I’ve been here before. I decided to give this place one more try. The first time, it was a mediocre experience. I don’t usually get my nails done, but decided to give it a god. When we arrived, the wait wasn’t very long, maybe 5 minutes. I loved the ambiance of the place. Even though there is a lot of foot traffic, it’s a chill spot. Anyway, we get seated and immediately she gets to work. She was rushing. It seemed the more people that walked in the door, the faster she got. It was terrible.Then when my nails are done, they look like something I could’ve done at home. I was disappointed. I get up and immediately am hounded to give a 5 star review (even though it was not 5 star work) before they would allow me to pay! The gentleman kept asking myself and my daughter to give reviews. I felt pressured and gave the 5 star rating and I guess they gave a discount. We left.Second experience was a late Sunday afternoon, the wait was much longer this time. I get seated with a different nail tech to get a fill-in. She doesn’t have any designs. So I went with plain black again. She didn’t file them down evenly. She chipped one in the center and it was jagged. Instead of just putting on a fresh nail, she just used acrylic and attempted to mold it. Now I’ve got valleys in my nails because it was not filed down evenly. My fingers look terrible. I payed $90 for myself and my daughter and I will not be coming back. Day 2 and the polish is chipped and is not smooth at all. It’s just disappointing.Update: I called them today as requested by whomever responded to my review. And apparently they don’t want to fix the issue because I got a full-in and not a full set..which i got the first time I came. I am adding more images because I would definitely say BEWARE of this place if you value quality. My nails are worse than ever and they told me that they would charge me and we are 4 days in and 4 of the nails polish has chipped. They stated that “a fill in service is not guaranteed” and I have to pay to get them redone. If I wanted to give away another $90 for unhappiness, I’d certainly return. I’ll just go somewhere else. Terrible customer service, worse nail quality. Maybe not all are bad, but the two that have done my nails, are terrible. I won’t give them another chance to take my money for subpar work. I’ll add more photos to show what 4 days later looks like.

Enjoyed my spa pedicure. Although it was super busy nothing felt rushed. Its a large building, very beautifully decorated with complimentary drinks. Check-in at the front desk on a touch screen tablet. And the wait time went quicker then expected. Will definitely be visiting again.

I was looking for somewhere to get my nails done because where I use to go was booked out. I saw the reviews on google and I called them they told me I can come right away and I got a vip treatment. It’s clean in there and smells good the staffs are nice and does a good job I showed her a picture and she gave me what I wanted. Will be going back.

Linda helped get my toes beach-ready. Loved the pretty pink.The spa is always busy and waiting is a chore but another small price to pay to pamper myself. But they are clean and pleasant and very professional.

My girlfriend and I went on August 16th to have a fun day together . The pedicures went alright but when it came to the manicures it was terrible. Within two days of wearing the nail polish my nails starting chipping. She got matte black acrylics and they are literally peeling off . Wasnt really worth the near $200 dollars spent .

They were prompt, polite, and very professional. The location was aesthetically nice from decor to relaxing music. My nails look great too!!!

I had a very pleasurable experience with the staff. My nail tech was Tressa. She was very professional and held a conversation with me, which was enjoyable. We laughed and I actually enjoyed my massage as well. She provided great customer service. Her expertise and professionalism will have me returning for a future nail appointment.

Not happy with the service. The area was clean, but didn’t like the way she did my nails. The pedicure color is bad quality. Paid $99 dollars. It wasn’t worth it at all.

Me and My boyfriend came here last night to get pedicures and we came right around 7 and they closed at 8. They treated us very well and took their time! We both got the Nu Skin Pedicure Treatment. We wanted to get our nails done so they told us to come the next day and they will do it so that’s what we did. I got a short acrylic full set with acrylic powder and my boyfriend got the hollywood manicure and he enjoyed it so much. We are first timers here and definitely will be making a return!

My sister and I went in for manicures august 12. It was both of our first time there. She had Anna, and I had Maria. First off, she nipped my big toe on my right foot while drilling off old gel polish. I let that slide. She then used the cuticle pusher and was doing it too hard. Then she used the cuticle nipper and cut too deep and ended up cutting skin on my left big toe, which caused my toe to bleed. After that she started painting my nails and when she went to clean with acetone she cleaned over top the part she cut. When I told her that it burned she told me no. I then proceeded to get loud and tell her yes it is burning. She said sorry and kept going. She didn’t clean around 3 of my toes on my left foot well enough before curing the gel polish so I have nail polish on my skin that I have to get off myself before my baby shower. When it was time to leave my sister had paid and tipped her lady (Anna). She did amazing. DO NOT GO TO MARIA FOR A PEDICURE

Tammy was great! Originally my toenail polish didn’t match my fingernails but the owner & Tammy helped match the colors PERFECTLY without any complaints or extra charges!!!

