This place is wonderful! The staff at The Lofts at New Garden are wonderful. They made my mother in law feel so comfortable. She was an elderly resident and they treated her with not only respect but were kind and friendly. Any maintenance that needed to be done, Wayne, was quick to fix and help her solve any problems. She was extremely sad to leave this lovely place, but she needed to be move closer to her family in the Charlotte area. I can’t recommend this apartment enough, it truly deserves 5 stars.
This apartment complex deserves ZERO stars. The hallways stink, at least every hallway that’s not on the lower level. The lower level has a scent air machine but none of the others do. The apartments itself are cheaply constructed. They remind me of college apartments where you can hear your neighbor through the walls. Management is extremely rude and unprofessional . There is not enough parking for tenants and guest combined. Stains from water marks in the ceiling. Nothing luxious about looking at water stains in your ceiling for over 6 months.
Hannah was a great guide. The place has amazing amenities my only drawback is that there is no washer and dryer included. Definitely still interested in leasing though
I’ve lived here for almost a year now and have had nothing but a good experience. The team was very helpful in my initial moving process, my apartment is beautiful and I love the view onto the forest/creek behind us. The building and grounds are well kept and the building is very clean. I was shocked to see so many reviews that were clearly one sided with details conveniently left out. PS, I was never once asked to provide a positive review in exchange for a reward, only honest feedback (which is no longer an active offer, this is just me giving credit where credit is due). I just thought I’d correct the record for another (maybe) resident. I look forward to renewing my lease.
My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the lofts for a year. Yes, there were noises from neighbors here and there but what do you expect..? A private island? Management was great and eventually became what I would call friends with us. I would recommend to anyone who is easy going and wants a nicer place to rent. We had great neighbors on our floor too.
A few weeks ago the management team here asked residents for good reviews and in return they would put our names into a drawing for a gift card.... so here is my honest review.This building is very cheaply made. Dont be fooled by the granite and hardwood floors. You can hear everything from the apartments around you. The people above us sound like they are coming through the ceiling 24 hours a day with anything from constant stomping (that shakes my apartment), to dragging furniture back and forth across the hardwood floors to constantly dropping things all day and night. After many complaints our first month the management here sent out generic letters and nothing changed. We complained again 3 months later and now they refuse to address the issue at all. They did offer for us to move all our stuff out of this apartment into another, double our lease and pay them $600 extra to help with their inconvenience. Who wouldnt accept such a horrible offer.If you have a family and like to enjoy peace and quiet, DO NOT MOVE HERE! They care nothing about you and once you sign the lease there is no way to get out of it.
I recently moved in, and everything about my move was wonderful. The leasing team worked with my partner and I because we were moving from out of state, and put our minds at ease about every piece of the process. They were incredibly helpful and furthermore when I noticed a couple maintenance issues, the maintenance team got them taken care of in less than 24 hours! Very hardworking, kind maintenance team, and great people in the front office. The apartments are beautiful, spacious, and cozy. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a luxury apartment and experience!
The office staff is so kind, knowledgeable and so helpful. The whole experience has been a delight and I am thankful for that, especially during a pandemic!
Visit the Lofts at New Garden! From my first visit, to now a resident, my family and I have received personal prompt attention. We toured the many different floor plans the Lofts has to offer. Each of our visits, the whole staff was very patient with our questions and decision making. Now, as residents, we are still receiving prompt professional attention from the wonderful Lofts team! From the minute I turned in my application to the day I moved in, the entire office staff has been nothing short of amazing! Very responsive and helpful! I’m so glad I made the decision to move here! My apartment is beautiful!
Excellent location. Very nice new property and very well maintained. Great staff and especially the property manager Kristian! I only wish there are assigned parking spaces but I highly recommend The Lofts at New Garden. Simply the best staff and best place to call home.
If I could leave zero stars I would. We applied right before the holidays. At first Ashley was very nice. We had to wait three days after the holidays to get an answer if we were approved or not. The day that the office opened back up we waited and waited no call. So we finally called & she stated they were waiting on the manager to review it & sign off on it. We said okay, we came up to the office to pick up documents that we needed back & to also see the apartment because she stated the first one we saw was already taken. When Ashley came to show us the apartment this second time it’s like she switched into a different person. I kept trying to interact with her & ask questions she was very short & distance. We asked her how the process was looking to get approved she danced around the question & didn’t give a firm answer. I definitely asked if the administration fee was refundable before applying & she said yes. We asked yesterday & was told no. The other reviews about them being untrustworthy is very accurate. Oh the apartments is nice but the management is TERRIBLE!! I don’t like to be left in the dark nor lied to when you can simply help me! God makes no mistakes I know it wasn’t meant to be for a reason. I hope they really work on management. Happy new year everyone ❤️

