Finally a good experience at the Greensboro nail salon! I have been living in Greensboro off and on for 10 years and have had bad experience after bad experience at different nail salons. All anyone wants when they will get their nails done as a relaxing environment, and a respectful encounter. I called before I came to schedule an appointment and he told me if I was available I could come in right away, already off to a great start! When I arrived he asked me if I was Brittanie and I told him that I was and he asked me to sign a COVID-19 form and to sign in. There was absolutely no wait and I went over and sat down. He did my nails very beautifully and quickly I was in and out in under an hour which is a big plus for me because I have things to do. The customer service was great the color selection was awesome, and the facility was very clean and organized. My nail technician was also able to carry on light yet interesting conversation which is not required but I can appreciate it! All in all a wonderful experience and I can’t wait to come back! Final somewhere I feel comfortable and happy!!

I decided to give Revive Nail spa a try after having a bad experience at a nail shop near me. The moment i stepped in the door the guys welcomed me thsn ths owned who made me feel at home. It was on a Sunday afternoon and i had such a good experience. Monday was my birthday so everyone in the shop sang happy bday to me. I was presented with a cupcakeI felt very special 😄🎂 i made a wish.and blew out the candles. I was so excited to see what V was gonna do with my nails beinb that i gave her a challenging task😁She said i gotch you!I was still skeptical. So being nosey as i am i tried to figure out how she was gng to hook my nails up. So i just relaxed and let her do her thing and she created a rare work of art. I was very, very pleased and happy about the results. The atmosphere is also f very relaxing too. I enjoyed myself.Thank you ladies, and gents for a very relaxing. and pleasurable spa day!🙏

Got a mani and pedi some months ago and called to verify pricing however, afterwards I ended up paying more than I expected. They did a decent job however the price I paid was not worth it.

While my girls nails in the end was nice; they had us in there for 3 HOURS. I only got a basic pedicure but my girl got gel manicure and a polish and pedicure. The guy started her nail, and decided to start someone else’s nails and had her waiting another 15 minutes and then her artist started taking appointments. I understand if they may have been understaffed but my girl was here at 2:30. We ain’t leave until 5:30pm. All of our plans had to be cancelled and they didn’t even consider adjusting the bill. All while this other employee is coughing and whatnot without a mask. At the end the person who checked us out and also did my girl’s toes blamed my girl for the wait saying her nail design is what took so long. Cap. Will never go gets again. Not worth it, keep ya funds.

This is the best nail shop in Greensboro PERIOD! Tina is fantastic and really took her time. As a woman of color, I have had some bad experiences at other places in Greensboro, but here I felt right at home. Tina talked with me the whole time and we discovered our kids went to the same preschool! :) I got SNS and the attention to detail was amazing she was so gentle my nails didn’t hurt at the end. I told her she worked a miracle on my nails the picture of burgundy nails was how I came in and the pink nails is after I saw Tina and she fixed them! I will never go anywhere else and I hope they continue to do well as a business so I can always be a customer! 🤎

I went with my sister today, and I’m absolutely amazed by the professionalism and quality of this spa. The staff were all very kind and amazing at what they do. Their place is also very neatly organized and clean, I absolutely loved it. They just recently opened so I recommend anyone who’s looking to go for a pedicure/getting their nails done etc. to take your money and go to Revive Nails. They’re affordable, kind, and very professional. Give them your money! I was so happy by the time I saw the results. I will definitely be going back.

Folks were welcoming and did a good job. Appointments recommended. Got SNS and brows and lip waxed. Waxing was excellent. SNS was good and they did exactly what I asked for.

I came in on Thursday April 8th, for a regular polish manicure and pedicure. They were wonderful! They were really sweet and super attentive to the services. My manicure only took like 10 minutes if that- which I thought was strange but I enjoyed the pedicure! Sadly, I’m only giving 4 stars because my manicure started chipping horribly the day after! It’s really disappointing because I paid $15 for a manicure that didn’t even last 24 hours.

