Went on Friday one nail broke on Friday then broke on Sunday... by Monday another broke I went for sns(?)and spent a lot more than I pay elsewhere for gel nail and they last almost a month... when I went to call to fix( not even 5 days after)they said they would charge since I didn’t go back after.. although I had work which prevented me from going right away ... also would add when I went me and my friend who recommended this place( her nails. Leo broke doin after lol) made her wait 20 min after I was being served but served some one sho fss as me in after us... don’t waste time or money here

I waited for an hour and a lady came before me and was seen before me and also was a walk-in same as i and i was there for an hour and she was there less then 5 bad for business not professional either. if it’s because i’m white just say that

This was one of the worst pedicures Ive had. The lady that did my pedicure lacked customer service skills, was saying how sleepy she was & taking calls on her apple watch. She was rough with the cuticle pusher and sloppy with her painting of my toe nails. I was supposed to have 4 minutes of hot stone massage and I maybe got 1 minute between both legs. I wont be going back. I wouldnt recommend this nail salon to anyone.

Ive been coming here for years but since old employees left, now I always get turned away even when i call first. Seem like now this location is “appointment only”

One of the worst pedicures Ive ever had. Not worth the price. It lasted 30 minutes and I felt rushed through. The lady barely rubbed my legs at all. She also made me feel like I wasnt welcome. Im disappointed for sure. And, when I spoke with a manager he didnt offer to refund my money or remedy the situation.

You HAVE to come here! At here, The technicians have a streamlined process so one should have the same experience every time you go. I felt that knew what they were doing and made me feel very comfortable. Great prices and clean relaxing environment. I love Beverly Hills Nails & Spa, the people who work there, and drive across town now that I no longer live in the neighborhood just to go there.

Wow! This was a nice surprise to my recent move to ! I was very nervous about finding a good nail person for pink and white, since I had used someone in my former town for over years. I did some phone interviews at different shops and she convinced me to try her. She did an excellent job and was very attentive to my desires to give me the perfect set of pink and whites. she was very friendly and pleasant. Nice friendly clean shop and I am thankful to find them!🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

This nail salon treats its African American customers very poorly. I shouldve read the google reviews before coming here but I was in a rush because I was just trying to find a place to get my nails done for New Years. I walked in at 6:10 pm on December 29th and was told to wait to be seated. All I needed was a simple fill-in. I was completely over looked for the next hour. They acknowledged all of their other customers that were waiting multiple times and made sure they were comfortable (they were all white and Latino) but didnt even glance my way. Around 7:00, the workers started packing up and sitting around. Mind you the place closes at 7:30. The workers would glance over at me because I was the only person waiting but still did not acknowledge me. After waiting an hour, I gathered my belongings and left because its obvious that they did not want my money since they werent going to provide me with any service. No one even acknowledged me when I walked out. I am highly upset with my experience here and I recommend that people of all races stop giving their money to these people. If they cannot treat all customers with the same amount of respect, then they do not deserve any business. There are plenty of other good nail salons in the Greensboro area that are not prejudice when it comes to making money.

I got my nails done on a Wednesday by an AMAZING nail tech. He was super nice, very helpful, and did my nails exactly how I wanted them. He is off in Thursday’s but this week it was my only day off. So I made an appointment and told the lady on the phone what exactly I wanted done. When I arrived I sat down with a different man and showed him what I wanted and he told me he couldn’t do that, so I showed him a different style I liked and he told me he couldn’t do that either. So I decided to leave and go somewhere else because when I made an appointment with them they told me that I was able to do that just for me to find out I couldn’t when I got there. Not to mention the man was rude. If you want to get your nails done DO NOT go on a Thursday.

Best nail salon, Ive been coming here for about years and I consistently get fantastic service. I love all the extra things they do to commit to cleanliness like replacing the liners in the pedicure baths rather than just rinsing it clean, you know youre getting an actual sanitary setup this way. Sometimes I have to wait, but thats just part of this business, theyre running through so many processes to accommodate so many people, theyre always friendly about the wait and offer me a bottled water as I wait. Cant wait for their new location !🌹😃🎍😝🌴

This is my 2nd time here and Ive had two different people. They are both fabulous. And the first time my pedicure looked pretty darn good for a full month. I found my new nail place. They are also very pleasant and happy to accommodate you. Great place.

This was my first visit to this nail 💅 salon. I wanted to try a new shop and was pleasantly surprised. The location is in area that I frequently shop and dine. Ive seen the salon for a few years, but at the time, I had a favorite nail tech. This salon is clean, attractively decorated, and fairly quiet. I always carry my own files and buff, but the tools used on my nails appeared clean and in good condition. My requests were understood and carried out efficiently. I did not use the restroom or pedicure stations on this visit. I will make an appointment in 2 weeks, if the gel polish and overlay last and meet my standards for wear.

Lucked up on my new nail salon! I had a scheduled appointment at 11AM and was taken on the dot. Friendly owners -- technicians. The massages are also amazing and come complementary with my service. I had a gel fill, pedicure and the most amazing massage ever! I still havent thought about trying anywhere else. Absolutely loved this place!

I think Ive found my new favorite place. This is the first nail salon Ive been to with a rewards/points program. Theyre so dexterous in nail work. I showed them a design I wanted and they did perfect it! Five stars for their nails. Would probably come back just to try.

