Tina is the most attentive nail artist Ive ever had, taking the time to help me grow my nails naturally, fast and still very gentle, always a great experience!

I love this salon! The pedicures are amazing with hot stones and hot towels. They have so many color choices. Tina kills it every time with my nails! She’s so gentle and makes my nails look great even when I break them all. I’ve had good experiences with all of the technicians. They’re doing a really great job with CoVid precautions as well. My go to place!

I got a dip manicure and it was awful. First of all I originally told the guy I wanted acrylics and he argued with me and told me no and did dip instead, he then cut me many times with the tools and all he did was file and dip my nails. Nothing else. Than only 4 days later all of my nails were cracked and breaking, they are very overpriced and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place they are overpriced and don’t give you what you want and your nails will break only days later.

Ann and Jason were fantastic about taking care of me and my 3 little girls! Our little ladies are only 7, 4, and 2. They were so patient with them! I think they were all quite happy with their new sparkly nails as was I!

I had been looking for somebody to do my feet for sometime now and I’ve tried at least four in Grand Rapids that did not come up to the standards that I had today at this place this place gets very high marks along with Tina and that was incredible service I now have a new place to have my pedicure done I hope everybody reads this that is having a hard time finding a good nail salon I am a male Client but following the service to be extraordinary

The women who seemed to be in charge was super rude .No manners .The place was clean and that was the only perk I seen .To bad her mouth was bigger then the store .Wont be returning and if you want a peaceful experience avoid this place .

I love it here! I have been to a few other salons, and this one is my all-time favorite! All of the techs are so nice, and they all do a great job! Sooooo many nail colors to choose from, that is the hardest decision to make!

Jason fixed my nails!!! I had a bad manicure a few months back that left my nails incredibly thin and brittle. They were breaking and peeling down into my nail beds and were very painful. Jason fixed them, added new tips to keep the thin part from continued breakage and I feel like I got my nails back. They did such a good job I stayed for a pedicure too 😊

Ive been going to Touch for years and they do a great job. I started getting shellac and then transitioned to dip powder manicures. I also get pedicures from them. Very highly recommended.

Although our pedicures were good I will not be returning. The workers were talking constantly in a language other then english. I felt like they were talking about us and it was very rude.

I love this place! They do a great shellac pedicure. They have a polish curing light that fits comfortably over the toes vs trying to cram your feet into a light meant for the fingers like some of the high-end salons do. The hot stone massage does wonders for my plantar fasciitis and the prices are amazing. $42.00 for a shellac pedicure vs $75.00 at other places. Highly recommended!

They asked me to pick my color and to go sit down. Once they had my feet soaking, they informed me it would be an extra $5 for my hands and feet because the nail polish “had a shiny lid.” Well I obviously couldn’t get my wet feet out of the tub to get another color. Then I had specifically informed my tech that they need to keep my nails rounded and NOT cut too far into the corners because I get infected nails very easily. She proceeded to cut as deep as possible into my toenails. Before my nails were even done, she asked me if I wanted to pay with cash or card and how I planned on tipping her. Uh what? My total was $58! My mind was blown. I can’t believe how expensive it cost for work that was decent at best. It’s been less than 10 hours and my toenails and some of my fingernails are already showing signs of infection. I will not be back.

Wonderful place for most any type of nail service. I really like the shellac and they do great full set acrylics. Some techs are better than others. One lady in particular was very professional and paid great attention to detail. I’ll be going back just for her. The price is fairly cheap about average costs. The salon was clean and orderly. It’s a little cramped in there but not bad enough that it would deter me from returning.

I brought my bridal party here the day before my wedding. We all got shellac nails- mine and all of my bridal party girls (4) chipped the same day or the day after we got them done. I was annoyed my wedding nails weren’t perfect, and upset I brought all my girls here. I stopped in the Monday after my wedding, letting them know I was unhappy and wanted at least my manicure refunded. The gentleman said the manager would call me Wednesday or Thursday- no call. Emailed them on their website Thursday, no response. Finally got ahold of the “manager” and she advised the best they could do was a credit for my next service, or have all my girls back in to fix our nails. I explained they are from out of state, that’d be a little tough. She asked me why I didn’t take pictures, I explained it was my wedding weekend, I had faith that they would have good customer service and make it right. I asked to refund JUST me, when they should really be refunding everyone. I don’t want to hurt a small business by writing a bad review, but I don’t feel their resolution was fair. Only giving 2 stars because I had a shellac manicure done 2 weeks before that actually lasted. Will not bring my business here again.

