I love living here been here 6yrs... But the down side is Ive been waiting on my front door to be fixed for a while! And I have been needing and asking for paint over 3yrs now.After 6 plus years 1 would think I would not come first but not dead last. And it gets to me when I see the maintenance crew turning over empty dwellings to rent out when they count be making a live loyal tenant feel safe. It will not take much to breach my front door at all...

I absolutely love the staff here and I am glad that I will have the pleasure of dealing with such wonderful ladies!! The staff was very helpful and friendly!! The homes are beautiful as well and decently priced!! I will be moving in really soon thanks to all their help!!

The rents rise too quickly. From 500 a. Month to 760 a month. Now I have to find a new place to live..

Moved in a week ago.. Quick and smooth move in process! Everyone I spoke with in the leasing office were very nice and professional. The apt was nice and clean. No major complaints .. only downside would be the thin walls but other than that, Its a good place/area to live in

I have been here over a year now. I have had a good experience since I moved here. The staff is phenomenal, they are caring people whom will help you in any way they can. You have a quiet place to just sit and enjoy the outside, the lake. I love to just sit and enjoy the day or cast a pole in the lake and fish . So if you need a great safe and clean place, come see Andrew or Cynthia, they will definitely be happy to help you get started on your journey to live at Timbercreek. Don’t forget, check em out .

The apartment itself is decent its kinda old but in comparison to other places its nice and affordable. The walls are kinda thin especially for bottom level apartments. The management is great, if there are any problems they get to it promptly. I havent had any really serious issues but the minor things theyve fix the same day or the next morning.

Somebody got shot not two weeks ago and a few day ago there was a car on fire and the guy that owned the car is missing. They raised the rent 100 more dollars for a crime infested place.

Id like to thank Andrew and staff here at Timbercreek Apts., for being very supportive during my time of family emergencies, vehicle breakdowns and unemployment. I moved here in July 2020 from Delaware, when COVID-19 was at an all time high and the state was very locked down. Timbercreek Apts. Welcomed me as if I had already lived here.Although the year had been rocky, Timbercreek Apt. Mngmt. team made me feel at home!

I lived here at timber Creek going on 6 years.. I really seen a lot of changes made to make this home for me. ( Pool, work order, grounds, updated windows) Kelly is the best manager I ever had, she is always on top of things .,She really put a lot of her time and effort into making this home for the residents, better security, grooming the outside with flowers, better lighting, painting, and fixing things up, it feels safer than when I first moved here. I have No complaints from maintenance, very professional and really keep the grounds clean.

Tried calling multiple times for information and no one ever answered the phone, went in for a short tour and when I went in it looked so dingy like someone just moved out and didn’t take their furniture so the office just kept it and didn’t clean it. Everything was dusty and looked sticky there was even a dead spider on the counter, the lights didn’t even work and they have the audacity to say it’s “renovated”.

If I could give NO stars I would! I have lived here longer than I would like to admit. Im so over it cant wait to move. Make this place a very last resort if you are looking. Trust me there are much better places the cost just as much. Living here is like living in the city dump!!

I applied to live there, they said they were trying to work it out and then they just stopped getting back to me after the getting the app fee from me and my mom. I kept calling and calling and nothing, but reading these other reviews Im happy I did not live there. Im glad I had a backup or Idk where I would be right now. Its almost impossible to get through cause they have so many numbers.

Wonderful customer service. Never had a complain. Office employees are very helpful and friendly. Most people that complain are due to them not living up to regulations that have been set. This place is quality, affordable and they provide great support.

Great customer service, Cyntia was the most polite and very informative. All throughout staying there I felt cared for and if any issues approached, they always made sure to handle my needs. Definitely recommend!

If you are thinking of moving here, go to crimemapping.com. Type in the address and change the time frame to January 1st till now. Its just a bad area. High crime, lots of teenagers breaking into cars and homes. GPD has more cases than they can handle so these people are getting away with it and doing it every night. If you cant afford anything more expensive, you can make Timbercreek work. My advice to you would be to buy a camera for your door. Keep your cars and apartments locked at all times. Buy a dehumidifier, the pond creates a lot of moisture in the air and in the apartments.My advice to the apartment owners, get a security team. Get people who can I walk the premises in the morning and at night to make it feel like a more secure place and scare these thiefs away. Install cameras to see who is coming in and out of the apartments. Do something, anything to make this a safer neighborhood.Thank you.