I came in on a Sunday, the wait was about an hour but it was supposedly worth it. So I get seated after an hour and everything started off good, she glued the nail then asked me what design and shape and length. I give her a design and she tells her co workers what I’m getting and laughs it off, me having anxiety made me switch it up even though I wanted the original, so she asks what length and I give it to her, she says “oh that’s too long” and I didn’t pay any attention, she then proceeded to tell her co worker “ look at how long she’s getting her nails”, first off, they weren’t even long. I usually get them longer but i decided not to this time. So she continues and is taking absolutely FOREVER applying the acrylic, I’m usually done within and hour a 15 minutes but she took 2 and a half hours, most of the time applying the acrylic, she then proceeds to look at the photo I used as a reference and she did not do anything near what I showed her. So she asks me if I like it and I say yes just clean it up and what about the polish in between the lines and she nods as if she would fix it but never does, after she finishes I’m fed up and ready to go home so I walk up to pay and she charged $71.50 for this. Absolutely do not recommend this place for acrylic nails.

I absolutely enjoyed my experience! I was initially hesitant because coming from a city like Detroit and relocating here to the Carolinas, I’ve been disappointed so badly with the nails shops here in NC, but these guys did such a wonderful job. The pricing is reasonable, the atmosphere and decor is super cute, and the staff was kind and best of all FAST AND SKILLED. Definitely coming back and I live all the way in Winston Salem.

I’ve been going to Hollywood Nails & Spa since they opened. It’s always been the cleanest and most professional salon. They use brand new tools on your feet and have liners for the pedicure bowl, which a lot of salons don’t. Beautiful atmosphere, and great service no matter who does your service.

Great job by Sophia. The Hollywood pedicure with jelly, paraffin wax and hot stones was amazing! A bit pricey but worth it for the cleanliness and ambiance.

I’m only giving it two stars because of cleanliness. If it weren’t clean I would’ve given it 1 star because the service provided to me was completely subpar. I saw how many dazzling reviews they had and thought that it’d be a great place to get my wedding nails done but I was sadly mistaken.I went in and asked the receptionist if any nail tech would be able to give me what I was looking for(sample pic). She said yes and placed me with a NT. I showed the NT the picture of how I wanted my nails to look exactly like and even asked the NT if she could do my nails that way. She said yes but I was almost ready to cry when I saw what I was given.At the end of my service she didn’t even bother to ask if it was okay, if I liked it or anything. She just said “you’re done” and checked me out. 10/10 would not recommend especially for your potential wedding nails. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves (I’ll add them to the photo section). The style, flowers (whos petals are crooked) and shape were all offUPDATE.I’ve now moved it to one star. I called in as the owner had requested below-well ready to up my review if need be. But when I mentioned that I was calling in because of my review (and had been asked go call in) the other person on the line told me “no we can’t help you”. Poor customer support. Only plus is cleanliness

They fixed my acrylic nails that another salon messed up. They filed and repainted my acrylic nails and made them beautiful. My nails look great and I love them now because of them. They are polite and do great work for a good price in a clean place. They also saw me in a decent time as a walk in. I want to only come here.

It was a busy Saturday, but we were taken care of quickly and professionally. Great technicians, friendly, they make you feel comfortable. Great choice of colors and I feel like I have new feet. I recommend the royal treatment when you go, its fantastic!

Today was my first visit. One of my friends had recommended this salon. The salon is beautiful and spacious. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing even though they were quite busy. Linda did my SNS and pedicure. She was very sweet and paid attention to details. I highly recommend the Hollywood Pedicure. It was on the higher end of the price scale but it was worth every cent! I had a great experience and plan to come back again, and also recommending to all of my friends!

I enjoyed my pedicure and the atmosphere was enjoyable. My manicure was an absolute disaster. My cuticle on my pinky nail was cut at the very beginning to the point it was bleeding - one week later I am unsure that it is healing properly. I understand accidents happens but my this cuticle was cut and then nothing made up for that after. I told the technician that it was fine and accidents happen and then was given the absolute worst manicure I have ever received. My nails were uneven and the gel polish was stuck to my finger to where I asked for them to be cut down. Since my manicure, I have had at least 2 hang nails. This is the single worst manicure I have ever been given and it was wildly overpriced. I am only giving 2 stars because I came here for a bridal situation another time and my experience was fine, but this last one was absolutely horrible.