1st off~Anthony provides A1 customer service! The ambiance was awesome smooth jazz coming from the hidden speakers while I sipped on House Red wine and my back being massage in the massage chair. My pedi was a special service that Im glad I got with hot stones. Mary did my gel polish and Im very satisfied. I hand my nails cut down low. 1st time visiting and will definately be going back! Great salon! The friendly owners go above and beyond for quality service! My SNS from Revive lasts twice as long as from other salons, I am not an expert but I think it’s because they don’t cut corners! Excellent, EXCELLENT attention to detail. If you happen to go when they are busy, it’s worth the wait!

I’m conflicted.. the shape of the nails are great, it’s quiet in there. People are nice.. but you nails fall off within a week . Got them fixed just to have the rest come off the next day.. extremely frustrating because that’s $50 wasted. Never have I seen nails just pop off that way.

This was my first experience here and it was amazing! They are a relatively new business (open about 9 months) so they are establishing their customer base. Today they got a new regular! Their service was fantastic, prices were reasonable, and the staff was warm and friendly. They were wonderful to converse with and it was obvious they take a lot of pride in their work. I was so relaxed during my pedicure I nodded off! I would (and will) recommend Revive to anyone!

I came across this place while visiting Greensboro. I was a walk in customer and the first one of the day. I felt very welcomed and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I tried the green tea pedicure and loved it. Service was great and not rushed. I will definitely return.

Great experience! I had a Gel Manicure and a friend had SNS. The gel manicure actually included a manicure which has not been my experience at other places. Mary took her time and did a fabulous job. We will definitely return!

Revised review:During my first visit at revive, I received a full set that was uneven, shaped very poorly, and lumpy and bubbly.Upon returning to have my nails fixed, I had a wonderful nail technician named Mary who really took her time fixing it and did the best she could to make them even. She was very sweet and professional. If I had ended up with her on my first visit Im sure I wouldve had no problems at all as she is so thorough and detailed!It truly depends on the technician you end up with, but they will adjust it for you if you arent happy with your nails.

BEST NAIL SALON IN THE TRIAD! I happened to walk in a couple of weeks ago to this fairly new salon and fell completely IN LOVE with it! Anthony and Mary are so kind and make you feel like royalty! They do an amazing job with my sns sets every time and are so caring about the service they provide. Went back today for a new set and it turned out simply amazing. You will not find better service anywhere!

I visited this salon because I was driving past and needed my nails done...What a great thing I did. The prices are amazing and they give you a full upper back and neck massage as part of the service. Excellent!! The conversation with my technician Mary was great and the owner and I had a fun conversation. I only had a limited time, so I couldn’t do a pedicure BUT I went back a few days later and it was well worth it. The Green Tea pedicure includes a hand and arm massage. Mary did an amazing time on my eyebrows. I live in DC and come here at least twice a month and have now found a new salon.....They offer you a drink during service...When I got the final bill I thought they miscalculated....Prices are great.

The salon is brand new with all new equipment and colors. They have a wide selection of regular, sns, and gel polishes and lots of different services to choose from. They also use pedicure liners; I know that’s something I definitely look for in a salon!I love that they really pay attention to detail in their service. They will make sure that you’re happy with your nail shape and color before you walk out the door. You’re also offered your choice of drink and even a brief massage!It really doesn’t get any better than Revive. Go ahead and give them a try; you won’t be disappointed.

I went into Revive for the first time today just to do a gel polish and I was very happy with the service and will be back. They paid such close attention to details and the service I was receiving. They were not rushed (as other salons are in the area often are). They have a great selection of gel colors and looked to have many colors in every type of polish. I will definitely be back!

Very good service! I have only been in here a few times and they already know me and what I like to get. I jammed my finger and broke the nail and they fixed it for free. The prices are very affordable compared to other places and the services and customer care they provide are excellent. Very clean and sanitary. They use a new nail pack and pedicure cover for every new customer.

