Pedicure was okay. Nothing special and nails look good. Issue is when we get the the manicure. Took for. Ever. - almost an hour and a half for basic dip and tips whereas my other place takes only 30 minutes. No design just plain color. Also, there are weird black spots like dust trapped under the top coat, so yay 🙂. Originally asked for a design but looked like it was done by a child so we took it off. Nails are fine and wearable, just not in love. Wish I got the corners rounded out on the shape.

Ive been getting Liquid gel religiously for years and they always look super cute.

I paid $230 for nails and toes. My nails are customize which is really cool a lot of nails salon DONT do that. The place is really clean and nice and the people work fast. I didn’t give it 5 stars because I think my nails and toes could of been a little bit Neater and sharper. Other than that it’s great and my toes last very long, couple months actually. Will be going back.

I have thought about a french style nails with the white tips having a small amount glitter, today nail n spa made ot happen. I love it!! 💘

Horrible customer service and argue in front of customers.This place of business have the regulars that they cater to not realizing when others enjoy the services too until today I called and ask how long was the wait for eyelashes, I was told 30 min. I arrived in 10 mins. after I entered the building all the Employees including the owner which was standing a couple of feet away stared at me I was never greeted when I came in the door no one ask what I needed, I witnessed 2 customers that came in and were greeted after I did and asked what services they need. I waited another 10 mins. Then I decided to ask the owner how long was the wait for her to tell me when she’s done doing another customer that she hadn’t started on because she clearly was doing alot of walking around doing nothing. Not to mention every 2 weeks the prices go up! I will take my services elsewhere!

I got a full set of liquid gel nails today. They are amazing. This is the only place in Greensboro that will do them. Well worth the price. Amazing service.

Absolutely amazing! This place is not only so pretty inside but also clean and affordable. Angelina did such a good job on my nails and exceeded my expectations. I love the way she did them and she was so polite. All the staff seemed really nice and welcoming. We had called ahead within half an hour of our arrival and we had 3 girls. We were told the wait wouldnt be bad by the time we got there even though they just had a bunch of people come in. And when we arrived we were seated right then!! They had us wash our hands and had us seated next to each other immediately. Absolutely love this place. reasonable prices, totally recommend.

I enjoyed my experience after years of absence. Owner is very pleasant, and now has better staff. I didnt have a wait this morning and received the service & style that I desired for my nails without hassle.

Michelle is my favorite nail tech. I get SNS and pedicures at this location on a somewhat regular basis. I have not been to another nail salon since coming here.

ANN was VERY RUDE when i called to ask if an employee was available to do nails her response was “you calling asking around for someone and i dont know where she is” then i asked do you know when she would be there and do i need to make an appointment. Her response was so unprofessional and rude. THEY WILL NEVER GET MY MONEY AGAIN. I only go because KIM is the ONLY person that does good nails everyone else INCLUDING THE OWNER is terrible at shaping nails and painting.

Very professional! Love the way Andy does my nails. Lots of colors to choose from and they keep their clients moving so there isnt a long wait. They even accommodated having my daughter with me! Love this place!!

Owner very rude!!! After waiting 30 minutes, I was asked to leave with my daughter who has allergies. I was asked to come 30 minutes earlier then my appointment just to have to wait, which meant my daughter had to come with me. No opportunity to reschedule and very unprofessional.

Good place to go if you want to overpay to have your nails and cuticles ripped out. Avoid this place unless you enjoy bleeding and being in pain for three days.

I am a former nail tech/manicurist so im super picky but I finally found a nail tech I love and followed her here, to her own business! They are professional and will go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy...I highly recommend this salon!

I absoluetly love this salon, I came here for the first time with my sister and havent looked back since.It is a friendly environment and I am always always satisfied with the results. The only thing that I had a problem with was my last vsit, I had a set on and wanted to get a new set because I wanted a different shape and length. The man had used the tip of another nail to pull of my other nails, swhen he was finished my nail beds looked destroyed. My sister has had this happen previously with the same man (she started bleeding) but the owner had corrected him and told him to never do it again, which I guess he didnt listen to. All in all my nails came out good I just wish he would have been a little more gentle with the nail removal process.Another side note Michelle did an AWESOME job on my friends nails and she always does an awesome job on my sisters nails! I would definitely reccomend this to anyone.

