Encountered a fiest towing driver on the highway, at approximately 8:55pm the driver had a yield sign and was merging onto a on ramp for 694-W driver did not slow or pause or in anyway yeild.While following the driver to get company information and license plate number, he cut off a Jeep Grand Cherokee on 252-N.Called his dispatch that the information I found on truck dispatcher than said he did not believe these things happened.I would not recommend that anyone do business with people who have such low regard for human life, and the other drivers on the road.

Despite being the 3rd or 4th lead via Google search. We picked this tow company due to the reviews and ratings.Beware that a 1 ½ hour estimate can be a 6 hour wait. Communication does not exist, do not try to call to inquire, the driver will be rude and make excuses. Once my car was dropped off, the driver offered no explanation, NO apology and was fussing about the long day he had and how it’s not over yet. Driver proceeded to complain how he must now go 45 miles down to Farmington and how it’s way pass Apple Valley.Bottom line, I do not recommend. I believe our tow request got pushed back because we already paid. If your driver would have communicated and was not rude because we decided to call and nicely inquire after waiting 4 hours and then 5 hours and then 6 hours; I would not be upset. If your driver would have advised us at 4 pm that it would take 6 hours for a tow service vs. the 1 1/2 hour estimate that was given. I would not be upset if I AGREED to a 6 hour wait. If your driver was truthful and let me know when I called that its VERY busy and itll be about 6 hours, I would have called another tow company but had been thankful for the truth.Again, I do not recommend, give your business to another tow company.

This company is very unprofessional I reached out to them all day yesterday for them to come help me fix me they left on the street not drive able because the tow truck driver didn’t tow my car right and lost my center cap try to say it was not on there right and nobody from this company called me back yet to get my car off the street stuck can’t drive because of this company and nobody calling me back to help me I Repeat DONT USE this company for towing and I used my AAA and they ain’t even call me back yet horrible experience with this company

My brother finally got my car started after being died from the cold. He was nice enough to go fill it with gas. But when he tried to start it again.. nothing. A tow truck pulled up to get gas, so my brother asked if he could help. The guys asked his boss akd then helped my brother jump my car and gave him some tips to prevent it again. Free of charge. He was so nice.

Called fiest towing at 10:48pm to arrange a tow as I saw they were located fairly close by. After roughly an hour of waiting I tried calling to get an ETA or if they needed clearer directions as I was just on the shoulder of 494. No answer.Gave it about another 30-45 minutes before calling again. No answer. I left a voicemail stating my phone was close to dead and if I didnt see them soon Id call another tow company.At the second hour I called another tow company much further away that Ive done business with before. While waiting (a 1/4 of the time) for them I saw what looked like a tow truck with feist on the side going the other way. Maybe the driver had his north and south mixed up? Maybe he just didnt care? Either way never got a call back, never got a tow from them. Pretty bad customer service if you ask me. I get that it was 11pm on Sunday. But if you cannot meet a fair expectation, a heads up initially during the first phone call would have been nice. Or just dont offer your services overnight on weekends 🧐

My girlfriend called AAA and someone from Feist named Sam showed up after about an hour. I could tell he really didn’t want to help and was just looking for a an excuse. He said he couldn’t help me because someone else made the original call even though I am an associate on the account. Nobody told me that I wouldn’t have waited. So I called AAA back and they said they would dispatch someone else because he just left me in North Minneapolis in 19 below weather. 3 hours later still waiting for someone. I’ve never had an issue with AAA before. Worst experience with any company really.

Scott was incredibly helpful with taking care of my sons crashed truck. His calm compassionate demeanor was only out done by his skilled maneuvering in very dangerous conditions. Scott clearly is an expert! If one finds themselves in vehicle distress, do not hesitate to reach out to Feist for assistance.

Used them to tow my car. Were very timely, called me and text me prior to and on arrival. Very professional employee who took great care in preparing my car for tow. I would highly recommend.

I needed a tow and called Feist towing. I left my vehicle on a side street with the keys in it. They said my vehicle would be dropped off in an hour and a half. Actual time an hour and 24 minutes. Great service, drivers, and rates! Thank you Feist towing!
