At first I thought everything was ok. My tech was really fast and I thought she was just good at what she did. I realized right after that there was polish on my fingers that she hadn’t cleaned off until I asked. I have bubbles all over all my nails and you can see my real nail from the sides on all my fingers. Definitely will not be coming back here.

My partner and I went in for a pedicure. Both sat down at the same time. The lady who did mine nipped my big toe and made it bleed, didn’t apologize or say she did it or anything. I didn’t notice until I saw blood on the towel and felt my toe burning. She then attempts to put clear polish there knowing I was actively bleeding knowing that could’ve caused any type of reaction or infection. She asks me who’s paying and tries to charge me full price for both pedicures when she didn’t do a good job at all. I tell the manager and he knocks off 5$. Back of my feet are still peeling and my toe is still bleeding. Highly disappointed!!! Also noticed I didn’t get the same quality as my partner. Be careful to who does your feet there.

I loved the visit I had today. My technician took great care of my pedicure and manicure. Offered me something to drink. The chairs were comfortable. The environment was friendly, positive and relaxing. They even had pedi chairs for our young Prince and Princesses! Felt like royalty. Definitely will be coming back! Thank you.

The staff was very patient in answering in all the questions Ive had about different services. Place gets pretty busy but we never felt like we were being rushed. A little far from where I live but totally worth it and will definitely be back.

I was really hoping that this place would work out, as its only a 5 minute drive from my home. First, I was a bit nervous with how the nail tech was handing his tools. There didnt seem to be any sterilization. He was just grabbing things out of his draw. When I mentioned one of my nails were noticeably crooked he tried to brush it off. He addressed it after the second time I mentioned it (before the polish) . Once I got to my car, I REALLY could see what a horrible job he had done. I went back and spoke to him about it. He tried telling me that the reason my nails came out that way was because he couldnt cut my cuticles. Lol! Like what? I had polish all around my cuticles. Then he tried fixing it at the front desk where they cash customers out! It was pretty horrible 🤦🏾‍♀️ not returning to this establishment again.

Went to a nail salon last Thursday after work to get my nails done for an upcoming event. I ended up getting tips, sns, and adding a gel design. The end is sooo great!!

I have been coming here for over a year now…and after COVID I have really noticed that my nails are just falling after only a few days. I always get SNS, and they used to last over 2 weeks. I got my nails done on Thursday and Sunday they were already cracking and chipping. They look awful and it’s only been 5 days. This isn’t the first time, I have given them many chances to prove me wrong but unfortunately, they have lost my business. I will be going elsewhere.

I used to come here regularly to get my nails done and I wouldn’t go ANYWHERE else. It’s close to my house and their salon is clean and smells so good y’all. However I don’t think I’ll be returning and I’m sad to say this. I received subpar service and I’m really disappointed because I am always happy when I leave here. I got my nails done a few days ago and two nails already came off. That’s no big deal because they offer to fix them for free. Ok boom I come in to get them fixed and the tech is telling me “well you have a short nail bed and that’s why the fell off so fast”. Well I’ve had sets last for a month sooo... she rushed through fixing them and the nails are uneven and lumpy... this salon is really great but I just don’t think I can come back if this is what I’m going to get when I need my nails fixed. Lovely staff and clean place!!! I’ll never take that from them, ever!!

Aside from not being able to nail designs or lashes; their work is excellent for nails, pedicures, and eyebrows. Id come for my eyebrows but not personally not for my nails.

They did a terrible job on my acrylic nails. One woman was supposed to do my nails, then they switched me to another woman. I went somewhere else to file and repaint them because I did not want to deal with them again. They look a lot better now. I will not return here.

The lady who did my nails was very nice but got my nails done there one time and a few days later my sns was chipping and my toe nail polish is chipping also in just a few days.

I’m not sure what it is but I always seem to get the person who doesn’t communicate with me. I wasn’t asked what type of pedicure I wanted, would I like something to drink. I wasn’t greeted by the person doing my pedicure. Thank goodness I was asked how the water was. The technicians switched in between painting my toes without saying anything to me and then I was just left there. I finally asked was I done. I normally have to ask to see the pedicure menu but I heard two other women asked if they wanted something to drink and what type of pedicure they wanted, so I opted to say nothing. I’ve been coming here randomly for so many years because Of the location but yesterday was the last day. Treat and train everyone the same!!

Staff is great. Everyone who has provided manicure, nail or pedicure services for me over the years has done a wonderful job. Tai is my current go-to because of his skill in sculpting the nail. I have always left feeling a bit better after my exoerience here. You cant go wrong at Signature Spa and Nails!

