I rarely get my nails done so I don’t have much to compare to but I will say the staff was very friendly and accommodating. My gel nails turned out beautifully and I was so happy with them. I brought my 4 year old and her friend from school and her mom to get a pedicure with us and the kids loved it. I was however disappointed that while my daughter got a very wonderful and thorough pedicure, her friend only got half of the services my daughter got for the same price. I felt that was unfair. But what was impressive was that my daughter wanted unicorns in her nails and since I asked the day we made the appointment if they had unicorn stuff for nails they express mailed some stickers for us the next day! It was so nice and my daughter was ecstatic. They definitely are out to please their customers.

The place was lovely. They even offered drinks however I didnt go to be wined and dined. I went to get my nails done. While the people were lovey my gel nails were quite the opposite. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

Today was my first time visiting, and I am TREMENDOUSLY pleased. Friendly faces, excellent costumer service, and fantastic finished product. Doors were held open for me, I was frequently checked on and offered beverages....SO RELAXING. Highly recommend!! My nails are PERFECT, and my eyebrows are on point as well!! I took my best friend here for her birthday and it was PERFECT!!!! Massage, pedi, eyebrow waxing was all amazing! Plus they went above and beyond to make my friend’s day special! Best pedicure I think I’ve ever had! Took lots of time, nice scrub and massage and polish looks great! My fingernails are equally as beautiful- French look with the dip powder. Also fixed a broken nail. Extremely friendly and caring staff. Highly recommend!! 💅🏻

Went in for the first time after reading reviews. The tech was really good. The dip looks great, did go a little shorter on the nails then I wanted and the nail design was not as good as I am use to getting from my previous salon out of state. I will give them another try for sure just may skip the design next time.

My mother, sister and I went for our girl time on my birthday. I had the deluxe pedicure with Jackson, who a friend recommended. He was FANTASTIC. He was so nice and he was meticulous with my polish. It was so relaxing I could have fallen asleep in the chair. Everyone there is interactive and the atmosphere is friendly. Several people wished me a happy birthday. If you havent been there, GO! You will be glad you did.

First time going & I absolutely looooove this place. I’ll definitely be returning. I love toes & I adore my nails so much, there is a few holes in the decal on one of my nails & I didn’t notice until I got home. I think the UV light may have burned it a little but that’s besides the point. The artist did a wonderful job. Not only that, but she was super friendly as well as the rest of the staff.

I have found my favorite nail tech at Diana Nails. That would be the wonderful Amanda. From the get go at the first time at her station she is so welcoming and outgoing. A great sense of humor and a shoulder to cry on or an ear to listen. She is very much like that sister you may not have had. All in all I have no plans to switch salons unless I move or Amanda leaves. Thank you.

Snow and her husband always give such a warm greeting. The atmosphere in the salon is very chill and relaxing. My nail tech Denelson was very professional and personable. He gave a great pedicure, and I loved the hot stone leg massage!! I always have a wonderful experience at Diana Nails & Spa.

Let me just say I love my nails . I brag about this nail salon all the time I have 5 people not including me that are dying to come there ! Every time I come I’m greeted with the warmest welcome even if it’s down to the last hour . I’m always offered something to drink and the technicians are so great ! They actually take the time to hear what you want and they make sure you are satisfied. I’ve been to a lot of different nail salons that don’t have the professionalism that this salon has it’s such a beautiful place and of course I’m coming back this ida my new nail home I wish I would’ve known about this salon years ago . I absolutely love this place! I went on a thursday to get a full set & miss V did my nails and the shape is wonderful, my gel polish is smooth & she knew exactly what i wanted. Ive been going to Diane Nails and Spa since it opened. I have been happy and satisfied with each and every encounter. They are always very pleasant and professional. The atmosphere is authentically pleasing, clean, well lite, and peaceful. They offer soothing many options with their manis and pedis! They also offer multiple spa treatments, including massages, facials and hair removal, including bikini waxing. My mother, whom is diabetic, is comfortable, as they take special care and precautions with her to protect her feet. I highly recommend Diana Nails and Spa. FIVE STARS

I love this nail salon! Always inviting and the staff is amazing. Everyone especially Ceiara does great work. The only thing that I didnt like on my last visit was the two patrons who were being serviced with their one yr olds. The nail salon is not the place for babies, especially crying ones. It was annoying and should not be tolerated. Most of us come to relax and you cant with babies crying. Overall I really like the salon minus the crying babies

This was my fist visit to Diana Nail & Spa. I went with my wife as for a celebration for our 31st Anniversary to have a couple’s Mani/Pedi, plus a couples massage. First this booking the visit, the people are so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure they understood what I was looking for and to Offer exactly what We needed. The atmosphere walking into the salon was surprisingly calming and pleasant. I had dropped my wife off at many other salons, but Diana was different. It didn’t look like the others, and it did not smell like all the others with the chemicals and other odors, this had a pleasant smell.We were greeted with a smile and by name, they were expecting us by appointment, this made me feel our business was important to them. My wife started with a Mani/Pedi as I went back with Denise to have a full body massage. Denise is a true professional and did an outstanding job addressing my bodies needed areas as she asked questions to make sure there were no problems she needed to aware of as she worked.The room was very clean and Denise was very thorough. My wife and I switched places and I set in my first salon chair. My wife’s smile let me know she was happy with her nails. The seats adjust and do massages if you like as the technician works on you toenails. I’m not going to give a play by play, but being my first ever and I am 57 years old, I am impressed and would highly recommend Diana Nails & Spa if you are in the Greensboro Triad area. They have a good user friendly website that goes over all the different services, and you can book an appointment on line. I’ll add photos after my services are completed. My feet are in bad shape! Everything finished and my Anniversary visit was a successful one thanks to all the attention from a lot of professional Individuals. My wife was very pleased and my nails have never looked neater.You do leave feeling better than when you walked in, and the machines, facilities, are all very nice and added to a great experience.

This was my first time and last time getting a pedicure. It took them an hour to do a basic pedicure. They cut my toenails to short they wasnt shaped right. They didnt file my toenails they did a rush job polishing my toes and still ended up charging me 25.00 and only took 3.00. It should been of freem it looked like a 6 year old did my pedicure. Never going back there