I went a few days ago for a pedicure & to have Beverly Hills Nails and Spa fix my broken nail. The technician offered a great services with a smile to me and others! They are really They fixed my broken nails and gave me a fabulous fill. The place was clean and comfortable. Overall, my experience is the BEST Ive been to.

Very disappointed in how my nails turned out . I wanted to grab the file out of the mans hand and shape them myself . Also they’re starting to lift after 3 days . My daughter (toddler) got her first manicure there though and hers came out so cute and the lady who painted her nails was so sweet, she deserves all of the stars. I guess if you’re getting a manicure without any acrylics or tips, dip etc then it’s a great place to go .

First time at this place and I just fell in love. My tech did an amazing job, I am super picky with getting my acrylics done because not everyone knows how to shape them correctly or do them as thin as I like so that they dont look bulky and look very natural but she was everything! Another reason why I fell in love with this place is because I actually found a place where I can go and get both my manicure and pedicure done at.

Let me preface my statements by saying this, Im not just a guy testing the waters of getting a pedicure for the first time. As a former athlete I have long been taking advantage of the benefits of self-care such as manicures, pedicures and massage therapy for close to 15 years.Now, I have recently been going to Beverly Hills Nails and Spa on New Garden Road for the past two months. I stumbled across them just because I was in the area and dont live far away. One evening I had gotten a massage and wanted to complete the package so I walked in to see what it was like. The ambience was nice and it was empty I wasnt quite sure why. Now I do - the overall service and the way they treat people is HORRIBLE! After giving it a try 3 times, all of which were satisfactory experiences prior to tonight. I will never go back to this establishment again.I work and have children who are very active with extracurricular activities so I can only make it in the evenings. This was my opportunity to get some me time (as all parents need). So I stopped in tonight to get a pedicure, just a pedicure. I had a scheduled appointment tomorrow but I had something come up so I wouldnt be able to go. I went to the girl who calls herself HOLLY. She seemed nice at first and did a very good job in my opinion. But there was one instance where she was sick and kept coughing on my feet (disgusting)!This time she was there and because she had previously been good and is very meticulous I wanted to go back to her. Upon seeing me she slouches her shoulders in disappointment. I smiled back and said I know I had an appointment tomorrow but can I be seen tonight?? She says no, I have to leave to get my kids food from the grocery store. Now I have kids and I get that but you dont close til 730pm and it was 646pm. So now Im confused, I said ok thanks and walked out. But I thought about it and decided to go back in an ask someone else seen this was the only time I could go. I proceeded back in about a minute later; at this point Holly, another female and two men are all in chairs or curled up on couches watching tv on their phones. I asked for service again and everyone just looked around at each other and checked their watches. Then stated we have to go home, at this point its about 655ish.My question now becomes why is your open sign on if you all arent offering people service!??? Dont waste your time with this place! Im very disappointed, I thought I had found a close and convenient location to relax and get a pedicure but now the hunt continues...

Specifically asked how long it would take because i was in a hurry and she took her sweet time getting to me and then took her time taking medicine while i’m just sitting there and then took forever to take my gel polish off so didn’t have time to get my nails painted. still got charged 10$ to look awful

I found Beverly Hills Nails & Spa based on other peoples reviews. I must say that I really like it there. The staffs were friendly and welcoming. Being by the seawall, I was impressed on how clean the salon was. My gf and I trekked sand into the salon, but they were quick to clean our mess with no hesitation. Thank you, I will coming back to see you again.

I was unfortunately in here for 3 hours just for a new set because they were short staffed. However they were very kind, the salon is very very clean and beautiful and they did a great job on my nails! Will certainly go back!

I was here visiting from out of town and dropped in for a shellac mani with a friend. The salon is recently renovated and is beautiful and clean. Both my friend and I were happy with our nails. The staff is nice especially the owner, they listened to our instructions and were not pushy on upselling any other services and took their time to do a good job. Overall we were both very satisfied and would recommend this salon.

This was my second and last time coming here. I received a nail color change by a woman that did my pedicure before. She was very pleasant and im pleased her work. I was suppose to get a flesh colored and white full set by another woman. So i waited on her to finish another customer. When she was finished, someone else came in and she offered to do her nails before mine and I have been waiting on her. Her other coworkers noticed as well and her male coworker (he was sitting in the front when o arrived and did not greet me by the way) he offered to do my nails. I guess this woman was the only employee that knew how to do ombre nails(everybody should have been trained). Basically i didnt get what i paid for. I asked him if the pink ombrè he waa using was going to get darker more flesh tone like the picture, he told me yes. When i saw that it wasnt going to get darker before he had a chance to put the pink on the left hand (the right was done) i told him and showed him again what i wanted. He ignored me. Clearly i was very upset. So i was finished and proceeded to tell him at check out how disappointed i was with my nails (i dont even like pink). He then tells me that this was the only color they had (this was not told to me while i was getting my feet done). Asked him for some money off and he told me that i was already getting 20% off (everybody gets 20% off if your spending $15 or more). He didnt apologise, nor did the woman (who took someone else) who was suppose to do my nails in the first place. I didnt want to continue going back and forth bc i was the only black woman there and certain types of people already feel the way they do. Im no longer going to them. Its a shame bc they really do have a beautiful and inviting place just not for my skin colorhopefully i can post what i want vs what i got
