Victorias Spa and Nails is the best nail salon in Greensboro hands down.They are some of the nicest people I have ever met and have a true family atmosphere. I have tried over 6-8 different salons in the triad area, but this one tops them all. The work they do is clean, and the nails they do on my wife are beautiful. You can not go wrong with anybody doing your nails here, all of them do top of the line work. I myself go every two weeks, and every time it’s time to go I look forward to not only getting my nails done but also to be able to talk and be part of the Victoria’s Spa and Nails family. I’m happy I have found my forever salon for me and my wife. Thank You Miss U and team!

I’ve been going for about a year now and it’s been great. My mom and I stick with Amy & Ms.U and they always do an amazing job. I would suggest if you plan on going to this salon just make an appointment in advance incase it’s busy when you show up.

I was looking for a place on Sunday where I could get an eyebrow waxing (I don’t like threading) and this was close to my house. I am always nervous going to a new salon because eyebrows are a hit or miss. I told her I didn’t want them thinned, just shaped and trimmed. The technician was VERY attentive and precise. She waxed, plucked (3x to ensure she got those stray hairs), and trimmed. I was very impressed. Will definitely be coming again!! Glad I could find a reliable place.Also I am very impressed with the level of safety protocols they have in place.

My first couple experiences there were amazing, but after a while it has declined. As a black woman i didn’t feel welcomed because of my questioning of the flow and services. I talked directly to owner “yu”. People of the other race were treated differently than i was. She didn’t try to fix the problem or make my experience better, all i got was attitude. Hopefully things change in the future. Other workers there are sweet and made sure everything was right.

Customers are treated like family. Always greeted by name. Exceptional service. Highly recommend.

These workers did a great job on me and my friends toes. However, I got my eyebrows waxed by them and left with a chemical burn. My skin does not usually do that when they get waxed.

I went here about a week ago to get a pedicure and SNS full set, after a recommendation from my niece. I had 2 technicians working on me, one for nails and the other for my pedicure. (Which I appreciated because this was my first stop of many errands before heading OOT for a week.) I absolutely love my pedicure and it was done exactly the way I wanted, and I have gotten so many compliments.My nails were not as successful. I wanted white tips for a french manicure but needed them to be SHORT because of my job. I could not get the tech to understand that I wanted them short. I asked multiple times and she would cut only a little at a time. When I told the tech my nails were still to long and some uneven after SNS was applied she advised me she would fix them at her station. Unfortunately after completed my nails were still not at a length to my liking, and due to time constraints I threw in the towel with getting my desired length.The next day however I noticed bubbles in the pink part of my french manicure and the edges lifting on some nails.With all this said this is absolutely my new place for pedicures, but I still in search for a good nail salon for SNS in Greensboro.

First time and loved how friendly everyone was. Everyone who works there are extremely kind. But I was a little disappointed in my nails. Especially because of the price. It cost 62 dollars for ombre nails. They were very uneven as well. Had to go home and try and fix them. I have gotten ombre before at other salons and never cost that much. Someone before me got toes and nails done and she was only charged 48.

It was a rainy afternoon and the feet needed lovin. They had a 20% off special on services as an introductory offer since they literally opened up 3 weeks ago. The space is well decorated, sheek, clean and very appealing to the eye. They have about 10 massage chair stations for pedicures, and equally long tables for manicures. Prices were very reasonable and they offer complimentary water, soda or wine.I opted for a pedicure with extra massage time. Being a fella, if you havent had a pedicure, open your mind and head to Victorias! I digress lol...sorry. Needless to say the pedicure was phenomenal and the massage chairs were excellent. I was there about 50 mins and left relaxed. They are very sanitary and all kits used are one time only. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Go ahead and go over to Victorias and treat yourself, you deserve it ;)

This was my first time and sad to say it would be my last. My pedicure was rushed and my eyebrows look horrible. I didnt feel welcomed in the salon at all. They barely said anything to me but held conversations with their regular customers. One young woman came in and they offered her a choice of beverages but as for me none. My regular nail tech moved and the search is on now for a new nail tech and salon.