Service is great, everyone was kind. They’re very busy, so appointments are recommended but they do accept walk ins and they have an organized check in via iPad. I visited Jenny for my gel manicure. I feel like she paid attention to my needs (my nails needed a repair) and did a wonderful job! I will certainly be visiting her again.

I am disappointed that they are requesting total cash payments. Or they will charge your card an extra 1.50 for processing your payment. I will not patronize this establishment again.

So I was referred by a friend and I’ve tried a few nail salons in Greensboro and I am quite pleased I tried them out at Hollywood Nails! For one, I was extremely pleased walking in, It’s a big establishment and I was immediately greeted. We didn’t have to wait at all and we got the Hollywood treatment for our feet. We were offered a beverage and then the actual magic happened. My pedicurist adjusted the temperature and smiled and was very kind, she kept checking in on me and let me tell y’all that pedicure is a bit pricey however it’s so worth it. Gotta pamper yourself from time to time! Thank you to the staff of Hollywood Nails, I will definitely be coming back!

I loved my nails. I’m in the military so my manicures have to look very very natural. Lindsey took amazing care of me and reassured me that my service and my thoughts throughout the session were always valued. I only gave 4 starts because of the wait time which was over 30 minutes to get serviced. But overall I enjoyed every second and will definitely be booking an appointment with Lindsey in the future.

First time to ever get a pedicure. Due to having 20 left foot surgeries so my foot is super sensitive and I suffer from nerve damage. When I got there I was with my mom and brother they were busy but very friendly. I got Mrs. Ivy I told her I have a sensitive foot and to be gentle she was very gentle and friendly. I get so scared about getting my feet done due to so many scars and what not on my foot I always assume people would stare, or talk about my foot or even be scared to touch it. But Mrs. Ivy wasnt scared or etc she talked to me and was easy with doing my toes and etc. This was one of my best experiences I have ever had and I will definitely be back. Thank you!!

Today was my first time at this salon and I had a great experience. The service I received was a gel pedicure and I paid $52. Due to the pandemic, of course it was pretty pricey for me as all other salons right now. BUT for the experience it was worth every dime. It was SUPER clean . I didn’t have to wait long, I went during the evening. I never did get my complimentary drink but no biggie on that. Lol Stephanie was very pleasant and accommodated me well. I will be back and recommending others to go.

I loved getting a pedicure with Tina today. She was so nice and made my first experience here so enjoyable. I hadn’t had one in ages and it was so so nice and relaxing to go with my friends on our day off. I also loved that everyone here was following COVID safety guidelines with masks required by all and checking customers temperatures as they entered to make sure they are keeping their environment clean and safe! Was recommended this salon when I first moved to Greensboro. The place is professional, clean, and top notch customer service. No long lines or crowds to wait in. The open space and glass partitions make them a great place for social distance. The stylist always do a great job. Nothing but awesome experiences! Would recommend to anyone in the area.

I got a natural pedicure and an ombre acrylic set with accent nails done by Wendy. The acrylic stung bad on one of my fingers and she was very caring. Everyone else was too busy or didnt want to do my nails, and even though she didnt have a lot of experience she did her best for me. Both services were amazing and everything turned out great! Only for 94 dollars. Im very impressed, thank you Wendy! I only had card but tipped 30 percent, just hoping she got all of it because it was well deserved!

Ive been getting my nails done by Sabrina for many years! She is great!! Always has creative nail ideas, which I love every time! The other staff is also very friendly and does great work! The atmosphere is very relaxing! My go to when I need a break from work or my kids! I would definitely recommend!

I’ve been going to Hollywood nails since before they were Hollywood nails when they were on alamance church rd when I was a little girl!! They’ve always been patient with me even when I was little and always messed up my nails they would fix them with no hesitation. Now they have a whole room dedicated for kids. I truly have grown up with them and they always tell me I remember when you were this tall coming with your mom and grandma. Now they have blossomed to such a beautiful facility with more great staff while providing the same quality service. The best part is you can walk right on without having to wait which a plus for a girl like me who’s schedule is always booked up. Please come visit Lisa!!

Coming here was amazing. Even though it was in October I am still happy with the professional service I received. The regular nail polish is a little cheap, and started chipping off a few weeks later. My nails lasted a good time. Taking them off did leave a dent that stay for a month and a half but it still was great helpful service.

The staff is always friendly. I have only used the one technician so I cannot speak to the talents of the others. The business is always busy, but they have many technicians and I never see anyone waiting. I highly recommend Hollywood Nails.
