Today was my first time trying Bella Nails at the recommendation of of a friend. I am so happy that I choose to come here today. First I must admit that I am really particular about my nail size, shape, thickness, and shades available that complement my skin tone.As soon as I entered I was greeted, asked to wash my hands seated at a station. My nail tech today “Quinn” was spot on. I had a picture that I shared with her of my desired look and she executed on exactly what I wanted quickly and with many questions.She was extremely gentle when removing my previous SNS set. Only using the drill when needed and I appreciate that so much. My nails look phenomenal, and I will most definitely be back!

The best nail experience I have ever had. I called at 6:17 in evening and not only did except me but the were very gentle. Theyre prices was average but it felt worth it. I would recommend it to anyone. I even convinced my husband to get an appointment for pedicure.

They were all that I was looking for in nail art. They took the time to give me what I was wanting in nail art. Very comfortable atmosphere. Mary was awesome

Kasey is your go to girl for acrylic! she’s been doing my nails for a while, she can get super booked because she’s on high demand. when she’s not available i’ve gone to two different salons and completely regretted it. but i can count on kacey to fix me right up! i will never go to ANYONE else again

They were so gentle and made sure that I was totally satisfied. They cared about my wants and service. I absolutely loved it! My feet and nails are soooo cute!

40 minutes after I had my appointment I was seated. The water machine was broken and squirted everywhere and they ignored me untilI said water was being squirted on the floor. Then we sat for another 15 minutes andThey did not start on our toes. We were there forA total of 2 h 15 for what should have been done in a hour. They ignored us unless it suited them the WHOLE TIME. Would not recommend unless you’re looking for cheap service with cheap prices.

The staff is do friendly and they always do a great job on my nails. I do SNS. I Love it.

For So Long I Passed This Place Going Home And Today I Finally Went In And Got A Manicure and I LOVED IT!!! The ladies are so sweet and friendly and they take their time to make sure you’re satisfied.Please Try Bellas Nails You Won’t Be Disappointed.

This place was amazing and the lady who did my nails (name pronounced Chi) did such an awesome job and was such a sweet girl. The only reason I feel like I can’t give 5 stars is because they didn’t have the first 3 colors I picked out, but they were very accommodating and got a color I like even more. The staff was very nice and approachable. I came in an hour before closing time and they still took their time and did a great job on my nails. I will definitely be going back!

The deluxe pedicure is the best pedicure I have ever had. Worth driving 45 minutes.They take their time and do it right. Will definitely be back.

I will never come here or recommend this place ever again. I have called up to make appointments there on two different occasions. Only to get there and them say they have no record of my appointment and can I come back. The first time I did reschedule, came back and still waited over 30 minutes. The second time I recognized the womans voice, so I know she remembered talking to me but she said there was no appointment. Its highly unprofessional to say youll take an appointment and then ask the customer to reschedule AFTER they have already driven there. There was no apology or offer to discount services. This could have been easily resolved by them. Dont waste your time going to a business that simply doesnt care about customer service. Even with an appointment, youll always be waiting a ridiculous amount of time. Not worth the prices.

I always have an amazing experience at Bella nails. They take their time and make sure you look and feel great. I definitely recommend them, Ive never had a less than wonderful experience!

Returning back to Bella years later, is a much better experience.

I walked in an hour before closing time and the two customers who were there were almost done. they told me to come back in two days because no one could do my nails for me. Liars. They’re lazy and will turn down your money. if you get there early and are willing to wait an hour before being serviced, great! I’ve been here twice this month. I’ll be finding another nail tech to go to.

Didnt like the experience with the novice nail tech. Had issues getting her to understand that after YEARS of getting my nails done, I pretty much know what to expect during a manicure.....and not someone eluding to cleaning up the nails acceptable. I even spoke to the owner, who downplayed my concern and made no corrective actions, although there were other techs in the establishment....and tried to charge me the full amount of an incomplete manicure.

Newish location, theyre beside cvs! Really great, they stayed over to complete my nails!

My nail tech was Sarah and she did a great job. I also got my brows waxed. Prices are reasonable. I will be going back for my fill in.

Be prepared to wait...especially if you want brows or certain types of nails because only a few people do them, well. Its best to have an appointment. Overall, Ive only had one bad nail job and my brows are usually done ok...I just hate the wait time...

Efficient use of space; gel, dip, and regular available, including Tammy Taylor style nails. Great massage chairs. Celine Dion and Whitney Houston bopping pretty hard on the radio. Southeast Asian horror flicks playing on the TV. Overall, kind of surreal experience and well worth our wait.

The women who work here are very friendly and helpful. I went in looking to have my nails redone after I went to another salon and wasnt pleased with the outcome. They are a very busy salon since they are so close to UNCG but well worth the wait. I gave my nail Tech creative freedom and she did a fantastic job.