Relaxing calm atmosphere

My sister, mother, aunt, and I came here on a whim a year or so ago and we have been coming back regularly ever since. It is the best nail salon Ive been to with some of the nicest people there. There is a huge selection of polish and services. The prices are fair and everyone is excellent at what they do from nails to pedicures. Im so happy we found this place and plan to always keep coming back here.

Sat outside for 30 minutes waiting to be seen only to find out that theyre still gonna be another 30 minutes and they could have just told me that and made an appointment for later. I understand theres capacity limits but all you have to do is communicate with your customers and you wouldnt have half the problems youre having or lose business.

This is the best nail salon Ive ever been to! The people are great and their work is excellent whether you get your nails or feet done! The stay busy so that says a lot in itself. If you ever have to wait its well worth it. Plus with holidays and events in the area everyone runs to to get their nails and feet done at the same time it seems! If you havent been you need to go. I promise youll keep going back! 😀

I just moved down here in February and I have been going here ever since. I have only had one bad experience with one of the nail techs being rude but other than that I love going here. My nails are always amazing and the owner always makes me and my daughter feel welcomed when we walk in the door

This would have been my second visit in which I made an appointment and once I got there I was told I would have to wait an hour. I made an appointment with Angelica and I called to say I would be 5 mins late due to an accident on Wendover, the lady I spoke with said that it was okay. When I arrived I was told that Angelica could not see me, I asked why then Angelica came over and said it was their mistake that my appointment was booked at 3pm. No one tried to compensate me for my time for their mistake. Thankfully, I was able to go to First Nails on Stanley Road where Tina did a wonderful job with fixing my nails after 2 of my nails was lifted after 1 week and 4 days after Angelica did them.

I love this Nail Salon!! They are so talented and creative ! I always have a good experience every time I visit!!! And theyre prices are really reasonable as well!! Most of all they are so pleasant to be around and thats a plus in my book!!

Been looking for a good nail salon in Greensboro for over a year now and then I found this place. I only come here for my nails now. They take your time on your nails and make sure they exactly what you want. The prices are very reasonable too.

Amazing place! They do a fantastic job every time I go. Their prices are fair and they are always very polite. They are amazing with SNS and you can bring them any designs and they can do it for you.

My nails look GREAT, but they are either sneaky OR inconsistent with their pricing. I got told three different prices ($25, $45, then $35) and almost overpaid for my nails. Again, my nails look amazing, but I’d advise that if you come you make sure you know their pricing methods and how much that means you should pay before they finish and before you pay.

I refuse to go to any other nail salon to get my nails done. They really do a great job and the staff here is great as well. Super friendly atmosphere and Im in and out of there quick

I had an awesome experience at Nails & Spa today. I went in for a full set, polish and design. When I arrived I was greeted and sat promptly. The owner and my nail technician, Miss Ann did a great job and gave me a design that I showed her I wanted. It looked just like the picture. I was very satisfied and I will definitely be back and refer others.

I have always gotten good service until the other day. I walked in and the owner told me to sit in a chair. Then another nail tech wrapped my nails and just let me sit there. I was skipped over twice and just left in the chair until finally a nail tech took me to another chair. She proceeded to drop the nail file while it was running and thought it was funny. Then she complained about my nails being too short and thin. The s and s polish she put on in a sloppy way and she messed up three of my nails in addition to cutting one of my fingers with the file. My nails look okay but I felt very uncomfortable with this technician and upset about being skipped as if no one wanted to do my nails. I was never so glad to get out of there. I do not know if I will go back especially because they are so busy all the time and the service is inconsistent.

Fabulous salon. Its nice to know that no matter who you get for your mani, pedi, full set, etc. that everyone there does a wonderful job. They have a large selection of services, polishes and powders. Ive been coming here(on the recommendation of my daughter) for the past 2 months and have finally found MY salon. They are all super friendly too. I highly recommend!

Hands down the best nail salon in Greensboro! They take precious care of your nails, not too harsh with drills if your getting an acrylic. The salon is aesthetically pleasing, relaxing, and everyone is so sweet and they don’t rush just to get the job done.

I drive 25 minutes (and past countless other salons) to go to Nails n Spa!!! Everyone there is so nice, and their services are amazing. I’ve gotten nails, pedicures, waxing, eyebrow tint, and eyelash extensions and absolutely love it all!!!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The worst experience Ive ever had at a nail place. Went in with a picture of what I wanted and what he did on my nails is not even close. I got a fill in with gel and chrome. Not only was it expensive but it came out terrible. They were rushing the entire time. They dont care about their customers just about the money. Also got my eyebrows done and they messed them up. I have pretty thick and bold brows. Came out with super skinny and empty looking ones. Im so pissed.