The maintenance team is the best. Any time we needed anything done they fixed it immediately...Always called before they came and were very courteous and did a great job. Very friendly every time we see them on the property....we enjoy living here....
First of all, let me start by saying that the virtual tour & images on the website do not give this place justice!!!! I just moved in yesterday all the way from Florida...never visited, toured, or stepped foot in Greensboro in person. Upon first call, I was given the information about this community & was assured that everything about my move would be seamless. Hannah & Kristian made sure that the promise was kept! Communication by email & phone was direct, informative, and so convenient. Job transfers can be tough & stressful but this part of my move was neither. We took care of everything in about 2 weeks time, picked an apartment, & got approved right away! We chose the Juniper model with 2 bedrooms & an office. The space is more than I ever imagined with apartment living. Very welcoming community that seems to be filled with young professionals like myself. Very clean, elegant touches, and luxury finishes. The elevator was a God send & made the heavy lifting convenient. Just talking to other residents about the numerous amenities has me OVER excited about exploring today! Google reviews made my decision on complexes since I knew absolutely NOTHING about the area...& if this review can help one family decide my heart will be satisfied. There are restaurants, stores, Target...you name it just minutes away. I am more than happy with the choice I made, The Lofts at New Garden already feels like home ❤ I will be sure to update once we check out all of the amenities*

Let start by saying that the Apartments are BEAUTIFUL. The staff is amazing. I started my application back in early March 0f this year. I had some hiccups at the beginning. Ms Kristen And Hannah was so supportive. They went above and beyond to assist me in the steps to getting into my DREAM APT. COVID HIT AND TURNED EVERYTHING UPSIDE DOWN 😞. They never gave up on me and my family. It took 6 months for me to cross my Ts & dot my Is. Once all the red tape and paper work was done. I was APPROVED to move in my DREAM apt. Ms Kristen didnt miss a beat she had my file ready and waiting for me. Ms Hannah is no longer there. BUT her replacement if thats the right word to use. SORRY if its not. MS Ashley is PHENOMENAL. When I tell you she is on it she is on it. Ms Kristen and Ms Ashley make a GREAT TEAM. You always hear HORROR stories about MAINTENANCE. Our maintenance men are the bomb.com. I have lived in a few places in GREENSBORO. This Apartment complex is by far the BEST IN Greensboro. My family and I finally feel like we are HOME ☺

I recently moved into a 2bed with an office and a half bath we are loving it so far! The apartment has nice finishes really luxury looking. Everyone is in the office is so friendly Hannah Dorisa and Gloria. They made our move fast and easy. When we did have an issue Dorisa got it fixed right away. My favorite things is the elevator and all the amenities are inside your building. Not to mention its so close to everything in town. Would recommend if your looking for a place!
If I could give zero stars I would. Someone needs to remind management, my rent pays your salary- Im not a dog so dont talk to me like Im one. Not a good place to live especially if you have a family
Being on edge two days this week due to a fire alarm I knew nothing about, then being lied to, and asking about it only to be met with rude and snide remarks from Ashley. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST time! Now I wonder do they even care about my safety? Not fun.
Communication is poor at best. Not worth the money. Staff isnt trustworthy. Management lies. Ashley is the worst.
Ive only lived her for two months. The girls in the office, helped me feel very confident in my decision to move here. Always willing to give me a tour and show me around. The amenities are top notch. Gym, pool, wash/dryer, dog wash. They host events like, the chili cook off. Helps to meet some of the other tendents. I know the pool isnt open just yet, but I look down from my balcony to see the progress, day to day. When I put in a work order, its fixed within 24 hours.
Parking is atrocious and neighbors are loud.
I love this place it’s my home. It’s so homey and I love the people who work there. They’re so nice and thoughtful.
Gloria, Kriistian, and Hannah have all been amazing. They made moving from another state to Greensboro much easier and stress free. Im excited to be a resident.

I called the front office on 5/28/2019 and asked for a quick viewing of their apartments, to which the woman I spoke with agreed. I arrived in 14 minutes, which is exactly the time I had told the woman, and I found a note at the front door stating that she would return shortly. After waiting patiently for 20 minutes, she never showed up and I was unable to view the apartment. The woman is clearly incompetent of preforming a job that requires little to no skill, and it’s a direct reflection of the management at The Lofts at New Garden.

Do not trust these landlords- they misled multiple applicants about move in dates and then kept pushing back the date. I was told my apartment would be ready in August and it’s still not really in Mid- October. Very untrustworthy and are true slumlords.
This is not a safe place!!!!! Beware!!!
