Disappointing experience. Had two new suits altered at the sleeves and pant legs. When the sleeves were altered the finished alterations diminished the value of the suits. The illusion stitching for the sleeve buttons was removed for all buttons on each sleeve. A detail that was part of the jacket has been removed as part of the alteration process. Did not compromise the functionality but the detail stitching that had been on the sleeves was removed. Instead of moving the lowest button up to the top of the sleeve button and adding new detail stitching to match the other buttons, all the detail stitching was removed. Eliminated details that are part of a premium mens suits. Not a great outcome... Shalom

All I needed was measurements and they wouldnt do it. Says they do not take measurements for suits. What kind of tailor doesnt take measurements?