Loved to go here until now. Kim is gone and she really knew how to do nails right. I tried Laura (never again)and the owner, Ann, but its not the same. I think their products have become inferior; the gel clear has fogged up the last two times. I told Ann and she saw the results but I dont think she cares. I might go back in the future. Regarding the comments about the male technician: Ive had the same experience. However, a lot of women enjoy that particular sense of humor. But, they should be more aware, for sure!

Hmmm... I don’t know about this place... have know clue who is who in that establishment all I know daughter and I went there for eyebrow waxing. The older male was staring at me the whole time which I thought it was rude and very Unprofessional. The lady that did my daughters eyebrows didn’t really engaged in conversation with my daughter til the end. It’s like she knew how she would like her brows without Asking and she was talking with an older lady the whole time family I guest..I decided not get mines done. I will be fair.. there were 1 or 2 other younger staff had some type courtesy but that’s it.

Nails N Spa is a great salon under NEW MANAGEMENT..EVERYONE pays special attention to your needs and does it with expertise and patience. The pedicures offer much more than your normal salons at the same prices. I have switched my appointment time and travel farther, but it is well worth it...Check them out, near Cosco!

Love Ann and her team! I have been a client for over 4 years. Very consistent, friendly, too quality nails done at a fair price. My nails take serious abuse with me being hands on in the automotive world and I never have any issues. Take time to check them out for yourself.

I came in today for a relaxing pedicure and the guy handling my feet was anything but that. I originally wanted to upgrade my pedicure but when I ask a question about it he was short and didnt really answer what I asked. So I decided to go with the basic and wanted to add the hot Stones for the additional $5 which is what I said when I said I wanted to add it but he keep repeating that hot Stones was $5 more as if I couldnt pay it. He begin my pedicure and just seemed rushed and rough. Didnt really feel relaxed at all from him pushing, pulling, and the way of the scrubbing after I asked if he could get a side I felt like he hadnt scrubbed on. Before going to get the Stones I decided to tell him I didnt want them bc I felt like it wouldnt be enjoyable as this is my favorite part of my pedicure and was a little nervous about how hed use them on my feet. At that point I was just ready to get done and leave. This dampered my mothers day mood. Paid and left but I wont be back.

Went here for the second time. The first time I really needed my acrylic nails off and they were about to close but I asked them again if they could please fit me in and they did. Second time going was today for a pedicure and this place was reasonably priced, very hygienic, and the staff were extremely courteous and friendly. This will be my new nail place!

Worst manicure I have ever had! I like to paint my own nails so I just wanted a very basic manicure before my wedding. The file they used had the roughest grit I have ever seen. It felt like they were ripping up my nails. And when I got home the edges were sharp and uneven and I had to file them down again myself. They also totally butchered my cuticles. My understanding is that youre really not supposed to clip them at all. They hacked them up. Ive got tons of hangnails right now as a result, which is not a problem Ive had in years. I think I will only be doing my own nails from now on because they have put me off of professional manicures all together.

The environment is so welcoming and the staff is great. Ann always takes good care of me and my mom and she always knows what I want before I know myself. They have a wide variety of nail polishes, gel colors and SNS. They also do complimentary wine and mimosas. I strongly encourage you to check out Naisl and Spa.You won’t regret it!!

I went in for an SNS manicure and the male nail tech made my cuticles bleed and even after I said something did not fix the manicure that he had already messed up. My cuticles looked worse when I left than when I got there and the nails looked like something my 2 year old nice could have done better than.

The old workers were better than the new ones. I really miss Hanna for doing my pedicure she was the best. She’s gone now and boy can I tell. These Newbies are the worst. You have to constantly tell them what to do and still no satisfaction. I am tired of giving them chances. When I first came in under the Newbies I had to have my feet redone which I never had to do before under the old management. I suggest I and all who is unsatisfied with the new help find some where else to go with better service. I know I work to hard for my money to be wasted on half to little to no service here at NAILSNSPA.

