not get to sit together when we come in to our appointment. We normally start out together, but then have to go to different stations that are not side by side. I don’t know if the staff has assigned stations, but it would be nice when people come in together that they can sit together for the whole time. Otherwise, it sort of defeats the purpose of the experience together.

There are no words to express the awesomeness of this place. Professional, Friendly, Fun, Relaxing, Exceptional Service. They go far and beyond any salon I have ever entered. It is well worth the drive from where ever you might live. They have an exceptional variety of nail colors. So convenient and easy. Try it, you will never go back to any other salon.

The people are so polite and friendly. Very welcoming and relaxing ambiance. I had the Luxury Nu Skin Pedicure with a simple white polish and I got S&S in a light grey. They took the time to really make sure all of my nails were done properly and the experience is one I look forward to again!

This is definitely a place to be pampered. My pedicure involved a leg mask with the warm towels, the hot stone massage and paraffin wax. Loved it!When it comes to cleanliness: They use disposable kits and sterilized items, the foot area is covered with a disposable plastic, from what I saw all was very clean.During pandemic: all staff members wore their masks and so did the customers. They were on point from the moment you walk in to when you leave.

The place is very beautiful and very clean. However, one of the worse pedicures I’ve ever had. I purchased the Elegant Pedicure. The lady seemed to be in a hurry. She didn’t leave the paraffin on long enough for it to even dry, and it was still runny when she took my feet out of the bag. There was no foot or leg massage at all. And the polish job was horrible.

By far the best nail experience Ive ever had. The place has very high end decoration. The staff was great and friendly. The tvs werent playing game shows or anything dumb. In one visit, Vinci Nail Spa had me converted to a loyal supporter after using the same nail salon for over 3 years. Their service is far and away the best I have experienced. The facility is beautiful, their SNS color selection is amazing, and the service is incomparable. Randy keeps the wait time to a minimum and is so effective at managing time and resources. Vinci has a customer for life!

My sister and I have not had a manicure or pedicure since the pandemic outbreak. It was my birthday and we wanted to pamper ourselves. When looking for a nail spa, our biggest thing outside of receiving great service was that the facility took the pandemic seriously and used safety and cleanliness precautions. We are probably a little more extreme about it than most people because our family has been severely affected by the virus. We were thrilled to find they did. The staff was friendly, professional and did a very good job on our manicures and pedicures.I noticed the only other review given below 5 stars was because the nails weren’t cut below the nail showing at all, and felt the response from the staff was handled very professionally.Glad we found this place! The manicures were excellent and the gel on our nails looked really nice (we are very particular. So well done!) Also a great job on the pedicures. Feet and polish look great! Will definitely be back as a regular!

I have given my business to this establishment for quite some time and I have personally witnessed the quality of customer service reduced to poor. On multiple times Vinci did not honor my advance appointment and was informed that they overlooked my appointment. Uncalled for and poor customer service when this happens more than once. Poor management. Poor customer services.

I went at opening (9am) on 2/5 for an SNS manicure. Jenny was the one who performed my services. She was very polite and courteous, she asked if I liked my length, color, and shape to ensure I was satisfied throughout the service. She also reassured me that if I didn’t like anything to please let her know so she could fix it and that she would be happy to do so. However, I loved everything she did but it was very nice to have someone who cared if I did like the look of everything. It was my first visit at this salon and it definitely won’t be my last. Jenny is definitely an asset to this salon and truly made my experience wonderful!

They don’t rush you out the door to get to the next customer. It’s so nice to walk in and they know your name and know your preferences too! Cindy did my mani and pedi. She seemed to be in a bad mood and showed it. Rushed pedicure, did not even clean under toenails. When i asked politely if she could clean it, she snapped at me and said she was not finished. She finished the pedicure and did not clean under the toenails. Manicure was decent however i wanted a design and she did not know how to do a design ( just a plain daisy flower design).The first time i came to this salon, Melany did my nails and she was very good.

For the longest I have searched for a place that makes me feel welcomed. When I found out they were finally opened I rushed in here. It’s absolutely beautiful and very clean, I’ve been coming here for at least 6 months and I’ve never had a bad experience. It took one time for me to get Andy to do my nails and now he is my go to forever. Absolutely terrible. My daughter got a pedicure here and they did a horrible job. They rushed through it and got nail polish all over her skin. Also cut her nails with a cuticle cutter instead of a nail clipper and didnt bother to file them after, so they are all rigid and pointed. They also forgot to do the top coat so they did it while we were about to walk out and neglected to paint the right pinky toe all the way so only half of the toe had polish on it. We only went here because her usual place was all booked and she needed them done today. She will not be returning because it was so bad.

The trip was most definitely worth it the staff were friendly and kept conversation! 10/10 recommend!

I called and they took me right away for an eyebrow wax. When you walk in it is so beautiful. They welcome you, and they took me right back for my eyebrow wax. She did an amazing job. They have a complimentary bar in this place. They have beautiful chandeliers and extremely comfy looking pedicure chairs. I will be there for my next pedicure. So happy to have found this place. I will tell friends about it. Try them out, you wont be disappointed.

Pedicure was great but unfortunately the man doing my nails cut me multiple times with the nail file and drill. I asked for square and got square on one hand and rounded on the other. I don’t know if the guy doing my nails was falling asleep or just out of it but the outcome of that was my nails being uneven and gel top coat being uneven. I displayed my concerns to the manager and was given 10% off, but still left with uneven nails and walked out the door paying $103.00. Pedicures I would recommend anything else I would not. Now I’m forced to go somewhere else and pay someone to fix my uneven nails.

My only nail shop and I live 30min away but no other compares. Classy, comfortable atmosphere with knowledgeable nail artists and technicians.

I always come here to escape the busy day and the people and atmosphere is amazing. Will never go anywhere else in greensboro.
