Snow does pretty lashes. Snow also gives u advice on which lashes is best for you.. I wanted the mink lashes but she advised me that I need to let my real lashes get a little stronger instead of take-n my money... Snow has integrity.. Something the world has forgotten..😉👍

Visited today for the first time. My friend referred me to Snow. She did a fabulous job. She was quick, efficient, and sweet as a button. Loved my results. By far the best set of nails I have gotten ever. The only thing was I wanted SNS and they didnt have it, but I was satisfied overall. No complaints from me. If you go make an appointment ahead of time, and go early. They are busy because they all are good at what they do. Book Snow❄❄ because she is the bomb.

Waited for an hour to get my eyebrows done, girl cut in front of me and the technicians told me the other lady would do my eyebrows when I let her know that I was next, I then asked to speak to the manager she asked me about what and the she says no manager is here and no one is in charge then I asked what the manager’s name was she stated she can’t tell me. And on top of all that my eyebrows a mismatch never again 0 ⭐️

I work next door at ace cash express I got off work at 6 I arrived at pro nail at at least 615 they told me they closed at 6 then the said what did you need I told them eye lashes they told me to go to the back I did and a long story short my eye lashes were done and a excellent job I will be back and 3 weeks later my lashes still looks good 😌

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ! You WILL regret it if you go here to get your lashes done. I made the terrible mistake of allowing “T” to put cluster lashes on me. She did an awful job, held my eyes open and exposed them to the very dangerous glue she used to apply the lashes the entire time she was applying them. My eyes were POURING water due to the exposure to the chemicals in the glue. This didn’t seem or feel normal, so I asked her about this and she said it was fine. However this isn’t even the main reason for my complaint.....because of the way she applied the lashes, although they were put on individually, they came off in one clump, almost like a strip, which removed ALMOST ALL OF MY NATURAL lashes with it. It will take at least 3-12 months for them to grow back now. When i called, the owner, “Adam”, was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional, and hung up on me twice. He refused to provide me with their business insurance information, and told me I could contact a lawyer if I had an issue before he proceeded to hang up on me again. Please please please for your own good, do NOT ignore all of the negative reviews about this place-you will absolutely regret it. I can also assure you that not everyone who has a bad experience takes the time to even write a review, but please I beg you to listen to the experiences myself and others have had at this establishment. Take your business elsewhere to protect your EYES, lashes, nails, etc.. because the last thing any of us wants is to be permanently blind in an eye all for just wanting to look and feel good about themselves!

All the staff have been very kind to me on all occasions especially Snow, their eyebrow work is always on point.

I attend this nail.salon because I know their work. Sometimes the experience is good and sometimes its meh. Im a regular and I dont believe in paying for anything I dont approve of, therefore no matter what I always leave happy I really dont care if they are upset about having to fix something or change a color, the job will be done the right way or its free. Thats the way it works. Vihn is my regular go to guy but anyone I end up with knows the service I am expecting and with that being said I keep coming back!!

I went in to simply get my acrylic nails off and it was bad from the start. The first woman who attempted to get the nails off used regular nail clippers instead of the nippers designed for acrylics and had nail pieces flying in both of our faces. After she drilled the polish off she took a nail tip to DIG under the acrylic so that she could pop them off. I stopped her and suggested she soak my nails (which should’ve been done in the first place). She poured COLD acetone in the bowl. Didn’t even wrap my nails for the body heat to help. Guess she couldn’t bother to wait cuz she left and never came back. There was another tech with a customer so he called over someone to check on me. The tech that came over used a drill bit to get some of the acrylic off. He left after the one attempt he made and never came back. The tech who was beside me finished his client and proceeded to finish my nails. He got frustrated that I was taking so long since I only came in to get the set taken off. He even said something about it while I was on my way out. He used this nail bit with spikes and I told him to use something different. He refused and I just wanted my nails off at this point so I didn’t have the will to argue. He then proceeded to give me the most laughable “square” shape. I don’t have a picture because I cut and shaped my nails after I got home, but it was horrible. The lighting was so dim in the salon that I didn’t see the damage the was done on my nails. I got home and my hands were aching which caused me to investigate. They no longer have an even surface, he scraped through numerous layers and even cracked the middle nail on my left hand and chipped my thumb nail on the right hand. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not go here. Even if you just want your nails taken off I suggest doing your research or go through your regular salon. I’ll never stray from the Nail Bar again.

I went here over the summer, I just got a simple gel polish twice and after I saw browning on my toes afterward didn’t think too much about it. I recently went to the doctor and found out that I have fungus on my toes.

Went and got a fill in they made my nails uneven coated my nail with uneven acrylic and painted my nails very sloppy. My gel polished chipped as soon as I left. I have a chip in my nails. I usually don’t go here because I know the quality of nails they do is bad but my nail technician was booked. Gotta be more careful Don’t go here

DO NOT GO HERE!!I went here 3 days ago and had a horrible experience. They are not social distancing, they are not wiping anything down after use. The pedicure bowls has no plastic and I had to tell them to wash their supplies. All they have is a few hand sanitizers around the place. On top of that very unprofessional.

