I have been coming to this location for 20 plus years. My oldest Neice introduced me to this place. My daughter, friends, & In laws also come to this establishment.Over the years the management has change along with some of the Technicians. Now, this establishment is equipped & has continued to grow with very skilled, compassionate Technicians.I have become very impressed with the owners knowledge/skills on edifying the womans features so that she may feel fulfilled.I enjoy my time there with everyone. This has become a soothing & joyous experience for myself & others. I am very appreciative of the time & quality that I receive when I am there.THANK YOU LADIES for a job well done each & every time I visit this establishment!!!!

This Is The Best Nail Salon Ever ! All the ladies are hard working and do a wonderful job definitely going to become my go to nail salon.

Sasha does brows perfectly. I have thick, full natural brows & not many people know how to wax such brows. I haven’t gone to anyone else since being recommended to her when I moved here 5 years ago. She gets me right every time!

Today was my first time at this nail salon and Linda was my nail tech. I am very pleased with the service she provided and will definitely be returning! The facility was clean and the staff enforces COVID-19 precautions. The other customers were friendly also. They are only accepting appointments but someone canceled so I was able to be put on the schedule at the time of my visit.

Never tried short, but Sasha came through and delivered, she took me out of my shell.... I really love my nails.

Nails Image Salon is clean, quiet, uncluttered and convenient. Very peaceful atmosphere. Their service is second to none. They are meticulous and patient. There is nothing sloppy about their work. I cant say enough good things about them. Experience for yourself and enjoy being pampered.

I have been frequenting Nail Image for several years. I enjoy their nail services but I am most impressed with Sashas ability to handle my eye brows. Eye brow waxing and shaping can be tricky but Sasha nails it each and every time. I only get simple gel polish manicures on my natural nails but I am always pleased with that service as well.

Friendly staff and my nail tech work was okay. She said she was only there for 3 weeks but a nice girl so therefore I didnt put a fuss. I had to touch up my feet once I got home. I would go back but try a different nail tech

First time, and they were very polite, acknowledged your presence when you first entered, and still busy with other clients. All received the same attention (seasoned & young). The only problem was that the employee never told me where the nail polish stations were located (so I could decide on a color) or how long the wait was. I was going to leave and come back later, because no appt. was made.

I have been going to Nail Image for almost 20 Years now and I Love Sasha and her Staff. They are all down to earth and take care of the customers. Even when I go to other nail salons I am not satisfy as I am when I go to Nail Image. Whatever I get done last more than a week and not like other salons where my manicure or pedicure starts to chip or peel by the next day. So to Sasha and her Staff you are the Top. Love you all. I love the service and good energy but I didnt like how they tried to tell me whats best for me.... I tried what they said but I broke 3 nails in less than 4 days. I wasnt happy with that but they are very family oriented. Down to earth real people

Recommended by a friend. Great pedicure. I really needed a lot of work and Noel did a great job, very good gel manicure but the polish started chipping within 3 days. Mine normally last 2 weeks or more. I returned to pay for the removal a week later. They were still very nice and commented that certain gel colors that sparkle seem to sometimes chip faster on some people. I agree. I normally where polish without additives or bling. Very professional and I plan to return before I go back home to New Orleans.

It depends on the day and their attitudes. Sometimes they have great attitude sometimes they have bad attitudes. Customer service can be good some days it can be bad most days its okay. They need to treat every customer with loyalty whether its the first day or their hundred day.

Nails Image is the only nail salon I trust! When I visit, I always leave satisfied. And as a bonus, the ladies are friendly and love the work they do! I love this place!

Waited 2 hours to be seen and then was placed in a chair. Another 15 minutes went by and no one ever came to start on me. I had to leave because I had to go to work. Won’t be back for a while...

After checking the reviews I decided to take my daughter here for her 13th birthday and we enjoyed our service. It was our mother/daughter day and we both were pleased and received several compliments on our nails. This place is definitely our new nail shop!

Ive been here a few times always a good job but TODAY was different. Sasha started off doing my nails and then her cousin finished. The nail shape is good but the PRICE was off. Ive always paid 15 for fill in and 10 for gel totalling 25 but today my total came up to 34. She say gel went up to 15 and my fill went up to 16...price still dont add up. Paid 16 for fill and left out with no color HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED wont be coming back

Went from a previous salon disappointed walked out of this nail salon smiling.....happy customer!!!!!!! The whole staff are professional and take time in there work. It feels good when you walk in to get pampered and your nail tech welcomes you with a smile and knows you by name. Just can’t go anywhere and get that service.

Be prepared to wait because they do not offer appointments on Saturdays but the quality is well worth the wait.

I came to this place recommended by family members and I waited over an hour and they kept passing people in front of me. Would not recommend this place to anyone they are very unethical and rude. Please save your money and go somewhere else!!!

Went to get eyebrows done after starting differns cream . let the ladies know i had just started and havent had my eyebrows done since before . she proceeded to do my eyebrows only for me to walk out with a layer of skin removed. she told me afterwards that it would scab up and to use vaseline . she knew the outcome but still proceeded
