Sue is the lady that does all my pedicures and manicures. She is very good at what she does. She is very professional and is always on time. She is very friendly and courteous and makes you feel welcome.I think the owner could be more friendly. I have noticed she is more friendly with some customers than others. When you own a business and customers are paying for a service in your establishment you should be friendly and inviting to all of them because your customers are keeping you in business!

I was promptly greeted at the door. Nancy was the nail tech who did my toes. I have very ticklish feet and never get a pedicure. Nancy took her time removing the existing polish, filed and smoothed my nails, and did a perfect job painting. She’s a perfectionist and didn’t tickle once! I really enjoyed my experience at this salon. I’ll be back for sure.

… this was my first time here and unless you have 2-4hrs to just blow, find somewhere else. The people are friendly, but nobody moves with a sense of urgency. I had an appointment for 2, and was not seen until 2:40.There seemed to be plenty errors and complaints from other customers while I was there, also— mess-up’s with paint on toes and hands. Currently waiting to see what my fullest comes out like. Just seemed very disorganized. There’s potential tho, if they hire more people and move into a larger space… or do by appointment only and no walk-in’s.

The nail techs are all super nice and do a great job, but they keep charging my family more every time for the same thing, for example me and my sister got a fill in ($20) with gel polish ($15) so that would be $35 for each with short to medium length nails. Nothing needed fixed and there was no extra designs or colors just one solid color, mine was $40 and my sisters was $48. My mom was charged $45 for an sns set that is supposed to be cheaper. I feel bad for the employees that the owner is making them loose business and i have heard of other people having the same experience. They are good at what they do they just charge extra for nothing.

All of the tecs there are super friendly and professional. However I only have Tracy do my nails. She is awesome. She takes her time and is creative. Anyone can do my pedicures but when it comes to my hands Tracy is the best!!

Was the second person in there when they opened. They had a NEW nail tech chick literally just graduated last week and she suggested I remove my nails and get a new set. That whole process was trash. I legit sat there for 3 in a half hrs and only got my toes done. Every tech had 4 customers at once it was freaking ridiculous. How can you cater to your customer if youre going back and forth from one customer to the next? I have never seen anything like this i promise you

I love this place, only had 1 bad experience that I never experienced there before, & that was my gel pedicure…they normally last 3 to 4 wksThat’s why I get get gel polish but this particular time it didn’t, then I had to tell the person that was doing my pedicure that I needed a fully scrub removal not just with the purple bar, cause if I pay for a pedicure I need the dry skin removed, cause it wasn’t removed at that time but had to say something when I went back & the person told me they didn’t have 1, they all should have 1 of those especially when a person is getting a pedicure… but otherwise than that, the place has been awesome‼️‼️ Even thou they didn’t do a good job, I still tipped… oh my fill in was kinda messy, underneath my nails, never had tht experience either, a lot of acrylic was left under my nails..this was the same day as my pedicure but the next time I came in another nail tech noticed & fixed it right away ….Now after tht, everything has been fine & hope it stays that way…I always read reviews, it helps out a lot & helps you watch things when you go for your spa nail & pedicure day, thanks 😊

Decided to go there because of the great reviews but this place was overpriced for the quality of my nails. My fingernails are a horrible color because they decided to blend 2 sns powders to make a color to match my toes. Now I have 2 tones on my fingernails and my nail tech barely reshaped my nails.

I had a wonderful service done and the lady was very friendly. The hand and arm massage was great and relaxing. Ill definitely be back.

Wow! I don’t normally write reviews but the service here was AMAZING and I had to tell. First off, I am very very picky about my nails and haven’t been able to find many that can do them just right m, how I like them to be done. Tracy At Polish Me Pretty Exceeded My expectations! I like to get SNS on my natural nails. I have been on the search for someone and have been to many shops. I Googled and tried to find reviews that would help me find a place that could do SNS, but nothing. I saw reviews for Polish Me Pretty (reviews don’t do this place justice) but didn’t see many mentioning SNS. I had it in mind to try but got confirmation from my friend who goes here. I saw her gel nails and It was confirmation that I needed to give this place a try. I called and made an appointment with Tracy immediately! The place is very clean and the staff are very nice. It was the best pedicure I’ve EVER received. I got the Detox with parrafin wax. I promise when I left I felt like I had a new set of feet. The massage was great and they offer complimentary drinks. Win Win! This is the first place I’ve ever been to where I felt like I was really pampered and treated like royalty! More nail salons need to take notes. Tracy did my SNS and cut my cuticles (no additional charge) and I’ve NEVER had this with just an SNS color change. They had quality, essential lotions that she massaged my hands and arms with. I just couldn’t stop smiling when I seen the results of my nails and my experience. The prices are the same as anywhere else you go, but quality of service is like no other I’ve been too! I will definitely be going back. Sorry for the long review but I know I’m not the only that is on the search:) Just glad my search of finally over.

