I have been going to this nail spa for about 6 months, they do an amazing job on nails but some of their attitudes sucked! This most recent time it was amazing! They are under new management and Ken was so nice and welcoming. He has also brought in some new techniques! My French tip has never looked this good! Ask for Ken, he’s the best!

I paid $95 for express pedicure and sns. New manager. Man was nice and the lady who did pedicure was nice. She was from old crew that use to be there. But lady who did nails was not the best attitude. Loud music now. I normally pay $75. $20 more than before for same device. And why is she asking me if I am going to leave tip if the machine handles that.

Ive been going here for about 3 years. I refuse to go anywhere else... the owner and staff have great customer service, they care about their customers health and safety, and they make sure you are happy. The techs here are very talented as well!

I wouldn’t choose any other nail shop! The ladies are so personable and genuine. They do excellent work and they will check in to ensure you like your nails throughout the process. If you are unsure about a particular nail look they will make great suggestions utilizing their level of expertise. I typically give the color and event I’m going to and they make the magic happen from there!!

After 1 week, both times I had my nails done here, they lifted really bad. The staff is nice though.

This establishment keeps deleting my comment but I will keep reposting it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I received horrible service here and my nails began to break within a WEEK of receiving the service. The lady that did my nails was extremely rude and caught an attitude with me. Please please please save your money!!!

Good find for my friend and I visiting town for a wedding. So friendly and helpful with us picking the perfect color out. Best reviews of any salon in this area and we can see why. ❤❤❤

Love this nail salon. My first time there and they did an excellent job.

Very nice staff. My daughter and I arrived as walk-ins and they squeezed us in amidst the many regulars who were getting their nails done. The salon was clean and nicely decorated. One male technician did mine and my daughters pedicures. Took a bit longer for us to get finished, but as out of town visitors, we were appreciative of the effort!

Wonderful salon! I absolutely love the staff here. They are all extremely efficient and friendly. The salon itself is relaxing and well appointed. I live in another town and wait to have my pedicures done when I come to Greensboro.I highly recommend all of their services. I have had pedicures, waxing, gels and sns done.

I came to Greensboro for a wedding and found this place on google. Great place! Everyone is really nice and professional. I got a Hot Stone Pedi and gel polish. My nails are clean and painted perfectly. I will definitely return if I am ever in the area. Also, we had no appt and they took the 3 people in my party immediately and did all of us together. Thanks for a great job!!

Second time here! I only been I. Greensboro for a month and I enjoyed my times here! Very friendly staff and service! I’m always comfortable and they take there time which is awesome! Five Stars for me.

Ive switched to different nail salons for different reasons over the years, but at Belles & Beaux Nail Spa they treat you good, take care of your needs. They take time on just you and make sure nails, etc look the way you want them and looks neat. Theyre equipment is clean, great design and layout inside, spacious not crowded, and have a good selection of nail colors.

Great shop with very talented technicians. Love the foot rubs with pedicare. Have been going to shop over 2 years

Went to get a fill in, and the next day my nails started to pop off . got gel polish it chipped, then completely peeled off of my nail, smh. Theyre customer service is great, but the actual service is horrible ..

This was a first go at the salon and will be my last. Spent 35 dollars (not including tip) on SNS nails. With in two days they FELL off. I called and they agreed to fix them for free. I went in on Friday (6 days after getting them with only three remaining on)I was really happy because I thought it may have been a fluke. I’ve gotten the nails (SNS) numerous times and they have never fallen off before four weeks or because I actually broke a nail. I got a new basic color thinking that would help it’s now day 6 with them and they are falling off again. It’s really upsetting but. I would just spend your money else where. I don’t like posting negative comments but I went due to the reviews so I’m being honest, but I will say the service was okay and they where friendly. But really not with the wasted money.
