The staff at the front office is great. Every need or complaint always gets answered in a fast response. The neighbors are nice. The maintenance crew comes soon as I put in a work order in a timely matter. They complex is great.

These apartments are raggedy. Maintenance dont fix anything. Been asking for blinds for over several months now. They let anyone move here. Then company have the audacity to raise the rent on these outdated apartments. Do not rent from Dasmen residential.

Ive been living here 6mnth or so & I truly love it, just like anywhere there will be problems, the guys get the job done. Ms. Mason & Julie are just wonderful, polite & caring. My honest opinion. Everyone be safe & kind!!

I just moved into a newly renovated unit and I love it. Kerstain in the office was absolutely amazing and kind. The property is quiet and clean. I asked them to send maintenance after the first day to help me install my washer and he was there first thing the next morning. My daughter loves the well maintained playground. Happy I chose Ashley Woods to call home!

I never moved in but my my experience was iffy, I paid the administrative fee and the application fees because the website stated the application would be expedited and it took about a week nothing fast about it. Then once I concluded the application part for myself, I was shown a 2 bedroom apartment when I clearly did an application for myself a single adult I was perplexed because I was deposit ready. So when a one bedroom finally became available I let the office know I wanted it I told them I been busy at work but I’ll there it was only 3 days later after we spoke and I was on the way after work, ONLY to find out they leased the unit I had been patiently waiting for. So it’s cool it probably wasn’t the place for me due to all the little red flags I noticed. Word of advice, don’t pay the administration fee until you know your unit is secure now I’m just out of my time and money.

Since Ive moved in about 9 months ago, Ive loved living here. Even with this pandemic going on its still been pleasant and theyve took every step to help and work with residents. Kerstain & Julie are friendly, my daughter loves going into the office to see them. Anytime I have a problem maintenance handles it in a timely fashion. Ive never had any complaints being here.

Ive been living here since February...its quiet...kids have a park to play safely ...pets are welcomed. Ms. Kirstain and Ms. Julie are great people. They are always responsive and empathetic!! Looking for a place to live? Come and join the family ☺️

Very nice and well organized office. Love the staff and how friendly everyone Is. There are very nice people who live here and are willing to help when you need it. Very spacious apartments as well! All around a great place to visit and live! Highly recommend

Since I have been staying here everything has been great. Management has been really helpful during this hard time of people not being able to work so to COVID-19. They have provided us with a lot of helpful information to help. They waives late fees have pre paid specials and many of other things. I just want to say thank you for all you have done to help because it is hard to pay your bills when you are no working. Thank you again.

I am going to be living there soon in august and so far the place is beautiful from what ive seen cant wait to be apart of the Ashley woods family

Ashely woods have really made some nice changes. The office staff they have in there are great, they are very sweet and very energetic. They have really cleaned up the place as well the ground look good. Also I love the new club house and gym. I can not wait for everything to open. This property had really changed for the better.

Just moved in! The process was very easy and response times to questions were quick. The grounds always appear cleans and well kept! Very happy with my transition to this complex.

I have been at Ashley Woods for three years. There has been a lot of changes in the last three years. In spite of all the changes I am adapting. Julie and Kerstain are a joy to be around. I am grateful for all of the changes being made to make the community look better.

This place has gone to hell in hand basket real quick, Ive been here for 6 years and it hasnt been bad but under the new management it sucks. Ive had a stopped up kitchen sink for almost 3 weeks and Everytime I call the office they say theyll get you when they can. Now its worse just because I called and inquired about when my lease is up I cant even get them to return my calls. It sucks

Some people are critical in their reviews. I the manager at Ashley Woods and this property is exceptional! Grounds are beautiful and the updates really make this a place to call home. I am always onsite unless there are unforeseen circumstances. Please come by 9-5 Monday to Friday an inquire

Not giving this place a star is ideal. many residents are living with roaches and its not peaceful at all. management is very unprofessional. it hard for me to believe that they have a education. however; i do not know that hey do. i think she has her son working the front desk, who seems to be in middle school. i highly consider there be a management clean out and start with new people maybe the review will be better. please run while you can this is a very honest review. ignore the start given. i give this a bad review with 0 stars and duhhh the manager will give a good review, its her job ( shaking my head ) instead of writing in a google review she should fix the problems residents are posting. This is a update management has changed but the living conditions has not!. I have neighbors still living with bugs this is unhealthy for kids. No one should have to live like this. Management doesn’t care weather there residents live or die. Management is a women with the bad lip stick is grammatically unprofessional. She can’t talk or represent herself in a professional manner.

Poor management. I went tour to the apartments on Tuesday and was told to come back next Monday. Went back and they were in court so the office was closed. I had gotten out of my car and was reading the letter on the door. Then as I walked away from the door an employee finally got out of her car. The car was there the entire time, so she basically watched until I walked away to get out. Very unprofessional.

I love our little community Im from New York Ive been here for 6 years living in Ashley woods for almost 4 I cant tell you how pleased I am with the staff the amenities and the overall community

I didnt want to give this place a star. Let me start off by saying the property manager is very unprofessional. She doesnt handle business in a proper manner. My ex had past a couple of months at that place, and I had left for one day because I could sleep knowing my ex had died there. when I came back to get my stuff, the locks was changed then she let my ex family and our apartment and they took some of my stuff. I wouldnt recommend no body to stay here.

Convenient location.

Scheduled an appointment for a tour and they were closed. Called them, and even left a voicemail, and I haven’t heard anything back. So unprofessional.

They leave stuff laying around like windows for example children run around and playAccidents happen a window can fall on someones child or anything and Ive asked them to fix my toilet and they never did my place rieks Im so sick it and this is even since new management came again some things have improved but not that its snake heaven cause they dont mow the grass enough Im starting to think they are pacifiers who could can care less Ive been very patient just to be ignored and forgotten i have a lease for a whole let year and its not up yet I long to get out of here so bad words do no Justice and thats not even the half

Highly unprofessional. Nobody is available to assist in the leasing office while they are away on this “convention”, nor do they have an alternative contact person or phone number available to assist. How does the whole office staff go away, but yet you guys can’t update your voicemail or website to reflect this information? If no one is there then your voicemail should state that instead of saying you guys are busy and referring you to their voicemail box. A huge waste of time.
