I’m not sure why I haven’t left a review yet since I have used this Dry Cleaners for about 12 years! I have always gotten my items back when they were promised, expertly cleaned and at a fair price! I’ve used them for shirts, suits, comforters and other dry cleanings. This place is what you would want from a locally owned business!

Best dry cleaner in Greensboro!

Just picked up an area rug that I thought would have to be replaced..... looked brand new! Thrilled with every aspect of my experience.Also, Fordham does all my everyday dry cleaning. Always perfect!!!

Twice I have put a shirt or dress along with my husband’s dress clothes to be dry cleaned here and each time they have somehow lost my items. Definitely not trustworthy.

Was charged $35 to clean a jacket. When I picked up the jacket and inspected it I noticed none of the stains had been removed and the jacket was just pressed. When I was questioned about it I was directed to a manager that said she didn’t clean it because she was afraid of removing the weatherproofing. So they were really about it charge me $35 for pressing a jacket. Then when I told her to clean it I was charged an extra $15 and the stains didn’t even come out. This place didn’t treat me with the same level of customer service as these other customers are claiming to receive in these reviews. I really feel like I was scammed into paying $50 for a press for a jacket. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Update: I do not have the wrong cleaners as I remember the location.

Always such a pleasure to come here. A simple, hassle free process every time. Nice front desk people who can have a conversation with you. I like that theres a little room where kids can play, plants, and cool vintage sewing artifacts. Just little stuff that adds to the experience. :)I tried A Cleaner World one day just because I was in a hurry and it was closer, but they did an awful job and my coat was still full of lint. Tried another local cleaner right next to my house, they did a good job but were rude. Ill stick to Fordhams even though theyre far away from me--that should tell you how good they are!

I an cautious to say this place is a scam. My guess is they take advantage of the students that live nearby and have few options without a car. They charged me $16 for a neo-prene jacket.. $16!!! Then $9 for a leather jacket. Never in my life have i ever paid more then HALF of what I paid at this place. I repeat this is another SCAM aimed at residents with few options.

Clothes always look great & are ready when they are promised.
