Do NOT take multiple items to be tailored or they WILL LOSE SOMETHING. I needed suits tailored for a job placement program and while the seamstress did well on the pieces she did, she lost 1/4 of my order, claiming that I didn’t bring it in to begin with when I was with someone who saw me try on all 8 pieces of clothing and watched her pin them all. What makes it even harder to believe that I didn’t try on all 8 pieces of clothing is that she gave me a suit jacket with a different colored pair of pants and that her ticket looked like it originally said 8 pcs and then had a big 6 written over it. When I tried explaining, she wouldn’t listen and then kept telling me to “GO HOME”. If you have more than one thing to bring in and want to keep all of your clothes and good customer service, don’t come here.

Had jeans that were hemmed too short, bc I kept the extra that were cut off they had an easy fix. Jeans fit perfect now and they did it in two days with excellent craftsmanship. Will be my go-to for future needs. Very reasonable pricing for high quality work. Best tailor in town

Very disappointed in consistency of their work and arbitrary pricing. Over 4 months I took in about $1,200 worth of suits and shirts. Most of it was okay, especially the first couple trips. But then they started skipping over/not doing part or all of an alteration. Make sure you make note of what alterations they are supposed to make, get a price upfront and try on everything before you pay.

This place does great/quick work. They know what theyre talking about and prices are fair. They basically rebuilt my wedding pants, allowing them to fit me like custom tailored pants. Nearly a year later, I brought in those pants with a new pair and asked them to match the dimensions. They were perfect. My wife also had a couple dresses altered and they did a wonderful job. Ive heard stories of a crazy alteration lady around the Lawndale area who will literally throw your clothes at you and call the police until you give her more money than you agreed upon. BBs will NOT do that. Its safe.

She doesnt even deserve the one star. Brought my 90 yr old great grandmother to get her shirt hemmed, and it was a horrible experience. It was a simple hem, and the lady could simply not understand it, my grandmother explained and I did as well multiple times. She ended up yelling at us in front of 5 other customers and walking away leaving us standing there. So we packed up and as we were walking out the front door she appeared from the back and decided she needed to take every last pin out of the shirt. NEVER will we return or recommend anyone. Took her to Naders Alterations at Friendly Center, explained to the man once, he pinned it, and it was ready in 2 days. It was perfect and exactly what she wanted. Thats how I know the request was simple.

Been coming here for years. They do everything from wedding dresses, to pants, to leather jackets. They are so quick with turn around, I never need it that fast but Im happy to know its ready and perfectly done at that.

My daughter took a dress there is be altered- just to hem and take up straps they charged $71. > NEVER AGAIN!!!