I cane here and with my friends and even though my two friends weren’t getting anything done they still let them sit in the chairs beside us. They also gave me a charger when because my phone is almost dead. I highly recommend this place and I haven’t even gotten my feet or toes done! The People and environment are awesome. ❤️

Nice people, clean location... complaint is that it was like pulling teeth to get the nail tech to do my nails the length that I like them. I told her that I like my nails short because I type a lot for work AND told her Im not used to long nails so Id probably hit them on something... she insisted on making them longer than what I wanted, so after saying shorter about 4 times, I gave up b/c I was ready to go. Now, not even 2 weeks later, my nail is coming off, as I suspected it would be; didnt hit it on anything but I type a lot at work as I said. I hate having to go back and forth about how I want my nails that Im paying for (that are not cheap at this location). I gave a very generous tip b/c it was late, but I most likely will not return

New to the GSO area, I was looking for my new go-to nail place and tried Victoria’s based on positive online reviews. I was not disappointed! I have been here twice now, both for basic pedicures + dip powder manicures, and am impressed with the cleanliness of work stations (including COVID standards), friendliness of employees and quality of work. I highly recommend this place and look forward to more great experiences.

So happy I found this place! It’s a beautiful and clean place. The staff are so nice! The girl, Trinh, who did my nails was great and my nails look so good. She made took her time and made sure I was happy with them. I told her what I wanted and she did exactly that. I noticed how all the staff cared about what they are doing. I totally recommend any one there.

Such amazing service! Brought my boyfriend in to try getting a pedicure and he loved it. Now he wants to go back every 2 weeks. They take their time. It doesn’t smell like a regular nail salon because they don’t do acrylic nails (only natural dipping powders), so no harsh chemicals. All of their tools are disposable, very sanitary. Definitely will be back!

They’re going to take a little longer to do your nails than other salons, but I promise it’s worth the time! I get dip powder nails every time I go, the shape is always perfect and the service is amazing. They have a good amount of barriers and cleaning policies in place for covid. I took my friend the last time I went, we got mani pedis but she got gel and she loved it! Definitely check them out!

Friend and I came in for the very first time for a pedicure. Called 30 minutes ahead to end up sitting for thirty minutes when I got there. Although they did start the water process for us once we got there. Which left us with cold water by the time they started on our toes. Fastest pedicure I’ve ever received was not much massaging. Due to having my feet soak for so long my feet were more dry than they were when I showed up. Then once everything was done and my feet had dried sometime they checked them and said we were good to put our socks and shoes on. Only to ruin my toe nail polish by the time I got home. Won’t be returning.

Outstanding service, very clean & accommodating. The attention to detail is out of this world. My wife had to really convince me to come here do to our last experience in asheboro mall. We paid over 100 dollar & didnt receive a third of the service we received here. I would recommend my whole family & all of my friends to come here for this outstanding experience. I’ve been looking for a great nail salon in Greensboro for years. All I personally care about is sanitation and good customer service and they go above and beyond on both. I get SNS, and they pour the powder into a separate jar rather than dipping everyone’s nails into the same jar (which is more sanitary). The manager also emphasized how sanitation and customer satisfaction is very important to them and if anything went wrong, to come back in and they’d happily fix it. A couple other employees also emphasized this as well which is amazing to hear. All the staff members were extremely friendly and I felt welcomed when I walked in! I can’t tell you the amount of times I’ve been continuously burned with the nail file, or felt shamed for coming back when a nail popped off at other salons! I really can’t say enough good things about this salon and I’m beyond overjoyed I’ve finally found a place I can go and feel comfortable at in Greensboro. I highly suggest this salon and can’t wait to go back!

This is a wonderful place to have SNS nails! There are at least 100 colors to choose from! Miss U is amazing! She is personable, and positive! 😀 She did my nails yesterday afternoon. She is careful. gentle, and precise! She does not make you feel at all rushed! Shes a perfectionist and makes sure your nails are just the way you want them! She also has a sense of humor i enjoy! Its one of rare Spa and Nail Bars that offers Ecofriendly and healthy products. Its a gorgeous and elegant nail bar. I had a Pearl Spa pedicure and OPI dipping power today and absolutely love it. They have other great services (facial, eyelash extensions, etc) which I will try next time. Definitely I will go back and highly recommend!

5 stars simply isn’t enough! I could write a whole dissertation about how wonderful this salon is! I’ve been going for over a year (that includes driving from Winston Salem!). Everyone here is amazingly kind. I had an appointment booked for the Friday before my wedding and at the last minute had to call and change the time frame. They were so accommodating and I felt so taken care of. My bridal party left looking beautiful and this shop truly makes you feel like you are part of the family!