I got an acrylic full set and they did a wonderful job. Loved the hand scrub and heating towel. They have a variety of nail colors compared to most nail salons in Greensboro. Prices are a little high, but its worth it.

These ladies were great. Everyone was very friendly. The place was very clean.They worked me in for a polish change. You can tell they take pride in their work and they make you feel welcome.

First time here for a quick pedi and I am so pleased ! The ladies seem like they actually like working there. A smile from everyone you pass. A very nice, seasoned lady did my feet. She was exceptionally gentle and detailed with the trimming and buffing. My feet are the softest theyve ever been. I mean she is really meticulous! Definitely going to give them another try for my SNS next go around.

I got a gel manicure exactly 3 weeks ago today when I was passing through town and had an hour to kill. It’s still almost pristine! Only one small chip on the edge of one finger! I got a pedicure as well but that started chipping the week I got it. But the manicure is why I gave it 5 stars. I’ve never had a manicure last longer than about 5 days so I never thought they were worth it before. And everyone there was very nice. Not sure how to post a picture with this review or else I would!

Very good nail technicians. They have a ton of gel colors to choose from! Very pleased with my manicure and pedicure. They do get very busy and best to book an appt to avoid waiting.

I used to come here regularly, now Im a SAHM, so I dont get to come as often. Still my first choice when I get a minute to pamper myself.

I was in town for a few days and wanted a place that myself & 4 other ladies could get a pedicure at the same time.I called and made the appt. they took care of us all, some took a little longer so I decided to get a shellac manicure as well.My tech was AWESOME. It was the first time I had a good conversation with a nail tech. We talked so much I forgot to ask his name.My only advice for this shop to improve customer service is to introduce yourself so I know who to ask for when I come back.My cousin who lived in Greensboro says shes ditching her current nail salon and coming back here from now on.Everyone else was pleased with their pedicures as well. Make an appt. though because they do get busy and even though they have at least 5 & more techs.

The technician was terrible she cut the cuticle too close and made me bleed. She just looked as if nothing was wrong. Then she cut a nail too short and cut me again! They need better providers. She seemed like she didnt know what she was doing. I will not go back.

I went in for the first time to get a mani pedi. Overall it was a very relaxing experience because of the amazing massage chair. The work was good but my only issue was I noticed that girl that did my pedicure didnt use a grate on my feet like the guy next to me. Total price with no polish was $38

Dissatisfied. They told me fill ins were 20 then ended up paying 37?? You can see the stricks of color and layers of polish that was added. Not a smith finish at all but I suppose at least the nail tech was kind..

This nail salon has nice decor. They have a full staff which helps out a lot with time - I went on Saturday around noon and they were busy but there was no wait. I received a full-set for $25, because I like my nails pointed it was an additional $5 charge, totaling $30. I wanted a crazy nail art design but the young lady did not sound confident in doing it so I stuck to the basics, one color!I would recommend this salon because the staff is nice.

I paid $42 for something i might get taken off tomorrow! I usually keep my color for 3 weeks!!!!!!! The polish looks scratched up from the electric file. No sheer coat of powder was put on my sns soooooo i wont he coming back! Highly disappointed 😞

Wanted to try a new salon & it went horrible. I waited for about an hour to even get called (there was no one waiting before me when I got there so I was next) I came for a pedi & a full set. They called me to the pedi station, which I thought they were going to start on my feet b instead they let them soak for 30 mins & left me unattended. After about 15 mins of just sitting there I asked “what’s going on? I was next before everyone & other people are getting started before me” the woman said “I’m sorry, they forgot you were next” Howw? The lady that ran the water for me was supposed to do my pedi but just left and proceeded to started on another customers nails. I told them I was next, plus my name was next on the paper list, & the employees still proceeded to tend to the other 5-6 people that came in after me. This is ridiculous & I will never come back here again. No one offered me a discount or anything for waiting this long & being skipped unfairly.

!! Extremely dissapointed, I never write reviews but I MUST write about both of my expierences here. The first time, I called and asked if they were taking walk ins, they said yes and I came in. I live 2 minutes by car. I got there and they said that they couldnt take me. I was understanding and decided I can come back another time. This time I went to give it a try since its so close to home I figured itd be ao convenient. I returned recently with my friend and I recieved a nail tech that seemed to be on her first day! No problem as long as things come out right, I believe real world expierence is important. She asked a lot of questions along the way making sure what she was doing was right. At the time I wasnt bothered by it but now **I am outraged that I had to pay full price for someone who messed up the full set with crooked nails,*** who didnt pay attention to the actual paste or spread it evenly. **its only been a couple days since I got them done and the thumb nail completely broke off.***Needless to say, I will NOT be coming back.