Timbercreek is a nice starter apartment for anyone looking to begin their life. I gave it a four star rating because of the way the Cable is tied into your rent; respectfully so no one wants to be forced into purchasing something they never asked for. Their ad @ the time read that the cable would be provided for free, but you sooner than later find out that because Spectrum & the property management have a contract together that theyve already committed you to a basic service you never asked for. Asides from this the environment is kid friendly, you feel safe, the community is secluded, you have access to a pond that has Catfish & trout with a seating area on the waterfront, plenty of speed bumps to slow the traffic, nicely renovated apartments, nice views, friendly front office staff, a private clean community pool, wheelchair chair asseseble units, pet friendly community, playground area for your children, outdoor grills, plenty of parking space, & I could go on & on, but Ill end my review with my initial statement. Timbercreek apartments is a great start up apartment for anyone looking to begin their adult life

I don’t even know where to begin.Office is very much uninvolved; they are selectively responsive to things. I was shown an apartment with a full stove, yet we moved into one with a half size stove. For the year I lived here, I had to call the police on 5 separate occasions for domestic violence and drug use by the neighbors. The walls are paper thin. Clearly, anyone can live here as long as you make payments. There is dog poop in every grassy patch as no one feels it needs to be cleaned up and the office doesn’t seem to care to enforce picking it up. The air conditioning unit was old and molded when we moved in. We were told we have to clean the filter ourselves and though it still wasn’t working, no one was ever sent to fix it. I had strange men beat on the door early in the morning every so often to spray for bugs and never received notice or warning beforehand. I was never communicated with though they in fact had my phone and email as I was alerted to changes in rent, changes in the facilities, etc. The laundry room is disgusting, and half of the machines do not work. They have had “out of order” stickers on them for the entire year I have been here. When summer came, the pool opened three weeks late with just posted little notes on mailboxes for notices. When it came time to leave, they decided they would charge us for an extra month since we didn’t give them enough notice. They never reached out to us with this information. We were sent offers of the new lease and no information on what our options were for leaving. Very sneaky and ridiculous of them to try and get more money as we leave. I will be sharing my review on every site I possibly can. I have never had such a bad experience with housing. They have had my email and phone number this entire time, but I have never once received any kind of update, information, newsletter, etc. It is clearly not properly managed.Overall, not worth the price they have posted. Small, cheaply renovated and built, this is not an ideal place to live.

I do not pay $805 a month to hear my upstairs neighbors every word and their tv all throughout the day nor do I want to continue to have to go to work tired because of them loud walking and talking ALLL NIGHT long. Here it is 2am and the issue continues when i have to be up 5am for work. I wanted to like the place bc the landlord seems awesome as a person; however, I wish I had followed the reviews and stayed away. Its taking everything not to use profanity thats how frustrating my 2 months have been here. When I moved in maintenance did a rush job with my apartment, paint peels when u wipe the cabinets and the list goes on. They lied about bugs which I never had. They lied about free cable when youre automatically charged $65 for the contract with spectrum with internet that doesnt provide a wifi router. Everything is a lie!! If youre okay with living in a project like environment then by all means move-in. I signed a 13-month lease and regret it everyday and as soon as I can find somewhere else Im probably going to break the lease smh. YES ITS THAT BAD!!!

I had bugs on my apartment saw one the second day I moved in I told the staff they basically tried to blame me for them I caught my neighbors either trying to break in my apartment or doing something suspicious To my window I told the manger her solution was to put a nail in my window the walls are extremely thin I literally will hear my neighbor phone vibrating if you get a down stairs unit you can hear the person upstairs foot steps I tried to transfer my apartment numerous times but got the run around by the office staff on the plus side my light bill was really cheap and the rent included the WiFi and cable

I just moved in one of my apartments in August and I been complaining about mold since September and I lost a whole bunch of stuff and they refuse from paying me back for nothing I lost. Paying 620.00 for a one bedroom apartment and maintenance fees. They think i was born yesterday. I am going to keep fighting until i get it back

Do NOT live here. This is the worst and most dangerous neighborhood I have ever lived in. Unless you enjoy having your home broken into and neighbors refusing to speak out and your cars being rummaged through in the night, AVOID THESE APARTMENTS AND THIS SIDE OF GREENSBORO IN GENERAL. If you dont believe me contact local authorities about crime rates. I wish I had never ever moved here. You cant trust anyone here.

700$ a month for an apartment that has a broken dishwasher that still hasnt been fixed in the several months weve been here, IT WAS ALREADY INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES BEFORE WE MOVED IN AND STILL IS, the entire building and all 4 units has been infested and management does nothing. This place is garbage, renters BEWARE.

Runn Runn and Runn from Timbermold Apartments .I lived right next to the sewage lake surrounded by trees my apartment was poor circulation mold infestation had a smell that febreze couldnt kill other apartments and residents have mold too. Within three months they told me and my child in Greensboro there was nothing nobody could do ..