Went in the shop for a simple eyebrow wax how to wait 10 minutes, the shop was not even busy. The lady when she finally got around to doing my eyebrows, did a very very poor job I am at home right now as we speak redoing my stuff because she left so much on my face. She also refuse to fix it she said it looked fine, and I was also made to pay the whole price for getting service done

I got a acrylic removal done. She didn’t even get all the acrylic off and then tried to paint over my nails... sweet lady but didn’t do a good job at all.

I will never patronize them again!! I went into the shop at 7:45pm. They asked me if I could come back the next day in which I replied no. If your establishment closes at 8pm & I get there at 7:45pm then I should be serviced because it is still open.

Absolutely would not recommend! Took a leap of faith with these people because my nail tech was booked this weekend . WORST FULL SET I’VE EVER GOT DONE FOR $40. Literally had 2 people working on my nails at the same time ..one person drilling & the other filing my nails to the shape i wanted. & did i mention, the guy got mad because i didn’t tip him. After he just charged me $40 for basic a** nails. Please take your money elsewhere ..it’s not worth it!

They are okay. i was bounced from manicurist to manicurist to get a fill... and when they were done i could see the other nail underneath.I think i will make sure to look at my nails more closely when they are doing them.... and tip accordingly, not just the regular 10$

I have been going here since the new Ann has taken over this past summer. Needless to say i’m in love! Ann is so talented and hard working, as well as her staff. They will do their best to accommodate you. When i’ve broken or messed up my nails it was no problem to get it fixed! There’s a huge selection of colors in regular polish, gel polish, and SNS. Also they have specials, refreshments, and more! I’d recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

I thought it was overpriced and not professional. Instead of it being a relaxing experience, I was anticipating the lady doing a bad job because she was just rushing through that I was on edge the entire time. I didnt complain, but I will not go back. I will continue to search for a nail salon that is worth the money and is relaxing. Also, the guy who did my manicure was unpleasant and did a terrible job.

I’ve been going here for years and every since Ann(the owner) has hired new employees and got rid of her old employees I’ve had nothing but awful experiences. My first visit I came just to get SNS on my nails and the nail technician messed up so BAD that Ann had to come over and fix her work. I should’ve known then but I came back again giving them a second chance and this time I got GEL polish let’s just say my nails were uneven when I told her to cut them all the same length she stated “ no they will look okay,” mind you I broke my thumb nails so my other nails were really long compared to that one. I just feel like the nail technicians here really don’t care how you look they just want your money‼️ Do Not Go Here if you want good work done they are sloppy and don’t care‼️

A colleague and myself decided to venture out to pamper ourselves with some girl time after a training so we decided to try this shop again.... WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE.... this one female employee was super rude after she argued me down that I didnt say two services... My thought is, what employer complains about adding an extra service???? One of the worst experiences at a nail salon EVER. Crystal/Kim is the worst associate here. She is rude and seems to be a little deaf also as she doesnt follow any directions her client gives her. She messed my nails up so bad her coworker jumped in to help. Ive been here a few times and at this point Im sure I wont be back. Take your business to First Nails instead. They treat you well, are sanitary, have friendly staff and they take pride in a job well done.THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST PLACES IN GREENSBORO REALLY. IF YOURE THINKING OF COMING HERE, DONT! I get a pedicure from Mrs. Ann before I go to drill. She does the best pedicures ever! Shes so sweet and great prices all around.

They put the acrylic on to wet and thin. I had alot of chipping. Also my gel polish started to peel by the end of the day. Not fully dry. You are asked to pay before your nails are painted, which is fine but after they are finished you are directed/reminded of the atm for a tip. I am not obligated to tip but i dont like to be reminded to tip. People are nice but watchfull

The service was terrible. I had a guy name Scotty that complained when I asked about him using a different scrub on my feet and he did not. It was the worst pedicure I’ve had done in years. My feet felt worst leaving out than when I came in. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I also asked to speak to management and they never came out to talk to me, but he made sure to hurry up and take my money.

This place is awful. I experienced terrible service throughout my manicure and pedicure, being left multiple times to wait minutes while the employees tended to other people or the ringing phone. My manicurist answered her personal (disgustingly dirty) cell phone two times during my manicure. All of my nails are uneven and sharp from their extremely rough files. The polish is also uneven. The tools dont appear to be sanitized, either. Youre supposed to be offered a drink during your pedicure according to their menu, and I was not. You are also supposed to receive a massage, and I did not, though Im glad no one touched me because everything about the experience was sketchy. Even is this place is convenient for you, dont go.
