I love Grand Summit Apts, the Property Mangers are excellent they are so nice and friendly. The only problem I have is just the excessive noise from my upstairs neighbors which they had no respect . Looking to transfer to another apartment upstairs. But I really love Grand summit Apartments.

This apartment complex has been the best apartment I and my family has lived in. Management is very helpful and professional. These ladies are amazing and they genuinely care about their tenants. They always are having little community contests and they always keep us posted on any updates and changes. Maintenance is quick and professional. They keep the grounds clean and ensure that breezeways are clean as well. My apartment was perfect when I moved in. I am really grateful for Grand Summit and being in tuned with their community!

Ive been a resident of this property for a total of 4 years, and never had a bad experience. The management staff has always been on top of any fixes that were needed, easy to talk with, and very nice. I love this place for awhile I hate to go . Melissa and the rest of the leasing agents have been a pleasure to work with . With the size of the apartment for the amount that you pay for you can’t go wrong . Convenient location and the welcoming and response time from management have so far been the best. If my job wasn’t relocating definitely would have been a place I call home .

I lived in Grand Summit Apts from Jan. 2011 until Oct. 2020. I had a really great experience the entire time. The manager Melissa is amazing. She’s very friendly, helpful and gets things done in a timely manner. She is always on top of everything. I would definitely recommend Grand Summit Apts to everyone. You will not be disappointed in your stay. The apartments are very large and spacious which is why I chose to live there. I love large open floor plans. It also included a free gym membership. I highly recommend living here.

Absolutely love this community! The apartments are very spacious. The community is very quiet & staff always make sure its clean and beautiful. Melissa which is the property manager is very nice & extremely helpful! Melissa always make sure the community stays engaged by offering monthly giveaways, and sometimes on the go breakfast. Great place to call home !

Overall quiet with low crime. The only downside that I find is thegrounds are typically covered in litter from the residence and even more frequently by people who do live here. The maintenance people do their best to keep up however they are pretty over overrun by it considering the volume. If the residents did a better job themselves this complex would really be something. The only other downside is that the office is only open Monday through Friday. This makes package retrieval very hard.

We had a great experience living here! We were here for a year, and had no issues. If we ever needed something, Melissa (prop. mgr) was super fast with the response and resolution. Location is super convenient. I highly recommend living at Grand Summit.

Great place to live. The office staff is great and very attentive. Small community and quiet. Most noise youll hear will be either the lawn care team or the sanitation workers. The neighbors have been friendly and no issues with them. Location is great and close to everything you need. Would recommend.

This is my second time living at Grand Summit and I absolutely love it here. I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends. It’s a safe neighborhood, everyone is friendly and the location is great. Melissa is amazing, she goes above and beyond, and she has an amazing personality. I seldom have problems with my apartment and the one time I did, it was fixed immediately. If your looking for a family-friendly, safe and affordable place to live. This is it!!!!

Grand Summit was the best place I have ever lived and Melissa (property manager) was an absolute joy to work with. She is always trying to find new ways to bring the community together. She goes above and beyond her call of duty to meet the needs of her tenants. She knows and performs her job very well. I did not have any problems with my apartment besides normal wear and tear in which maintenance addressed promptly within 24 hrs and most times before the end of the business day. The apartments and property are very clean and an all around great place to call home. Not to mention the beautiful sun rooms and spacious floor plans. The ONLY reason I moved is because of a job offer in Raleigh. I would definitely recommend this complex to everyone. Thanks Melissa!

Melissa is awesome! She was so accommodating. We got out in a situation of having to scramble to find a place and she did everything she could to get us the information we needed. The community is nice and the condos are worth the price. Would 100% recommend

I recently moved in and I couldnt be more please with Grand Summit Apts. From signing my lease, to actually moving in everything went so smoothly. Tawana and Melissa are truly superb and made everything so easy. Im so happy!

This was my first apartment when I moved to Greensboro and it’s been a pleasure living here. The office management team is awesome! Mellisa always goes over and beyond! She’s nothing short of amazing. I loved the huge floor plan and sunroom in my apartment. Grand Summit is quiet, safe, and beautiful community! Worth 5 stars for sure!

