Also…as you can see, he did an excellent job.However, literally after a week of getting my gel manicure and pedicure set, the polish and nails began to lift. Keep in mind I hadn’t did anything extreme for the polish to lift. Literally a waste of $115.

I will NOT be returning to this salon. I went in for a basic pedicure and gel fill-in with French. The pedicure was ok, except for the guy barely scrubbed my feet and the top coat had smeared brush lines because there was barely any polish left to put on my toes. Also, the full set took a VERY long time to do and you could see my real nail through the paint. Not to mention the paint looked faded. BUT that wasn’t it. I went back the next day to get it fixed after scheduling to come back the day before. When I got there no one even knew I was coming in and when I asked to just have the French removed and paint the nail fully and get my $5 back for the French I was told that I could either get the nails fixed with no refund, or come back the NEXT day to get the refund with no nails being fixed because the manager wasn’t in that day. I wasn’t coming back a 3rd day so I just got the nails fixed. I appreciate the guy who fixed my nails, but the overall customer service was very mediocre. If I were you, I would wast my time or money. $78 later…

Ty was wonderful! She took her time and did it right. The salon was very clean and elegant. I will definitely be back again! Loved the quiet and calm atmosphere.

Let me tell you, Emily did my feet and it was FANTASTIC and Yum Yum did my nails. The pic speaks for its self. AMAZING!!! My new salon for sure!!!

First off, Lexi is the only nail tech that does decent work in this place. Unfortunately, on the day I came in she wasnt in so someone else did my SNS. Two of my nails had cracks in them the next day. I thought it would make it the two weeks that I usually wait to have them done again, but the polish broke off. I went in and was told I had to pay eight dollars to fix it..their employee mistake. That policy is asinine. If you cannot guarantee your work then your policy is garbage.And to add insult to injury. The two nails I paid eight dollars to be fixed look like garbage. Its lumpy and thick. Thank goodness there are one of these establishments available at every turn. Ill take my chances elsewhere. They are on the verge of being bought out anyway. So good luck to those managers...haha!

Dont even bother going past 6:30, regardless of their closing time saying 7:30. They will not take customers past 6:30 even if the shop is empty. Just stopped by after work because I needed my acrylics soaked off, didnt need any polish or anything else and they would not take me.

Sign said “open”. I walked in. They asked if they could help me. I stated what I needed. I was then told “sorry we can’t help you today” 👀 then why ask and why is the open sign lit??? It took soooo much to get my child out of the car then we had to turn right back around and leave with her screaming. When I called back in to talk to the manager I was interrupted and told “thanks for your input” and was hung up on. I usually enjoy the service I receive here but all it takes is one rude encounter to ruin it for a returning customer.

I LOVE this place. I have been going to this nail spa for about two years now, and the customer service is excellent. The staff creates a warm, friendly, and relaxing environment. And I always receive compliments on my nails, no matter who does them.

I have been going here for almost 2 years now.. let’s just say they take care of you. I love Nathan, Jayden and Tyrone!! I love it I love it I love it!!! Stop by and get your nails done!!

I had the deluxe pedicure and it was so relaxing. They offer more packages as well and good prices! Very nice atmosphere. Will definitely be back soon.

Tony was wonderful!! He took time with pedicure and manicure. Safe practices were followed and the cleanliness was superb. Elite was beautiful and clean even before the Pandemic. This is my go to spot.

My mani/pedi was mediocre and not worth the premium prices they charge. the employees are not professional. they made a lot of inappropriate jokes between each other about other employees that apparently weren’t there that day/no longer worked there. they wanted me to pay during my manicure instead of afterwards like i’m used to. there are much better salons in the area.

My nail tech was Johnny and this is my first time there on June 8, 2020. He did a wonderful job and I prefer to continue my services with him 😊💯

All Staff are not on time and sometimes there is no one who shows up to open the Salon on time

I arrived at 8:55am on Saturday. They are scheduled to open at 9am on Saturdays. The first employee doesn’t come until 9:15am. I am one of the first people to get here. They keep skipping over me for “appointments”. I then hear one of the other employees saying they don’t take appointments on Saturdays only on the weekends. I ask why I keep getting skipped and they lie and tell me it’s because the other people had appointments...which they didn’t. Only 1 person knows how to do nails. The other can only do them if they are “basic” the rest only do mani pedis. You also have to bring your own sparkles and crystals because they don’t have any. This place is so unprofessional.

I came to the shop at 4:45 on a Sunday. They close at six. I was told to leave because no one could do my nails. This was the only day I had childcare and I’m very confused as to why I can’t get service with so much time before closing. I will never come back.

I went into this establishment thinking that the employees were going to be very friendly. Well... I was petrified on how this employee treated me. I would never go back here ever again.