First time trying this place out was in July. I got coffin acrylics, thank you Sue! Even though it was close to closing time I got an amazing pedicure by Ellie! Yesterday was my second time here trying out their SNS service I absolutely loved it. Monday through Wednesday they have 10% off. Their salon is super clean, once you walk in you sense a great smell. Don’t forget they offer a drink too! All the technicians go out of their way to give their clients what they really want. I thought it would be a basic SNS procedure like other regular salons but NO! It has a massage included and other steps I had no idea about. Thank you once again Ellie!! She’s super sweet.

Hannah did a great job. I usually see Lisa but I walked in late this evening with no appointment and Hannah saw me right away. I received a SNS manicure and a deluxe rose pedicure. I typically get a basic pedicure but my husband was treating so I pampered myself. This salon is so clean and the techs are really friendly.

Excellent service. Atmosphere was nice and calm. My daughter was waited on almost immediately. Her nail tech listened to her request and done a wonderful job. No nicks or cuts. Shaping is on point. She will definitely be back. This was her best nail experience in forever.

First let me say Im picky. This was my first time here but will not be my last. Maybe it was the time or day of week but my friend and I were taken back quickly even though we were walk ins. It was so nice to see a technician take the time and make sure you receive the best service possible. We both had pedicures and received the same great service. They used hot stones and took a lot of time massaging our feet and legs. Its the most relaxing pedicure Ive ever received. My toenails were perfect when she finished. I highly recommend Polish Me Pretty for your pedicure and manicure needs. The service is good and the atmosphere is relaxing/friendly. The most important thing was the cleanliness. They use plastic bags in the foot tubs ensuring sanitation each time theyre used. Their instruments are sanitized then bagged. Overall this was a great visit and worth the 30 minute drive. I will be coming back again.

I’m sad I found this place shortly before moving! Polish Me Pretty is the best place I’ve found in the Greensboro area (& honestly my favorite place I’ve ever been)! The prices are unparalleled and the quality exceeds expectations (& I’m picky)! It’s also a cute salon with modern decor.They’re relatively new to the area.. Mon-Wed they do a 10% off all services promotion (for now at least)! They also give a $10 gift card per person when you spend $50 or more.Go! You won’t be disappointed. Price, quality. My friend recommended this place when I asked since her nails always look neat. I called to make an appointment and I was late but Tracy still took me when I arrived. The salon doesn’t smell harsh like most salons do. It’s SUPER clean. It wasn’t chaotic or too loud. Very relaxing environment. Tracy was nice, and paid a lot of attention to detail and was very informative about the services I was getting. When I move back to High point I will detail your make the 30 min drive to Polish Me Pretty because it was worth it; they made me feel welcomed and didn’t push for me to spend more money like I usually experience. Lee who did my pedi was great too; I messed up one of them and she didn’t make a big deal about me messing it up nor did she hesitate to fix it. I got the Special pedicure with milk and honey scrub. Ive given this place a try three times while my regular nail lady has been over booked... but third strike your out! Each and every time Ive been here Ive had nails break/ chip within a week. I was just there Saturday (today being the following Friday) and I had one nail break on Tuesday (not even four days later) and another break today! SO it hasnt even been a week and now I have two broken nails!! Mind you I have not participated in any rigorous activity. Both nails broke while doing everyday activities (For example: Pulling up my pants).Not to mention the price has been different every time I go in there. The first time they charged me $35 for SNS with tips, the next time they charged me $40 for the same service (claimed the last time was a special), and then this last time they charged me $45 for the same service! This time they told me it was because I had longer nails?? Ive gotten my nails the same length each time I have been there.Needless to say, dont go to this place.

Wonderful pedicure by Sue! She is such an excellent masseuse. Love that they line their pedicure tubs with disposable plastic liners, makes me feel a lot better about hygiene. Very friendly staff. Very clean place, excellent decor.

The location was perfect for where I am staying during my travel nurse assignment. The facility is super clean, the staff are very friendly and what I loved most is that they take their time when doing your nails. What was even better was that they used hot stones as part of their massage for their pedicures and I’ve never experienced that. GREAT JOB YOU GUYS! You’ve gained a new customer!

