I personally thought this place was a great place to stay but I was wrong. Every since I have moved Ive been having problems with LMS parking for about 6 months.First, the apartment only have 8 visitor parking spots when there are tons of people who stay there with barely any parking spots for their guests. Im pretty sure everyone would have a visitor and not just 8 people. They are extremely greedy for money and will try to boot your car every second.I have asked the complex and the parking service numerous times for a parking permit and I have yet to receive one. They do not even issue temporary passes either. The parking service overall makes the apartment complex look bad and make you not want to stay there.

This was the first place I stayed upon my move to Greensboro (2017). At the time, everything was decent... Fast forward to now: I recently reapplied, and it has been a challenge getting my application processed and have someone call me back to follow up. I feel like it was a waste of an application fee because, had someone answered the phone when I called to inquire, I would have known they dont have any 2 bedroom units available for the next couple of months (despite what was initially showing on the site when I applied). Knowing that my app fee was nonrefundable, I was fine with them processing the app for a 1 bedroom instead. Since then, I have not heard anything back and at this point, I dont even want to stay there. This is very inconsiderate and quite unprofessional. I guess I have to take an L with my application fee since Ive been approved for a better community and able to move in sooner. Im shocked that it came to this, especially since I was a previous occupant, but it worked out better for me anyway.

Move out process was very challenging, and was struggling to get in touch with the office team. The team is good! And Partrick (our maintenance person) is very prompt and helpful. I loved the location, but have to say that my unit was extremely loud, even during night time. I can understand normal noises, but this was almost every day. the walls close to the hallways seems to be very thin. Although, I really loved my apt and floor plan and it is close to everything. The only hiccup I had was, when I was moving out, they never send me the courtesy notice, and I just went ahead and told them that I am not extending the lease. But they still charged me for the entire month of Jan as well as half a months rent of Feb. I was struggling to get in touch with Tiffany had to wait for about 10 days to get a response, and even when I am calling the office nobody would pick up. When I finally got in touch she said that the courtesy notice got delayed to be sent out. I was not pleased about this at all, I was never given a courtesy notice, now that I think about it, I should have just waited for the courtesy notice to let them know that I am not extending even if it was closing in on my lease end date. Beware cause sometime you might have to pay $1000 extra.

Our apartment was clean on move in and Tiffany, Nicole, and Patrick have always been helpful and amazing. If we have issues they take care of it quick. One time our AC stopped working after 8pm and Patrick came and had our AC running before 9:30pm that evening.Some other great things to know:1. You can have your walls professionally painted before moving in (it’s like $80 a wall for simple colors)2. Monthly community mixers3. They encourage decorating your patio and using your outdoor space.4. The apartments have great layouts so you get a home that feels much bigger than it seems.Live here if you want to be part of a beautiful and safe community.

My family lived at Wendover Axcess for almost 5 years and we loved it. Its a quiet community and the price is reasonable. Good amenities, grocery stores and shopping mall are nearby. Tiffany, Nicole and Patrick are amazing! They are very respectful, always smiling and greeting to everyone. They take care of all issues as soon as they can. I also like the social events they host so we get to talk to and know our neighbours. I would definitely recommend Wendover Axcess to anyone who is looking for a community that is clean, quiet and affordable!

Wendover Axcess Apartments is BY FAR the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The entire staff (from Tiffany, Nicole and Patrick) are always in a good mood and are extremely courteous and helpful. The insides of the apartments are fresh and new, and we have yet to experience an issue with anything inside since moving in. The outside grounds are always well-maintained, with clean landscaping that is consistently groomed and well-kept, and the parking lot is always clear and clean of any debris. At night, the apartment complex is always quiet and safe - there hasnt been a single night where Ive been kept up due to loud noises or parties. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND living here. A+ all around.

Wonderful place to live. Tiffany is an outstanding property manager! I love the social events they hold to get people out of the house and enjoy the amenities. The units are maintained very well and the location cannot be beat!

My family enjoyed our tour with Nicole around this great property. We are hoping there is an apartment available in a few months. We can see why it there is nothing available, felt like home.

The Best Apartment Complexs I have lived in. If you want it all for a reasonable price this is where you will find it. I have lived here for two years and in two years it has been an amazing experience. Tiffany, Nicole, and Patrick are always helpful and positive. Wendover Axcess has the rare combination of relaxed atmosphere and proximity to a variety of restaurants, stores, etc. Theres even a park with a greenway just 5 minutes away.

Great location! Close to shopping, entertainment, and the highway. Friendly and respectful staff and management. Beautiful and clean property!

This was overall a great place to live! Like any other place we ran into a few problems but Tiffany and Nicole handled each issue professionally and as quickly as they could. Thre are plenty of opportunities for you to be involved in the complex community (contests, events) -- I even won a contest! Lol Its conveniently located near lots of eatery and shopping. Neighborhood is pretty quiet and peaceful. Nice layout (2 bedroom). I do think they should have more than one maintenance man but other than that no complaints!

I was here a couple of months ago and toured the property for an possible move. The representative that guided my tour was Nicole Badeaux and she was informative, courteous and knowledgeable. I will be back soon!

Excellent bake for money, close to everything yet far away from loud noises. The pool is comfortably heated year round.
