My boyfriend and I decided to try this new spa out as it was convenient to us, and to our dismay we left absolutely disappointed. Our specialist was aggressive, left my nails unfinished, and left a cut on my foot. The overall experience was painful and certainly not worth the 90 dollars it costed for just two pedicures, on top of the fact that my boyfriend didnt receive the same massage. Would not recommend.

They did a great job on my pedicure loved itWill be back for shore.

Kelly is excellent as a manicurist. Very professional. Knows the great technique of massage. Her pedicure does not hurt. Very professional.

I went in with me and my daughters. The wait wasnt long and we all left Satisfied. Service was quick and awesome.

Been going to Five nails since the day they opened. Never had a bad experience. Each nail tech does a fabulous job! They take their time and strive to give you a relaxing, enjoyable experience. Highly recommend.

They do a great job, when making appt. Dont have to wait, friendly and attentive.

Nice people alright work

Loved the way the tech did my nails..they lasted a good week though...I dont recall him using a primer before applying acrylic to my nails..so like 4 whole nails basically popped off within days..but the service was excellent and price was very fair!! I would give them another try for sure!😊

I have been going to Five Nail and Spa for about a year. They have a nice convenient location and I always had good service before, but yesterday was the worst experience I have ever had in any nail salon. The girl was new. I told her I had very thin nails and to please be careful when applying the gel polish. She took a thick emery board and roughly scraped the top of my nails right down to the nail bed, until they bled! Even my skin around my nails was red and bleeding. I was practically in tears and pointed out how the girl at the next station was using a tool and no emery board to scrape off old gel. Not even an apology or anything. When she told me the price, and it was 150% of what I paid last time, for the exact same service! I should have argued but I just wanted to get out of there. Will NEVER go back there again. :-(

I would give it 0 stars if I could. I called them today to make sure that they took walk ins instead of appointment only. They lady on the phone told me yes they do walk ins and they’re not busy rn so we can come. We get to the salon and the lady at the front desk asked if we had an appointment. I didn’t call but 10 minutes before hand and told me to come because they weren’t busy. Then a nail tech doin someone’s nail said okay we can do it but it’s a hour and 30 minutes.... obviously she just made up a time. There wasn’t but one customer left waiting. Unprofessional and horrible communication. Won’t be comin back .

Great job and the wait isnt long

Been going there for at least 9 months but yesterday was not good. I loved the way Tony did my nails. He gave me the cateyes which I had never had before but I was quite pleased. My problem came with their treatment of about 4-5 black customers. They were not rude or loud but when they were trying to pay and figure out their totals. The nail tech was Loud. When a young lady was trying to make an appt. with Tony he was rude and did not make eye contact with her. He told me he did not want to do her nails. I had to mention to him to ask her for an appointment time. I was not sure if my nails was dry and I had my hand in the dryer and he pulled it away from me. When I explained to one of the Techs that I forgot to get my card signed by Tony she told me he signed it but she eventually signed it as if I would lie to get $5 off my next visit. But Tony verified that I would get it next visit. I notice that they cater and nicer to their white customers more so than their black customers. All money is green. Even though I like the way Tony does my nails I will not be returning..

Very nice people and take there time and do not rush you. It was a few dollars more then a average nail salon place but I was okay with that because of the time they took with me and how friendly their staff was

The employees here are very unprofessional, I had terrible service. I was getting a pedicure and my feet was left in the water for a long period of time. Someone else walked in for a pedicure and they went did her feet instead of mines. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Tried for the first time yesterday. Huge disappointment. I have never received such a poor pedicure and manicure. I think the young man was very inexperienced and was more interested in his phone. Unfortunately I didn’t realize how horrible until I got home after tipping! Seems to me that all the regulars get the good service providers and apparently that is enough clientele for them. Unfortunate.

Good, quick service, I came in about 30 minutes before closing on a Sunday and was able to get my gel polish change. So grateful for their Sunday hours.

I love this place and it is my go-to when getting my nails done. All of the women who work there are wonderful and they have a great selection of nail colors.My only issue is the younger guy that works there is awful and I dread having him do my nails. He is rough with the tools and rushes through the whole thing. I always leave with rough feeling nails and the sense that he had better things to do. I had him today (04.04.18) when I went in and he was texting on his phone while with me and even MADE A PHONR CALL while doing my nails!!!! How unprofessional.Ive had it with him and the next time I go in and he is the only one available I will make it clear that I will wait for literally anyone else to take care of me.So if you chose this salon to have your nails done (And you totally should), steer clear of the younger male worker. Everyone else is great!

Halina does a great job on pedicures . Mike did a awful job on my nails during my session he was on his phone checking the score for the game and he did not do anything I asked him to .