First off I wish I could give ZERO stars. I had been here before several times and knew the prices well. I went for stiletto nails and the nail tech (a short middle age lady) tried to over charge me for nails that I had done before at the SAME shop. She proceeded to get an attitude with me when I told her the discrepancy in the cost she stated versus what I had been paying. The sign says $20 and up for a full set and they charge $5 extra for shape and $5 for length as well. The style I wanted should have cost a total of $30 at most considering the length I asked for wasn’t even long, it was just above short. She insisted the nails would be more than that and then ask if she should remove my nails. I asked her too, as I no longer wanted to be serviced by someone trying to scam me. She LITERALLY ripped them off. Leaving my nail beds in shambles and unpresentable. It’s unfortunate that ONE lady is the reason I will not be going to that business again, but that is not how to treat a loyal costumer.

Everyone does great nails, Kim, Gok, Ton, and Snow are the best! I’ve been a loyal customer for years and I have never been let down! They are renovating now and it looks great so far!

I drove there and the older looking lady at the front said ask the people in the back who wants to do it... I go back there to ask and they all sitting in a group starring at me... especially the big faced female.. no one was trying to do it... so I went back to the front and the lady says we’ll come back tomorrow and wait for tee( Mind u it’s 3:30 in the afternoon it’s not late or nothing so I said no thank you.. Worst experience for a pedicure!! The kid acted as if he didn’t even want to be in at work!! Half of the people that got there pedicures started before mine where still sitting in their chair as I was being brought to the drying table and then this kid basically stood over me until I paid the $20 for the half ass job that he did!! Think that explains enough. I definitely won’t be back.

I got a full set at my favorite nail place but I broke a nail and needed to get it fixed quick and was in the area, The younger girl that had Me had to get a older lady to apply the acrylic and they were both sloppy, I had to correct her many times .. first and last time going there.

I go every few weeks and always have a good experience. Most often go on my lunch, so I am happy to get in and out quickly. I get the gel fill in and gel polish. Has never chipped and stays nice till the next visit. Price is comparable to most others.

Am very disappointed and disgusted how I was treated today . I will NEVER GO BACK . I went Saturday to get my nails done I tried a new nail mood color that I didnt know it would get so dark it became inappropriate for work, so I was going to call sunday to see if they can change the color for me . I paid the money its only been 1 DAY. Ive been going here for years.....although I feel they are really slacking. It seems all nail techs are not fully educated on how to do this craft. Not only that they think its ok to not show for work on time. Everytime I get my brows done they are never perfect like they use to be. They rush everything just to get a buck. Its quality work they need to be doing. This is not the quality work they use to do so many years ago. So sad. Very disappointed with this company. I have been here twice. Two weeks ago and today. Two weeks ago they did my nails and they were beautiful! But an hour after leaving my polish was chipped (I got gel polish). It was for a good price so I didnt go back and complain, not only that it was all the way across town from me so it would be a real inconvenience for me to go back. Today I went and got the EXACT same thing and they charged me $10 more and had an attitude, not only that my painted chipped AGAIN within an hour AND my nail shape was crooked!

Worst experience ever. I cheated on my nail tech due to him being booked on a day I wanted my nails done and decided to give Pro Nails a try. The nail tech I had was pretty cool, she didnt talk much but she did what I asked her to do(to the best of her ability) but the gel polish had air bubbles in when she finished, my nails started lifting after 3 days, my nail shape was off and the gel polish started chipping 😐 Im not sure if its type of products they use but they are not worth it. Go spend your coin elsewhere.