The environment was relaxed but once I got home I realized they didn’t paint the sides of my nails not did it go to cuticle. Now it looks like I already need a fill in 🥲. Very disappointed in the service.

Went to get my nails and for some reason my actual nail broke and it hadn’t even been a week. I been to 2 other places in previous month but it was close and convenient. I would have never never expected for her to bring my nail. I would not recommend.

What a great place!!!!! Given the fact that I am not a fan of pedicures as my feet year round are cracked, sore, AND very ticklish! Exceptional! The team here is kind, excellent at every part of a pedicure, the space is calm, the chairs are perfect, theres no chemical smell. Best nail salon? Or best ever nail salon? Wont go anywhere else.

Kim was great. She was quick and pleasant. I got a regular pedicure which was $25. The nail salon looks beautiful. The polish station is disorganized with the polish not sorted by colors and they don’t have a lot of colors that I like, but still a great experience.

Absolutely love this place! I have been looking and looking for a good nail salon and finally was able to find it! I came in on Saturday afternoon and got seated right away. My nail tech was very friendly, gentle and attentive with my hands. I will definitely be coming back again.

I had such a wonderful experience coming to this salon. The girl who did my nails did some designs and they looked great. With other salons my nails always come off or lift in a week or 2 but not when I go to this place. I am definitely coming back to this place.

I got gel on my nails a week ago today. I noticed the polish was peeling up on the corner of 3 nails today and called to see what they could do. Ive never had gel come off this quickly. I asked if they would take my number and have the manager call me when he got in the next day and they said that he couldnt. They do not do refunds and kept referring to their policy, which is not posted for customers to see. (The employee on the phone told me this) It is a lovely atmosphere but I wouldnt recommend to anyone due to the severe lack of customer service.

Worst place to go to when you want service. We’re making it seem like my friend and I were an inconvenience for them when we were getting two full sets and pedicures. Never returning back here again.

I have been a client at this salon for a number of years. It is a beautiful place. It is extremely clean and very accomodating. The staff is always pleasant and I am greeted so nicely every time I enter their door. I have to give a special mention about Lan. She is an artist and master of her skill. I enjoy my time with her always. I always refer people to her. I am one very happy client.

I loved this place..the atmosphere is great..I highly recommended the girl named Kim. She does great work and Im always satisfied when I leave her chair!! I had a bad experience with a male tech that works there this week. He was very rude, he argued with me the whole time while he did my nails!..Only because I asked him to fix a crooked nail he screwed up! And basically because I expected to receive the same service as Ive always received with Kim..He isnt experienced enough and he charged me more than Kim does and his work wasnt even worth it. Im really considering if I will continue going here after this experience..AND ALSO Ive never been offered any wine,water or soda..I go regularly!.But..Overall, besides my one horrible experience with that guy, its a great place and has a very relaxing atmosphere and classy looking staff!

No matter who does your acrylics they will always shape them perfectly. The salon is super clean, quiet, and peaceful! I give them 5 stars for quality. Ill be back the next time Im in town

These people esp the guy owner is extremely rude.They are open until 7.30 but rush people out of the door and keep saying that “you are late” from 6.15 onwards.Later they interrupt the manicure to get paid.This happened twice.They cut my finger which bled for several minutes while doing their extreme fast manicures, this occurred only the 2nd time.Hope they Change business methods by start taking last appt at 6 or so. Or I think they have a great business going on so just don’t care.

Don’t come here expecting your feet to come out smooth if you get a pedicure done. Come here for simple fact you live in the area and it’s close. Other wise go somewhere else. 80 dollars for two pedicures and still had to come home and scrub a callus off.

Honestly they don’t deserve that one star .It was my first time, and my absolute last time ! These people have terrible customer service it’s ridiculous.As I mentioned before it was my first time and they didn’t even want to let me know the prices for simple things I wanted . The woman that was doing my nails got mad and took it out on my nail and messed it up and then got mad when I told her that my nails was crooked. This place has horrible customer service! I came in for a fill-in and all my nails were different shapes. I showed the man a picture prior to the man doing my nails and he assured me that he could do coffin shape nails. Turns out he didnt and when I told him that I wasnt happy in the most respectable calm way ever, he tells me that he cant get my nails like that because my nails grow funny. I asked for a manager and boy I shouldnt have done that because he started yelling and being disrespectful telling me to get out the store and telling me how many years hes been doing nails etc. Nobody apologized for his actions, the manager also had an attitude with me and he told me to get out of the store as well. I will never in my life come to this place ever again.

