They didn’t respect me at all. POOR customer service, POOR customer appreciation. The two ladies behind the desk literally forced me to leave because they were too busy to handle the demand of the customers coming in. Ladies Don’t get mad with the customer because you’re not able to handle the demand of customers walking into your establishment. I’m sorry I attempted to give you my money.

They are very good. They are clean, very polite. It was my first time there. I really enjoyed what they did. I really liked the way they did my nails. I am going back again.

Lumpy nails cuz rushed to close....can in this sunday and there closed internet says open.i took an 1hr+ BUS to het here and have to wait 1h30m til the next..

Very excellent service. Greeted upon entry. Depending on occupancy at the time, the wait could be anywhere between 1 minute and 1 hour. I have been with them for a number of years. Floated to other nail salons. This is where I have eventually settled. Enjoy!!!

They barely speak when you walk in. I’ve been here in the past, I like how they do eyebrows but the wait is super long. I literally waited 30 minutes for a eyebrow wax so I just left didn’t want to wait any longer. They don’t have enough help, nobody asked if I was good while waiting. I will not be back.

These ladies are talented! Im giving them five stars because Ive gone here several times and got in my manicures pedicures and acrylic nails. My nails are always beautiful and never break or chip even my polish and I dont use gel. When you find a nail salon where each of them are really good you stay however I wish there were more of them the wait time is high everybody goes early so you wait I guess you have to have patience and you have to have time to go there and Ive been going to a different nail salon to try to save my time and then I went on vacation and my nail broke the top part just chipped off 😢😢😭all I could think of was I should have went to nails art!!!!💅💅😁🤩

The Owner and daughters are so so so Rude.Anna did a really good job yesterday with my nails. I went in today just to have them trimmed down a little bit. The moment I walked in, the owner told me Anna is not in. I said I know and waited for 2 hours for my turn.Then came my turn and one of the daughters working there called a lady that came after me. Then shortly after speaking in their native language, another lady walked up to me and said if she cuts down my nails I will have to pay her or Wait for Anna tomorrow to do it for free.I replied that is rude of her and insulting and I know that they do not offer a free service here and I know I am suppose to pay for their services.Then came the daughter telling me I can go somewhere else. The daughter gave me so much attitude, swore at me and told me she does not f.....care about customer service and for me to go out and never f.... come back again. This was after I told her I wish I had recorded the conversation.The third lady in the store was willing to cut down my nails but the Owner said I was rude and to go away and that they will not do my nails. Reason because I expressed my concerns.So much for customer service. God help us. Not sure which world we live in

I got my nails done for an event here, and the manicure didnt even last til then. When i went into air my grievances they told me i had 3 days to tell them about it after that there was nothing they could do. Nowhere is this posted in the shop that that is their policy. The only thing that is posted is a sign stating that there is no refunds and the police will be called you are unable to pay. I have got manicures plenty of times and they have always lasted a reasonable amount of time. Large chips were coming off the day after i got them. Do not come here it is not worth it.

I love this area. Me and my mom are willing to go to get our nails done for an event or just for fun. Last time I went there they did SO good, no joke. I got my nails done with pink and a confetti on top of it. Me and my mom had to wait for a bit, but it was worth the wait. Sometimes me and my mom get mad because they call someone else who comes after us, but we are not that kind of people who get mad over that. We knew that we were going to get it done. My first time I came here I wanted acirylic nails (sorry for my bad spelling). They said I was too young, but I was like 9. I knew they could have trimmed down the nails but, I said ok and just went on what they said. On the other hand, this place is awesome. I will try to get acirlyic nails again.

The owner is rude and should not be doing eyebrows she completely ruined my eyebrows and then argued that she didnt and accused me of just trying to get my money back....which is a lie I been getting my eyebrows and nails done for years there so why would I care about 7$ I was truly pissed that I told her I wanted my eyebrows thick and she then waxed them so thin and uneven. Later I was given a gift certificate from a friend for a pedi there which was the only reason I returned and the owner refused to service me because she was mad that I told her she did my eyebrows incorrectly. Moral of the story dont go there !

So I definitely should have looked at the reviews before coming. This place will never get my service again. After waiting patiently to get my nail fix for an hour and change the owner could not fix it correctly. Then told me I was too picky and need to go to someone else. If Im paying you I can be as picky as I want. I wish you all could see how bad my nails look. Not mad at all because I have disputed the charges and now theyll have to take there nonsense up with my bank. Dont play with peoples time, money and patience!

They do pretty good nail if you just want acrylic and gel polish ... Never got anything complicated ... Pedicure are nice also ... I like anna the most ..

If I could put 0 I would. They wait is extremely long . I got my eyebrows done and the man was literally tweezing my skin. He got wax all on my eye lids . My eyebrows were so irritated afterwards just to look the way the did when I walked in. It wasn’t even worth getting my money back. I will never spend another dollar in this place . I’m so sad I could cry.

Although the business is really busy, and the wait was about an hour, the services was good. My full set didnt pop off or lift, its been a month I havent been back. Im coming back soon to get a fill in. Id say after the wait and you get into the nail technicians station they take their time and theyre patient with the process. Designs are are amazing!! After all their nail salons name is Nails Art. Pedicures are only $20 and they include so much. Honestly be patient and sit an wait because itll be worth it. Request Katrina shes the best

They will never get my service again. I came in at 11am and did not get seen until 1pm they cant understand English you tell them one color and they put the wrong color on . Then get mad when you tell them they are wrong smh

Salon draws low income women because their prices are lower than the competition. They are always crowded and do not take appointments. I always wait about 2 hours to be seen but my nails are always fire af afterward.

The place is horrible they wasn’t nice at all my nails looks so bad I will never go to this place again and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

You get what you pay for and more, my nails stayed on for 3 weeks without coming off.. that never happens..

Worst place ever I sat there for two hours and the lady acted like at the end she had a problem but that she couldnt even do a crawl and still ended up paying $50 and she still didnt even give me a design she said I was too picky Im sorry but if someone is going to pay $50 dont you think that they have the right to have any type of design on their fingernails