Since my long time nail tech moved away I’ve been looking for a new person. Revive has not disappointed me yet. The pedicure was great with wonderful massage and the SNS nail service goes above and beyond with hot towels and neck, shoulder, hand, and arm massage! Massage is BIG for me and I have found my new nail salon.

I am very, very particular when it comes to nail salons. Being a nurse, the first thing that make an impression is the cleanliness of Revive nail salon. They autoclave their tools which is paramount in preventing infection/fungus. Their stations & products are neatly organized. The environment is very relaxing and inviting. The QUALITY is amazing. Best manicure/pedicure w/ gel polish I have had in a very long time. Anthony and his wife make you feel so welcomed from the moment you walk in the door. I drive 30 mins just to get to this salon and I will continue to do so.

Your generic responses to complaints are useless. “ I am sorry you feel this way but majority of our customer have enjoy their experience at our salon.” Just because the majority of your customers as you claim have had a positive experience, you still haven’t addressed the fact that a customer left with burns on her fingers that was your establishments fault. I hope they sue the pants off of you. Don’t even bother responding with that robotic response like you did to everyone else’s comment. Obviously people have had negative experiences in your salon so instead of trying to disregard them, address them and try to fix them.

I heard great things about Revive and decided to stop by. I remembered Anthony from a previous location that I used frequent and Im so glad he branched out on his own. Mary and Anthony have created a perfect nail space. I was offered a beverage upon arrival. My sister and I both got SNS manicure. Anthony did hers and Mary did mine. Best manicures weve had! not only are they engaging but they follow up manicures with arm/neck massages that were simply heavenly. This will be my new go to place! If you havent been, give them a chance and I promise you wont be disappointed!

I’ve been going to Revive since the first week they opened and by far this place is THE BEST nail salon in Greensboro. They address me by name, remember the company I work for, they have all new equipment, a wide selection of pedicure options (rather than just a basic) and continue to service me as good as the first day I came. Their service is phenomenal, the family is friendly, and the quality of the nails are unpareelled. I’ve tried a lot of places in Greensboro...I mean a lot and this is top notch. I have even brought two friends in that are now a part of the revive family. If you have the oppprtunity to come and see Anthony and Mary you should.

A friend referred me to Revive Nails several months ago. Now I will not go anywhere else to have my SNS manicure done. I am in my 50s and have been to many nail salons all over the U.S. and no where has met the customer service level that I get at Revive. Although it is a small salon, every employee takes a lot of time to give the utmost customer care to every client. It is not a rush em in, rush em out place. No one has every done my SNS manicure as well as Anthony. My nails are perfect every time. And the pedicures? You will not get a better pedicure anywhere in Greensboro. OMG - are they so nice and relaxing. The folks who are not giving Revive Nails a 5 star rating are haters just being mean. Trust me, I am very selective about where I spend my hard earned money and customer service is one of my biggest pet peeves. I love Revive and highly recommend it for manicures, pedicures and waxing!

I was very concerned about finding a great nail salon with great customer service because I had tried so many in the past when I lived in GA and was very disappointed. I saw the reviews for Revive on Nextdoor and Google and decided to give them a try, I am sooooo glad I did!Anthony the owner is wonderful, he and his wife are very friendly, kind, welcoming and professional. The salon is extremely clean, organized and they offer you a drink when you come in. Relaxing music and atmosphere really helps make the entire experience perfect. There may be bigger fancier salons but I promise you they will NOT deliver the type of customer care and service I was kindly served today. I will be my salon home from now on. This will be my go-to nail salon. Mary and Anthony provided me with the BEST service. The environment they created is beautiful, clean and inviting. I loved being able to listen to relaxing jazz and watch my favorite channels (HGTV and Food Network lol). Mary gave my what I believe is the best pedicure I ever had (DEFINITELY try the higher-end pedicures). She took her time and made sure I was comfortable. Anthony did my beautiful SNS set and I really enjoyed our conversation.It is quite difficult to find a 5-star nail salon with reasonable prices and excellent service. Do not hesitate.
