Willow run loft apartments have a very classy and unique style to them. The area is pretty quiet. Maintenance responds in a timely manner. Serece in the office helps with any issues that I have and makes sure request are followed through. She is absolutely the best!

Place is infested with bugs especially roaches they never come and spray. Inside and outside of property

This apartment is awesome! Weve loved our time here. The apartment has a very roomy feeling despite it being ~800 sq ft or so. The floor plan is really open. Massive walk in closets, and a private back patio with a fence. Weve had no problems at all so far aside from our toilet, which maintenance came to fix ASAP. Speaking of maintenance, they are fantastic as well. Every time you see them out and about in the community they always will wave at you and say hello. Very polite, think down home country vibes. Theyll help you with whatever you need fixing and usually have a funny story or two to tell while they work. The community is also very nice. Super quiet with virtually no problems here. If you do encounter a problem though, the office staff is incredibly kind. Melissa is INCREDIBLE. She is willing to help you work through every problem you could encounter. She is very personable and kind, and offers practical solutions and plans to handle your problems instead of just trying to get your money like other apartments. There is no fear of her changing her attitude after move in, she is exactly the same person when touring the apartments as she is almost an entire year in. We have thoroughly enjoyed living here and the only reason we are moving out is because we need a bit more space. I would encourage anyone who needs an apartment for one person or a couple to at least come and tour Willow Run. Ask for Melissa or Cerise, they will take very good care of you.

Moved here from NJ last year and I could not have asked for a better introduction to living in NC. The entire experience living at Willow Run was smooth, stress-free, and thoroughly enjoyable. Maintenance is fast and incredibly friendly. The office staff are super friendly and prompt as far as getting problems sorted out and addressing any issues you might have. We had the most experience speaking with Melissa. Each time spoke to her, we thought to ourselves, wow we are so lucky to have Melissa! Shes kind, knowledgeable and more caring than we could have asked for. More than anything else, it just feels homey; everyone here seems like they really want to be here. Were moving out only because we need a larger home now, but I would absolutely come back to live here if my needs changed. Highly recommended!

The office staff is very professional and very nice but Once our lease was done we ran for the hills! The apartments are pretty nice on the inside but the outside of the buildings and breezeways were dirty, my 2 bedroom didnt have washer and dryer connections, the tenants are ghetto as hell, packages got stolen a couple times, kids running around outside all over the place and fighting each other which caused them to break the tail light on my car! I was embarrassed to invite family and friends over. I felt like I was living in the projects

I just want to take the time to say how great the community is! I’m so excited and can’t wait to call this place home. The management is so nice and professional. Just walking into the office and seeing the girls smiling faces I knew before even looking at the apartment that I have chosen the right place. Thanks for making this process go a smoothly and possible for me.

This is an awesome place to live. The staff, especially the manager, are very friendly every time I go into or call the office. The grounds are always kept clean and cut. If you have a problem, you contact the office and it is handled right away. I have lived here for several years now and have never had a problem that was not handled promptly and efficiently. LOVE IT!

They didnt have a listing worse than poor, so I chose that. I am happy my lease is coming to a end. I was put in a very noisy area, door slams, people sounding as though they are coming through the walls all hours of the night. I offered management more money to up grade to a larger apartment just to get the hell out of that building, but I was flatly refused, needless to say, I am paid up to the end of my lease, but will be leaving early and holding the keys for the remaining 30 days, until my so-called lease expires. Management may as well not exist, their objective is to fill the units and to hell with the present tenants ...good riddance ! ..sincerely, Karen Nelson

Had an appointment to tour this property @ 1pm today when I arrived no one was on the property. I waited around until 1:15pm the office still not open. Very disappointing and very unprofessional. Just another way of God telling me to continue elsewhere. Also driving around the neighborhood you can see how dirty and un kept it is 👎

This place is horrible! Roach and rat infestation! Trash is every where in the yard. And no body does anything. My refrigerator has been leaking since i moved and they just came to check it but didnt solve my problem. I am tired of this place i want to move but they won’t let me break my lease!HORRIBLE PLACE DONT COME TO THESE APARTMENTS!Rats are out as if they are having a party! It is sad and nasty. This is not a good place to live and the conditions are really poor!The health department or whoever needs to come and sue these people!

This has probably been by far the worse apartment complex I have stayed in . For one since the whole pandemic has been going on the people in the office has not been understanding what so ever . Literally money hungry and they dont even come out and spray the place plus not the best area.

Oh lord this place is nasty and filthy! There are hundreds of rats running around like crazy!I do not recommend this place to anybody!Managers do not care! I will be suing them if they dont break my lease without penalty. The conditions of these apartments are not good.

Great area to live in but not a great apartment complex. Roach infested. Loud doors. Regional is rude and doesnt care about tenants. They half do a job when you need maintenance. Huge, cat sized rats living by the dumpster area. I wouldnt refer anyone to move here!

The new maintenance crew has been superb (in MY opinion 😉)!!! They have been VERY friendly, will listen to the ranting I seem to dish, and are very courteous ... **I would give 5 stars, but its still not working 😯, I tried calling a few times...

This is the worst place I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. For starts when you walk into the office building you immediately get hit in the face with the smell of cat pee. Second the first apartment they try and show you IS NOT THE ONE YOU THEY RENT TO YOU!!! They use it to pull you in. They will tell you that it is vacant and as soon as you go to sign the workers there tell you that somehow it has been rented out and try to put you in a different one. I only found this out do to the fact that my fiancé was nervous about us telling them the correct number, and when I went in to double check they told me it was the one I asked for. Then her mother came in and somehow it automatically changed.Then even after all that we still decided to move in there. After that we get a call saying that I had only one thing against my credit and if I take care of it we can get the apartment, so I did.I get a call this morning telling me that I can not have the apartment and I need to pick up a money order that they needed to process my application. And I’m still waiting for a reason as to why I couldn’t have the apartment. I have no criminal history and I make enough money to live there.Well before the lady behind the desk will give me the money order she demands 70 dollars for “application fees” which was supposed to processed early.This place is a scam just trying to inconvenience people and get a quick dollar. Also they do not accept cash, check or anything. Just money orders!

This complex Empire Is the worst complex I have ever seen in my life, the management is very bad its controlled by the worst people ever, they dont help at all, they say they will fix something but wont actually do it. Also the main problem is the roaches that live in the kitchen,bedrooms and bathrooms and even in the fridge. I wouldnt advise anyone to ever step foot here even if its free, you will regret it.

Moving in here was a BIG MISTAKE!! We have had one problem after another, and the management doesnt seem to care at all.When we moved in we were told to do a check list of anything that needed to be fixed or replaced and return it to the office so that they could take care of it. Nothing on the list got done until a month later when we made a scene in their office. And even then, they only fixed one major thing, the rest we are still waiting on. (3 months later)The buildings are old and filled with bugs and spiders. The management has them sprayed once every 3 months but it really doesnt help. When we first moved in here, they sprayed our apartment that same day, and I continue to find huge spiders and bugs atleast once a day.The office manager doesnt return phone calls and is quite rude to the tenants. She also gossips about the people who live here. I have over heard her talking about tenants to others who live here. Its completely unprofessional!!We moved here because we thought the area was family oriented, but honestly it hasnt been worth it at all... The apartments arent up to date like the website shows or even like their model room, the office manager is terrible, and overall this is just not a nice place to live. We WILL NOT be renewing our lease.

Rat infestation! I am trying to escape from this place but since they want me to pay so much money to move out i have to wait a little longer. But this is not the place to live!
