This place was beautiful inside ! lots of space did not take long to do our clothes . had a few games in there to past the time. along with a delicious Mexican food truck outside . my fiance and I got elotes they were so good ! would definitely go back. you have to buy a card for the washer and dryer but it doesnt cost that much

I really like it a lot for ive been there before but its been a while but I thank god for the lady that works there she was very nice to show me how to use the machines I would tell A family or friends about this place

Love this laundry mat. Lots of dryers. I never have 2 wait on 1 to open up. Yea the card idea succs. I used 2 save my quarters for car wash and laundry mat. But, oh well 5.00 on the card takes care of 2 an a half laundry trips. Heres an idea, open a car wash that takes the same card. Just them 2 places. 🤯

The black lady with the brush cut hair is rude and had a nasty attitude because I came to wash clothes a 10 minutes before 9. She stated you can wash but I close at ten and Im not waiting on nobody. She almost always have a Im ready to go attitude no matter the time.

Need your comforter cleaned? They have BIG washers. Took my king sized comforter to Fresh Laundry to find a very clean facility. Comforter had plenty of room to wash in machine. And dryers big enough to sleep in. The attendant was very cute and hard working! The place was clean! The bathrooms were new looking and clean! Highly recommend Fresh Laundry!

5 dollars extra if u have to stop the washing mashine twice. Lol. So get it right the first time. Cool spot though. My clothes are clean.

Best laundry facility i have ever been too. This place is always clean, lots of washers and dryers, wall mounted flat screen tvs, snack and drink machines, staff on duty- they offer a wash and fold service. And it is also in a very convienent location. The only thing is their sign advertises it is a coin laundromat. It is not- you have to use a reloadable laundry card that they provide when you insert your money. They have an atm inside. This is a fantastic laundromat and it is in a convienent location.

Best Laundromat around! The customer service is always fantastic and they offer drop off service which is very reasonable and they always fold the clothes absolutely perfect. I will drive from high point just to use these clean washers and I dont have to worry about my stuff comin up missin if I sit outside in my car. I give it a 10 out 5

Really clean and the lady was helpful. Not a coin laundry but you need to get money from the ATM then add it to a card then you can use it on the washer and dryer. Kinda like this better then having change around my work truck or in my hotel.

I waited for a dryer 20mins even though there were dryers with clothes that had stopped. Sign clearly states attendant will remove stopped clothes if customers are waiting. I asked the attendant and was told you just have to wait while she was sitting down on her cellphone. There were dryers and washers that were drop off and she couldve easily moved those clothes first. Very rude people work here sometimes.

Best Laundromat here in Greensboro. The ppl workin here are always so nice and will chat while you wait. The machines are just wow best ones forreal. They have 4.00 ones 7.00 and 9.00 ones

Y’all, I’ve been doing laundry on my own for years and this is the best laundromat I have ever been to. It is always clean! Machines always work! Very nice staff! They have a variety of sizes of machines for whatever you need. Remember to bring cash because you load it onto a card to then pay the machine. They also do wash/fold services if you are in a pinch. It’s a little expensive but they always have discounts and it is cleaned and folded very nicely for you.

1st time here and my OCD is happy. The place is CLEAN and cool and very spacious. The attendant is very helpful and friendly. Every time I look around she cleaning something...sweeping or dust mopping or wiping machines clean. I will definitely be a return customer as long as this continues.

This place is great, nice chairs vending machines know trash clean restrooms even has a water fountain and a sink to wash hands and very easy to load money to your laundry card and ATM on the premises friendly workers also.

Clean laundry mat with Good washers and dryers!

Staff is very nice and helpful. The place is very clean and well kept. They should change the name on the sign outside because I assumed the machines took coins. Luckily I brought cash to get coins from the change machine i thought they would have inside. You have to use cash at this place. They have an atm where you can get cash out. You use another machine to put that cash on a laundry card. ******No coins are used at this location! I like the laundry card idea though. No hassle with fumbling with a pocket full of coins while your washing clothes. Very efficient!

Very clean and organized place. I was impressed. Was busy but I did go on a Sunday so that was expected. I definitely will be returning!! Nice employee helped me with exchanging my quarters to use card due to unaware of card service instead of quarters.