Honestly deserves no stars. Rude service and terrible acrylics. I tried going twice. The first time I asked for the same color I already had on my nails and they told me it was too light for me. When I said I still want the color they just left me sitting in the chair and no one wanted to serve me. Second time I got acrylic/stiletto set and the acrylic was literally all over my fingers. He didn’t even file them to shape my fingers. Don’t waste your money here.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ BEFORE WASTING YOUR MONEY HERE- If could give this place ZERO STARS I WOULD! I typically go to Angel Nails less than 5 minutes away from this place, but they were packed on this past Saturday and I was in a rush so I had limited time to wait. I went in for a Pedicure with Gel Polish ONLY! I go in, and I wait about 5 minutes before I get called back for a pedicure. At first everything was going smoothly, and then ALL HELL BROKE LOOSE! During the pedicure, the lady who was doing it (the one pictured) used the small tool that resembles pointed pliers to remove ingrown toenails. (Btw I get a pedi atleast 1-2x a month and my feet are not rough AT ALL because I take care of them).. This tool was nothing I had never seen before, but once she got to my right foot she pulled and tugged the skin around my toenail SO HARD that it started BLEEDING!!! At that point I should have kicked her right in her face because I was in tremendous pain! Then, she proceeds to use some type of oil in order to soothe the mess she made and calm down the irritation which did not even help! But that wasnt even all.. Just when I thought nothing could get worse- IT DID! I did not ask for anything complex, just all white gel polish.. not even any designs! She puts the polish up there (keep in mind that my skin is still raw and hurting) .. so I notice that she begins to look very unconfident and nervous like something isnt right. But, instead of saying something to me, she just uses the DRILL TO TAKE THE POLISH OFF OF MY BIG TOE AFTER IT HAD BEEN APPLIED (drilling over my irritated skin with no type of remorse!) Then, she tries to apply the polish again, and soon after she calls LING-LING (One of her coworkers) over to assist because I guess that even though she is a licensed nail technician, she cant effectively apply gel polish to a surface! He then has to DRILL over the same two big toes, continuing to damage not only my irritated skin, but the nail bed of my toe in addition! He decides to get up, switch polishes, and come back. He applies the polish to my toes and then after two hours I finally get to leave. Once I got to the front I demanded to speak to the manager or whoever was in charge for that day. After explaining to two different men because they wanted to act illiterate, I got a $!0 discount so I paid $20 instead of $30.. I SHOULDNT HAVE PAID ANYTHING! I will be finding out who owns the shop and speaking directly to them myself. And the work is not even a thorough job..there is spots on some of my toenails where polish is missing and polish on my skin that they did not clean! Its been two days and my toe is still sore! I will stick to my regular, Angel Nails from now on. NEVER AGAIN... S M F H

Horrible. I instantly regretted spending my money at this business when she finished my French tip polish change. (The young girl)1. She did not apply a base coat.2. The French was uneven3. She only applied ONE coat of clear polish after I asked her to apply TWO and she replied too much.4. Didnt walk me over to dry. I WALKED OUT WITH WET POLISH.(Partially because I was pissed). She took my money and said bye.I will NEVER go back again.I only stopped in because I was in the neighborhood and didnt feel like driving to my regular nail lady.Yes they are cheap but there are plenty of QUALITY inexpensive nail salons in the GSO AREA. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Staff is never there when establishment open(10 am) than they dont take customers in order, sign up sheets means nothing. Than when staff arrives, they arent prepared to work. Gave this place several different visits because it near residence but after last time, that was it. Some of staff are efficient & friendly but its not worth the risk to give my money to nail salon that cant even open on time, subpar mani & pedis.

I’ve been going my nails done here for the last year & the service I experienced today was so unproffessional and just unacceptable for a business catering to customer service.I was rushed me out of the salon and didn’t finish drying on my last visit because she wanted me to pay, which resulted in a few of my nails messing up . When arriving back to get it fixed, I was told that I have to go to the back and find the person who did my nails because they “don’t want to work for free.” She wasn’t there so someone was going to do it and he said it’ll be $5. I told him I don’t have time to wait for her to arrive ( It is not 10:45am and they open at 10am) & I shouldn’t be at fault because if they allowed me to finish drying I would’ve paid before leaving or she could’ve took the payment and let me finish drying instead of telling me I was done. The guy walks away and I’m sitting there for 10 mins before the The younger guy with the long hair restates it’ll be $5 if someone else does it . I said if I have to pay anything I’ll just pay the $10 for gel polish then I was told it was $15 since I didn’t get it at the time of service. At this point I’m furious because that just shows how money hungry they are and how they’re not concerned with customer satisfaction. He ends up painting my nails after us going back and forth for another 5 mins. The paint job was horrible!! Some nails don’t have enough polish so you can see through it and there’s no polish on the edges of each nail. I already paid so they don’t care if I’m satisfied or not SMH!!! I didn’t feel like going back and forth because it’s obvious he didn’t care, so I didn’t say anything else. I just won’t be returning . I’ve never had such unprofessional service at a nail salon and especially this salon.

I used to get my toes done there and didnt like the work. So I started to go back for eyelashes and eyebrows. They did good for that UNTIL today. I only wanted eyelashes. The stylists were all over the place. They didnt know which customers were next. People were getting lashes done before me that came after. The stylist then told me to go in the room. She asked what size lashes and started to get them out. Then walks out, doesnt say anything. The other stylist says to another one you are supposed to do her next in reference to me. She says well the lady she is about to do got nails and another service. So she was going to finish her. I just walk out the room. I ask to speak to the owner. He wasnt there, so I speak to the brother. He going to tell me they were busy. Someone was sick blah, blah..didnt apologize or offer to have someone render the services. I sat there for 15 mins and got the run around. The SERVICE HERE IS AWFUL AND THEY DONT CARE. GO TO JAYS NAILS!!!!