Normally I would give this place 4 or 5 stars. My last visit a month ago would be 5 stars. Had a pedicure by Tai a month ago and he did a WONDERFULLY, beautiful job on my nails. Today, the gentleman (newer employee) that did my pedi decided to lecture me on my nails and that I needed to start taking care of myself, see a doctor regularly. He didnt even file or shape my nails, scrub my feet and my single callous. It looks like I did my nails. And this was AFTER I told him about my great day and workout. Sadly disappointed today. What a waste of a birthday present. Highly recommend Tai and the other ladies.

I will NEVER come to this place again!!! I asked for a simple cut down and re shape and the guy doing it was extremely rude and acted as if he could not do the service. He had an attitude the entire time. He then told me that the reshaping of my nail was not his responsibility and that he could not do it because I had previously got my nails done somewhere else. Do not come here. Customer service is terrible especially for the services to not even be good.

Prices are a little high in my opinion but pretty average for Greensboro area (Im not from here) - If you want your eyebrows done, ask for Sydney. Best brow wax Ive EVER had. She arched my un-archable brows. I was shocked!

I like this place. Some of the staff is friendly it is very clean and pretty. They do a great pedicure and manicure. There is one guy though who everytime I get my nails done he always has something to complain about. If I say I want one color he tells me that he doesnt like it and it wont look good on my hands. The recommendation is nice but if I come in wanting a certain color dont tell me everytime that it wont look nice. Nelly is amazing and does an amazing sns manicure.

Okay, so I had my nails done 4 days ago and the tips started to change colors. Maybe its because of the light color I choose or using lotion on a daily basis. Anywho they fixed it.Why I am mad is because lack of teamwork in this place. I had to wait for the technician that previously did my nails to redo them, which is completely understandable. She is half way through putting tips on the customer before me. The technician beside her helped by acetone soaked cotton and foil on my nails. I waited for 30 mins. Which once again is understandable, because I needed to wait my turn. At this point I ask if I can have my polish taken off and come back tomorrow with an appointment to get them done. Mind you it is almost closing time no other technician had a customer and anyone could of help out. A completely different technician said oh its not a problem, were not closed yet.Now I have waited A WHOLE HOUR with the foils still on my finger tips. The technician who had to do my nails was finished with the customer before me and did a great job on my nails! And also recommended to a different color, which was perfect. I am just so mad 😡 at whole salon not even helping her out. They would of gotten the tip I left her. Anyways ALL the technicians were not considerate, I will comeback to see her only. Thank you again dear! Until next time!P.S. Teamwork is key. It shows your true character.

Took my 90 yr old mom for a mani and me a pedi. In gathering our stuff somehow I put my phone down. After arriving home and looking high & low I called my phone and didnt hear anything. Not in car or house. We called Signature and the phone was there and they were still open! 😎😎😇😇

I was not happy with the service at all he was not very friendly and talked on his phone while doing my pedi and he wasnt paying very good attention to his work my feet still feel ruff he threw my shoes on the floor as well. He did my fill in and he didnt remove alot of the chipped acrylic or file very good he also left polish all over my fingers not happy and not going back I paid way to much for bad service horrible never again.

Worst place to get your nails done I asked for coffin shape the guy gave me some very weird looking oval shape my nails were uneven I pointed out a very Crocked nail he claimed it was because something was wrong with my nail which is very untrue my nails are perfect he just was rushing he didnt put much acrylic they were very thin it looked as if I needed a fill in when he finished I was very disappointed I had to keep telling him to fix things on my nails it just got to the point where I didnt even care just wanted to leave from the salon. As he sat me at the nail dryer I accidentally smudged my polish I asked him to repaint it he said he couldnt find the polish 🙄 I would never recommend this nail shop not even to a enemy

Ive been going to this nail shop ever since I moved to Greensboro last November. A faithful customer, paying tips and all. At first, the services were okay. However, lately Ive been noticing that services given to me felt rushed compared to some of other customers, particularly white ones. A technician could be working on my nails, but just as soon as a white customer walk in, she or he stop what theyre doing and figure out what the customer need. Im not making this up. But when a black customer walk in, she or he continue working. I was even injured by one of the manicure tools behind the inquiring.For example, today, I had an appointment. I was on time. While my technician was working on my nails, a white lady came in. All of a sudden she start demanding for her eyes to get waxed. My technician STOPPED working on me, and began waiting on this woman!! Please be mindful that I had an appointment. I could not believe this! After today, I have had it. I do not recommend any woman of color to go here. If youre white, you may be ok. None of my claims are politically motivated. I am only relaying the experiences that I have been experiencing since goinf there.

Today I received the worst nail service ever in my life. The technician Sidney had an attitude the whole time and judged my nails because they were too long and because my hand were clamy. I also asked for coffin shape, yet my nails are all different shapes. The SNS powder is begining to bubble and my nails are not smooth. This place is not worth your time or money.