My washer and dryer went out simultaneously, so for the first time in many years I had to visit a laundry mat. I did visit this laundry on a Sunday afternoon, probably the busiest day of the week. Even then, there wasnt a long wait and it was very busy. They offer updated equipment, very nice and helpful employees and nice dryer temps which I always worry about with my clothing, the laundry came out great!I felt very safe there. I was able to go down the street to collect some things I needed while my laundry was washing. When you start your load you know exactly how long it will take to complete so you can go and come back in time.They have vending and video games for kids. Its just a really nice place to go. Nothing fancy on the outside, so you would be amazed when you walk in to find such a nice place to do your laundry.Im grateful to know they are there and I will definitely have to go back until I get a washer and dryer, but believe me, its a great place to go for the dreaded laundry deeds. I would recommend going during the week when its less populated. And remember the last time of day you will be allowed to begin washing will be 8:30 PM. Fair enough, employees have families they need to get home to.

NOT A COIN LAUNDROMAT! You must add dollar bills to a card in order to use the machines.Other than that mishap, the place is the BEST laundromat I have ever been to. The staff is extremely nice and friendly. The machines seem to be cleaned daily, as well as every other inch of the place.

This place is clean, neat, bright and the attendant was awesome. I like the fact that they have rules about where you can have food items, ask that children not run around, have 3 large wall TVs on different stations, video games, vending machines and CLEAN restrooms! Plenty of washers and dryers and rolling carts to handle large numbers of clients. It was actually nice doing laundry.

This is my first time at fresh laundry it is so clean compared to any laundromat Ive been to the little blonde girl working was very helpful with showing me how everything works they have arcade where kids can play when she noticed he was looking at them she put a few quarters in the machine and it dropped some more Levi my 3 year old got so excited she put those quarters into the claw machine and won a ball and actually gave it to him! Very pleased will defiantly be coming back

I’ve never been to a better laundromat. It’s very clean and well arranged and high tech. I received gracious help from Kimberly who walked me through the process of getting all my laundry done.

Kimberly was extremely rude to my family and I this was our first time at the laundromat and when we asked how everything works she replied with snarky remarks. We came in at 8:00 and she seemed eager to go home and didnt want to waste her time with us. Its a beautiful laundromat but bad service overrides that we wont be coming back.

Able to dry three loads in under 40 minutes. Gotta love it.

The place is clean and have nice machines but if you didnt know that you needed a card to wash your clothes then you would be lost. Tge name of the laundromat is coin laundry but you cant use any coins.

This Laundromat is a new one and they have all new well maintained machines. It is a very clean place. We go there all the time to do our laundry.

Im new to this laundromat thing and I definently chose the right spot! Everything is so clean and they have games to keep the little ones busy. I had tons of questions and the girl working kaitlyn was really knowledgeable she walked me through the process like I was the only person there. I will defiantly be coming back and recommending fresh laundry!

Super Annoyed, Open on Time NO! Time says open 7am to 10pm . I have been waiting for the doors to open since 6:45am .Strike 1. It is now 7:21am No Call No Show employees get terminated where Im from. 7:25am now still no one has appeared .This is why places like this FAIL. Poor management. 4 customers have come and gone, one left a note on the door. Now Im waiting patiently for a refund of the funds on the card.

First time visiting laundry center, clean and modern but horrible customer service. After noticing laundry mat only uses reloadable cards, I proceeded to the counter to inquire about receiving change for a $20. The agent that was supposed to be working the desk (Caucasian with pink hair) was outside taking and smoke break and talking, in front of the building. After going outside to ask for change, she became nonchalant and unwilling to help, while still outside smoking and talking as if I didn’t need assistance. Needless to say, the agent claims she didn’t have change for the $20 bill. The laundry mat sells laundry products and has a cash register. Did I need to purchase something first in order to get change to use in the laundry mat? Deliverance is everything, and cutting corners when hiring people shouldn’t be left behind. I’ll wash my linens in a old laundry mat with great customer service first.

Whaouuu excellent place to go to wash, the customer service is great, Today was my first time and was very satisfied with all the help I received from one of the girl who works there Jalasia Foster, very kind helped me how to husar the machines and take out the card, at all times I wonder if youre okay if you need help.