Great salon. Always friendly and work efficiently. Never have to wait more than 10 minutes as a walk-in. They always have clean sterilized instruments in sealed foil packs. My last SNS lasted a month. Love this place ♥️

I dont like giving poor reviews, but this situation warrants it. Let me preface by saying that this review is soley about Tracy, the owner of the salon. I have had a positive experience with the other nail techs. I have been a frequent customer for some time and I often bring my dad who is 94 years old for a pedicure. I called on Friday morning and spoke to Tracy and made 10:30 a.m. pedicure appointments on Saturday for my dad and 2 brothers who were visiting from out of town. I was there getting SNS when they arrived promptly at 10:30. They had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated in the pedicure chairs which is not that big of a deal. Once they were taken to the pedicure chairs, they sat there for 1 hour before anyone started their pedicures. Not only that, several people came in after they did, got their pedicures and left before my dad and brothers got service. I tried to get Tracys attention to ask how much longer it would be and she just walked past me. When she sat down to do someones nails I went over to her and nicely shared my frustration (especially since my dad is 94) and requested a discount for him and my brothers. Again, she totally ignored me and didnt say anything. I wasnt about to make a scene, so I left feeling that she would certainly compensate them in some way. Well, she did not. My dad spent well over $100. I have also been there several times when Tracy has double booked other clients several and doesnt even apologize for it. She also did my nails (once) and the job she did was bad to say the least. Needless to say, she has lost my dad as customer who typically tips very well. Her unprofessionalism and arrogance is unacceptable. My advise, dont go to this salon or book directly with the nail tech that you like.

They customize my manicure for events which adds to my overall look. 💅 The paraffin wax on my hands after the massage helps my joints. Also, they listen, entertain and are respectful of the customers time.

I called and set an appointment for 7:15pm for my best friend getting ready for her wedding coming up. Even though they would close soon they took the detox pedicure apt and D the lady did a great job taking care of my friend. They even allowed me to use massage chair which was helpful for today working 6am to 6pm wooo! Anyway very nice place spacious and fancy. Great place people

Omg.. if I could give 0 stars I would so I went to this nail salon a week ago to get my nails done FOR GRADUATION this was supposed to be a relaxing time for me . BOY WAS I WRONG. They took a little over 2 HOURS doing my nails I came in at 4pm left at 6pm!Second my nail popped off within 4 days after getting them done, when I went to get my nail repaired they got mad because I didn’t want to pay someone for a job they had just done. 3rd another nail just broke right before I typed this which means my nails didn’t even last 2 weeks !! If I wanted temporary nails I WOULD HAVE JUST BOUGHT THEM AT A STORE AND POPPED THEM ON !. NEVER GOING AGAIN!!

I think it’s ridiculous how they are allowing walk ins during this time. I made an appointment thinking they were appointments only like all surrounding salons and spas and when I arrived they were crowded so I left and made an appointment else where that are appointment only and not allowing many people in at once the way it should be.

Our go to nail salon, Amy, Hym, Susie and the staff are great. After a few visits for pedicures with the wife we had a 40th birthday party pedicure for her girlfriends and I served mimosas. All 6 women were happy with their service. They have a holiday special now with all pedicures for $45 dollars!!!

I went in on my 1hr lunch break(right up the street) to get ONE nail fixed & a girl that called before I got there about her broken nails was assisted BEFORE I was. Keep in mind, She ARRIVED after I did So as im waiting about 5min after they sat her down, They told me they didnt kno how long it would be. Regardless, I arrived BEFORE her so I should get my ONE nail fixed before her as well. What type of customer service is that!? That was my first & LAST TIME going there. NEVER AGAIN!

I really tried to like this place after a referral but i gave it 3 strikes and now I’m done.My first visit i went with another guest. We were seated in the pedicure chair for over half an hour. I kept asking for them to add hot water. They would fill it with lukewarm water each time. Eventually we took our feet out. We weren’t seen for about 45 minutes. As they worked people were constantly calling or coming in and it made it seem like they were rushing. Instead of the tech working on my guests manicure after her pedicure, she went to work on someone else. My tech did my pedi here and both manicures. The issue i got sns and my guest got regular polish. My guests manicure was done last so it took longer to dry. We were there for over 3 hours. We were met offered a beverage until i asked. I noticed people come in with appointments that had to wait. I also saw two women seated in the pedicure chair for an hour that also took their feet out due to it being cold.My second visit i think the tech(i believe owner) was sick but didn’t say anything. She kept coughing under her mask and when i asked if she was sick she didn’t respond. Again i watched people come in with appointments and made to wait 20 minutes or more. The tech rushed my nails and my top coat was smudged. I also told them my pedicure water was cold. The tech/manager told me that it was warm enough.... it took everything in me not to just walk out.The last visit i came in i asked about the wait. I was told shortly and that i was next by the same tech from the first time. I waited about half an hour before she soaked me before top coating her customer. After i soaked i thought i was next. She moved me to another techs station without explanation. The other tech had another client that she was only halfway done with her nails. I asked the first tech why was i being bumped and she explained that she forgot she had an appointment. I understand mistakes happen but this made me mad because at this point I had been there for about 45 minutes. My biggest issue was had i not said anything the tech/manager wasn’t going to apologize or acknowledge it. I then had to wait for the next tech. I spent about 2hours at the salon. The second tech was nice and apologized afterward for my wait but my sns still ended discolored on certain fingers. She told me to make an appointment but i don’t see the point. That day i saw folks with appointments made to wait.Every time i go i spend a significant amount of money and tip. I can’t do it anymore.