From the moment I met Melissa at Grand Summit, I knew the relationship was going to be different. She has always taken an extra step for me as a tenant and I so appreciate her kindness. Moved in here in August. I love my apartment and community. There’s always something going on for the residents, nice and quiet in a secluded setting, and very clean and welcoming. I’m glad I chose Grand Summit!!!

I lived here for 5 years and had no problems! I have lived all over Greensboro and High Point, and I am very satisfied with this area. It is a family friendly neighborhood to live with kids. It’s quiet and the apartment is comfortable and homey and you can’t hear your neighbor. You are missing out!

Grand Summit was the first apartment that I ever had. I loved living here. The management team changed a few times but the team they currently have is EXCELLENT! Its safe and for the most part very quiet. (unless you have noisy neighbors) Its also in a great location, close to a main highway, Friendly Shopping Center and also New Garden.

Had the pleasure to work with Hunter, she was amazing and we greatly appreciate her and the fact that not only did she answer all big and small questions, we truly felt welcomed. Definitely a relief compared to other properties we’ve been to. She went above and beyond to find us the perfect fit. Thank you!

**Update** This is still an awesome place to live. It gets better each month. The leasing office comes up with really great drawing and contests to keep the residents engaged and kids happy. Come and take a look at the community and make Grand Summit home!I would recommend you come and check out Grand Summit Apartments! There is new management now. Melissa is very responsive and maintenance responds to your requests quickly. Great location...The apartments are close to shops and schools too.

Beautiful apartment inside. My sister in law has an apartment here and hers is really nice. Very big for a one bedroom!

I’ve lived here for a year and 4 months, when I came in management and the complex was clean and well kept but the last several months has been a disaster with sanitation and horrible maintenance. I used to love this place but it is not the same. I am soon to break my lease.

Staff is the worse, multiple staff in the office within my 10 months of staying there! Different people, tell you different things and then they yell “it is in your lease” when the information isn’t passed along.Quiet neighborhood, office never answers phone, maintenance was GREAT in the beginning, now maintenance is SLOW to come!

This place is a joke! I lived there for a year and when my lease was over, I get a bill in the mail for “fees for breaking my lease”. I turned in my notice to one of the several property managers that were there during my stay. The “new” manager told me that they could not locate my intent to vacate therefore I owed the eight hundred plus dollars. It’s funny that she remembered me coming to the office two weeks before my lease end to get touch up paint for where I repaired the small holes in the walls from hanging pictures. I sent a letter to the “dispute” address and received a response that “it was turned over to collections and they were out of it”. What bs, I paid my rent on time every time and that’s what you get. POOR MANAGEMENT! Off to court we go...

Very good complex. Melissa is a jewel. If she can make it happen she will and if she cant she will try to help you figure it out. But the real MVP IS JIMMY. I would like everyone to please give the new maintenance man Jimmy nothing but praises. Since Tuesday, 12/11/18, I have seen him single handedly shovel snow in Grand Summit Apts. He helped me out, assisted several other residents, and cleared breezeways with 2 shovels. Breaking it up and shoveling it to the side so we wont hurt ourselves. I know he was sore when he went home he came back and done it all over again the next day. During this snow storm he is the real MVP. Thanks so much. So when you see him just say Thank You.

Horrible place. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. The front office lady, Melissa, is very rude. I don’t even know how she still has her job. The maintence sucks. There’s a new maintence man every few months. If something breaks just plan on fixing it yourself because their so lazy and don’t care about the complex. I’m soooo happy my lease ended.

Great staff and property!

I lived here for two years back in 2007-2009 and loved every minute!! No issues with neighbors, great environment, great office staff!!

Do not sign a lease. The office never answers the phone. If you need maintance, go ahead and plan on waiting Atleast a month to have something fixed. When we first moved here Grand Summit was ran by Hawthorne. They kept the place nice but now Southwood took over and they are making this place look disgusting and dirty because they’re so lazy and they don’t care.

Apartments are not accessible to the city.