I was a regular client here but as of today not anymore. The way the young man spoke to me he had a nerve to ask me if I washed my hands. After he clearly sees me walk to the sink and wash them. Then he turned his nose up if it had rained he would drown. He was so disrespectful and rude I will not be a returning customer. Remember your no better than the next person the same God made me made you. You put your pants on the same way I do. Oh and one more thing the Bible says touch not my anointed and do my prophets no harm. Have a blessed day

It was daughters bday( turning 9) and all she wanted was gel polish and butterfly stickers . Ok so I said how much she told me 20.00 for the stickers and 22 for a gel set!! Ok on a Child? What really got me was she asked who was paying!!!!??? Then we asked for help with the nail polish on the way she says just try to match it to your color! Rude is all I can say! I said this is some bull... and she turns around and says if it’s bull then you can leave !!! My pleasure!!!!!

Nice location, however a waste of money. The SNS has chipped off of my nails within 3days, also the nail tech NEVER cleaned my cuticle! A waste of $50, this is suppose to last 2/3 weeks. This is my first and last time coming to this nail salon. Word of advice invest in better material!

I love elife!!!! My favorite place to go especially because of Covid. They execute almost anything I ask them to do!!!! The custom sets are bomb and the mermaid polish is amazing. I will give the a A+ rating!!!! They’ve become my nail family!!!

Had to wait however the wait was worth it. My nails are beautiful and the girl was very friendly as was the guy neither were rushing even though I was there after closing. Id recommend this place. And plan to return in 2 weeks.

My husband an i went to Greensboro for a few days an we were headed to the mall an thats when i noticed the Elife Nail Spa. It is very beautiful in the inside. They have top of the line everything. They offer,win,beer,soda an water to drink. The chairs message your entire body while you receive a top quality pedicure, an manicure. Anna is the best nail technician they have. Everyone is loving an just very nice people.

I’ve been to several different nail salons since I moved to Greensboro and not found one that I love UNTIL I walked in to this nail salon and met Lisa. She was great. I showed her a picture of the nails I wanted my nails similar to and she did just that. Lisa you are awesome and it’s safe to say that I will definitely be back. She also did my pedicure (which I felt like I was in heaven) and my eyebrows. Thank you again Lisa 💕

First time at this salon. Trying to find a new nail home after my nail lady moved away. After many shops I think I may have found a new nail home! Liz did my SNS and pedicure. She did an awesome job, took her time and executed the service nicely. Definitely will be back to see her!

I had SNS done on Sunday and was disgusted by the way they were done. I was cut THREE times while getting my manicure. Then the guy who was doing my nails dipped my fingers into the SNS powder without even trying to clean the blood off. Completely unsanitary! My nails were also blocky and not even. I will never be going back to this salon. Beware when you go here!

The tech seemed inexperienced. My nails were shaved down paper thin instead of having my old gel polish removed the proper way. Ive come in twice now and both times nobody was there to do an eyebrow wax even though its listed as a service. There are a lot of salons nearby this one that I would recommend going to first.

Just recently got my nails done and the nail tech was extremely rude and was really harsh on my nails. She yelled at her coworker right before starting my nails. I told her it was hurting and she continued to to say my nails were brittle and kept going.. I continued to tell her it was painful and she laughed and said well I don’t know what’s going on. I came back to this location because my first visit with Johnny went great and he was very friendly!! He’s awesome but this nail tech I had today I will not be coming back to this location. The only reason I’m giving stars is honestly because the other staff seemed very nice.

Came in for the first time yesterday and I’ve found my new nail salon! Katie did my nails and she was awesome! The place was beautiful inside and relaxing! Definitely recommend!!

The nail girl (idk her name) was making me extremely uncomfortable, and was a bit rude. The guy tech (Jayden) was nice and friendly. Only thing about my nails is that he didn’t really make them the way I wanted them to look. And not to mention the nail girl seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing... I don’t recommend. First impression was definitely bad.

Staff grumbled about the fact they had to work the whole time. Didnt make the pedicure very fun or relaxing. The owner talking loud back and forth with the staff was not very relaxing either. Other than that it would have been very nice.

This is my 2nd time coming here and I throughly enjoy myself with laughter and my nails and feet are beautiful!

Went there 2 days ago and had a great experience. However, dont think ill be returning. Went back to the location which suppose to open at 9am. Arrived at 8:55, backed in and waited for them to open. I waited until 9:10. Still not open. As a customer my time is very important and Im a man of principle. At 10:50 am i called to speak with Jayden. I asked what time did they open bc i was there waiting on them. He stated, 9:05. I said that couldnt be bc i was waiting at the front door at that time and there were no employees in site. Doors were locked, he not only lied to me he began to laugh and made the statement: i quote: ( you know how Asians are) unquote, i didnt find it in the bit amusing. Explained to him how important some people time and schedule is and again a joke was made of it. So know matter how nice the facility looks and the smiles which now i dont feel is genuine. I will no longer give this place my business sadly. Very disappointed in Jayden. Sorry Liz
