Everyone is friendly. They treat your clothes as their own, and carefully review their work to make sure they have removed all stains.

Update 1/30/18 - Shores called my wife an offered to make things right by writing her a check. Changing my review from 1 star to 4. Would have given 5 if this had been resolved in the store the first time.Original post 1/27/18 - LIARS. They quoted my wife $300 to preserve her wedding dress. Then when she went to pick it up they charged her $400. She brought it up in the store and they said that $400 was the standard price. Then the manager called her and blamed her for the confusion. I wish I could give them 0 stars (or negative stars). Unbelievable. They could have made it right by offering a $100 gift certificate OR charging the original quote price. I will NOT be recommending them to ANYBODY.

They ruined two of my dresses. One had a bow on it and it completely came off. They didn’t repair it or even tell me it was damaged and I didn’t find out till I brought it all the way home. Second dress has mysterious holes in it now. They are not fine at all. They did a terrible and rushed job. For $20 a dress you would think they would have put a little more care into it. Would have been better off going to foxes on Lawndale.

I thought Shores was very professional and did an outstanding job with the dry cleaning. Would recommend to everyone. Will continue to use when in the Greensboro area!!!

Excellent customer service! Friendly and helpful, quick to answer questions and solve problems. My items were returned to me in excellent condition. I highly recommend Shores.

A little on the pricey side but generally have had good results on my clothes. I don’t trust nice clothing with the $2/piece cheap cleaners so I try to do the better place.

Didnt do a good job on my jacket

Very disappointed in the cost to have my daughters prom dress cleaned!!! It cost more to clean it than I paid for it! $72!!!! Thats insane! I will never use Shore Cleaners again! Shame on them!!!!!!!
