Friday night and only 1 person working and I was the 2nd customer. The lady had to call someone for help to do a fill-in and pedicure. This all happened on 3-way while I was listening and there were multiple conversations going on while I waited for them to hang up. They dont seem to handle walk-in service well. After John, the owner showed up, I said Id prefer a female for the pedicure. He got upset and refused to do my fill-in. It was nothing against him, I just have preferences.After trying to bargain to have him do the fill since nobody else was available, I was told by the teen/college-age girl that John doesnt know how to do hand nails good. Not sure why he showed up if he cant do them, especially since she couldnt either. After he left the lady who was there 1st apologized because an argument broke out amongst them in Vietnamese because he was so upset that I preferred a female for the pedicure.

Just a small place within meijer so be sure to make an appt as they usually dont have many on staff, but they are very friendly!

Always the same one employee there alone. The others are always off somewhere. Had to go somewhere else. Very inconvenient. Employees should stay at the workplace and not off on an adventure somewhere.
