This was my first visit. I was able to make an appointment last minute. The pedi/mani was perfect

It’s really tough to read these critical reviews because they seem to describe an entirely different place than the one I frequent. I just recently began getting my nails done again (SNS powder with tips to add length) and I’ve felt safe, comfortable and cared for every time I’ve visited. My nails look beautiful after every visit and I genuinely can’t think of a single thing that needs improvement. I would say to give this place a try yourself, you can’t believe everything you read.

Excellent customer service! I was in Greensboro on business from Atlanta and I needed my nails done in a hurry and from the moment I walked in started wishing I had more time because they were pampering everyone else !!! And I love my nails .

What can I say??? I love this place... After 3 years I still get the same quality I got the 1st day. Anna is a artist when it comes to nails... Logan is just Logan but I swear he makes you feel welcome even on a bad day... If I had to roll back the hands of time and had a chance to do it again I would still walk through the door and not look back. Thank you so much my nail family...

I received a full set with a design, the design ended up looking nothing like the picture, i was charged almost $30 more for a design that looked like a child had done. I paid but was very disappointed with the end result as well as being charged with something that even one of the employees commented on the ed result

Very poor customer service. My friend and I tried to go get a pedicure at 630pm and they closed at 730pm. The owner said he could not take us and that we needed an appointment. So we tried again. Makes an appointment for 6pm, arrived, door was locked. I knocked on the door, the staff came out and said they were closed. I explained we had an appointment and she told me it wasn’t on the books. They were closed for the evening. Their door once again says they close at 730pm. Go to Happy Nails instead. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and they actually want you to be there.

It was my first time at Perfection Nails Spa and I truly enjoyed my experience. The staff were kind and professional. Anna did my deluxe pedicure which was phenomenal. I also had a full set of nails put on and she did a lovely job. I did not feel rushed and the prices are very reasonable. Thank you! I will be back.

One star because they dipped my finger into the SNS powder and now Ive had a wart on my finger that hasnt gone away for two years. I went there for a few months getting SNS but once this wart came up I havent returned to this or any other salon. I used to actually love the work they did, but this embarrassment and issue isnt worth it.

Had sns and tipsAnna C cut one tip much shorter than others and other nails were not smooth. Had another appointment for 3 PM. Waited about an hour another client that came in after me was done before me. At another visit a tip was removed and was done painfully. I do not recommend this salon for anyone.

Logan, Anna, Mya, Anna Banana and the staff always take great care of my daughter and I. We travel to receive their wonderful service and witty conversation. Best nail salon ever!!!

My experiences at perfection nails was a very unpleasant one. I felt ostracized at the salon due to the fact that I wasn’t they’re “target” audience I.e I’m black. The entire time I was there they made condescending comments about the length of the nails I wanted and Logan called them ghetto or ratchet. I felt as if I were racially profiled as soon as I entered the salon. I would never recommend any minority to go and get any service from this location. Especially my African American sisters. You will be ridiculed the entire time. I will never spend another dollar at this racist business.

I honestly dont recommend this place. The service isnt really good. The first time i went i got a pedicure with gel polish and after the first day one of my toes had like a scratch where the Polish/gel had came off. Today i decided to give it a second try. I went with my best friend and her husband. We went after work, so we still had our military uniform on. The place was packed (i was ok with that. You know its normal), but what i didnt like was the fact that everyone (including the workers) looked at us like we were crazy. Some even giggled when the person in charge told us that he wouldnt be able to attend us before closing. I will not be coming back, but i do recommend Lavish Nail Spa. Thank me later :)

Logan and Ann are great! Their salon is clean, quick and you can really relax! All the staff there are courteous!

Love this place. The salon never has a strong smell. They do great SNS (powder nails)! My nails usually grow out before they chip with SNS. Call and make an appointment instead of walk-in. I also highly recommend for a group.

I walked in for the first time and the service was excellent! I will make an appointment next time as the staff told me they stay on a tight schedule with appointments. I got SNS nails for the first time and couldnt be happier. I will be coming back again and again!

My husband and I love Perfection Nails Spa, everyone is so friendly and really great at doing nails. I like that they aslo have the choice of Gel and SNS.

Doesnt Need Your Business! I Walked in at 4 on a Friday, the guy was against the wall on his phone, they didnt even look that busy and I was told they couldnt do my fill in. Places like this arent looking to gain new customers.

After trying several nail salons in Greensboro, this one is the best value and the best service. Love it!

The owner and staff are very nice. Make sure you call ahead because they generally dont do walk-ins because theyre so busy.

Horrible service. I was rushed out of there with my nails half way done by a man. He was very rude. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I usually dont complain but I wouldnt dare spend a dollar here considering how rude I was treated!

My daughter Shell and I was referred to this nail salon by a family member over a year ago. We have been going every since. We enjoy the customer service. The owners Anna and Logan are the best....Everyone is friendly! We get SNS and Anna does a great job! We always leave happy. The priced are reasonable, we never wait too long for our appointments and SNS nail color selections galor!! Even when they are busy and may run a few seconds behind, I dont mind because I am in a great atmosphere. I travel alot and have tried many nail salons over the years and I never do reviews of businesses, but I feel this is worthy! It has to be, if it has kept me and my daughter as a loyal customer this long lol! We are happy! Rated this salon a 1 star only because a star rating was needed to leave a comment. Walked in to ask how long would the wait would be for a SNS manicure and was told I couldnt get it done today. It is 2:45pm and they close at 7, are you saying in 4.5 hours you cant fit me in?!?!?! I will NEVER return back to this salon!