Went for the first time tonight with my friend. Had to wait a little but totally worth it! They had a bridal party in but still took the time to do a great job on my friend and I. Ann did my nail dip manicure and she did a wonderful job. Even stayed open past close to finish up. Very friendly atmosphere. I will be back in the future for sure!

Ive been coming here for a few months now, because I cannot find a good nail spa in Grand Rapids. The products they use are not quality because my nails are always breaking, Ive had so many problems. Again, Im left on vacation, having to find someone to fix my broken nails. They blame me every time, never taking responsibility. They refuse to do any designs as I want, and after this last week, I cannot stay quiet any more. I do not recommend the dip powder at all, its weak, and looks very cheap. My natural nails are destroyed, and they still charge. I will be going to a y other place from now on.

Pedicure was okay. Dip manicure is the worst I have had. The woman doing my nails was a tad rude. The dip is uneven. Missed the sides on a couple of my nails. Nails feel like she didnt file them. Bad shaping job.Id rather pay more and get quality work.

I called to try to make an appointment but was informed theyre walk-in only. I asked if we came right now, theyd be able to accommodate our group of 4. I was told yes. When we arrived, 2 of our party was helped, the last 2 were told to come back in 45 min. 1 of the people who did get service waited 30 minutes soaking for a pedicure with no one to help her. She finally left. Horrible customer service! I would not recommend it! But I do LOVE Crystal Nail on Cascade Rd. Theyre the best!

Had a great first experience :) the lady doing my pedicure was really nice and complimented my leg tattoos. She really cleaned up my toe nails as well and spent a lot of time making sure that everything was trimmed extremely well. Ive been really needing a pedicure but recently moved to the area and wasnt sure of a good nail salon... glad I chose this one :) i will be back! Thanks touch nail spa also fire playlist

I don’t know why the negative reviews. I just had my first ever shellac here and they were great, the man was very thorough, not rough at all, made sure multiple times I liked my choice of polish. This will be a repeat. They also have a large variety to choose from and good price as well.

It was clean. I saw sanitary precautions were taken every step of the way.

I dont usually post reviews on things, but I feel like i need to warn people about this place. I dont know how it has almost a 4/5 stars. Maybe it was just this one lady and everybody else had a good experience...I hope so...BUT The lady who did my nails was nice...I dont know her name! But she cut my nails WAY too short even though I kept telling her owe and flinching when she was doing it. She used tweezers to I guess shape my cuticles or something but she again cut me on one of my fingers and it started to bleed. The next morning I woke up and my cuticles was infected and hurt so bad. I took pictures of it. I wish there was a way to post them here...it looked horrible!! I just wish the lady took her time more and didnt hurt me. I dont pay $30 to be injured! :( Needless to say I will NOT be going back there!!

Dont bother if you are not a regular. I walked in at 9:45 on a Thursday morning. I was the only one getting a pedicure. Within ten minutes of the tech starting on me, a regular of hers walked in and wanted a fill. There were three techs sitting nearby w/o a client, however, my tech took my feet out of the soak, dried me off, put the polish on and was finished. But, this was not before I asked her to cut my nails straight across. She took her nippers and cut so deep into the sides that one started bleeding, which she quickly hid with the towel. Needless to say, that is when I should have gotten up and walked out. It will be 3 months before my nails grow back to be comfortable. Do not waste your time or money. I just moved to this area and had been getting monthly pedicures, so I am familiar with the norm

I’ve been here a few times. This time I feel personally ripped off. I told the lady doing my pedicure I don’t like sugar scrub. She proceeded to try to explain that it was so good for my skin and it wasn’t what I thought it was. It was... and I still don’t like it. Then when she went to paint my nails, she informed that the color I chose was $5 more... why? It last longer she said. I’m in the chair, not wanting to get up and choose another color. She also got oil and lotion all over my pants. She asks while I am sitting drying if I want to pay. I said I would wait. I argued the price of $42 for a pedicure. I didn’t want the sugar scrub, and paying extra for a normal nail polish is ridiculous. She agreed to take money off, a regular pedicure is $27, $5 for the “extra special” nail polish... $32. “Oh I’m sorry I accidentally charge $37.” I’m never coming here again, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Even the leg massage was horrible.

I mustve went when it was too busy. I had a dip powder job from a woman that didnt really ask what I wanted. She just started painting my nails. When I started telling her what I wanted, she said its too late and to say it before she starts next time. I might come back again, but Ill make sure to make an appointment.

I have been going here for almost 4 years and they are the best in the Knapps corner area! Ann is the owner and shes super sweet and so accommodating. Lee (Leena) and Annie are awesome. Always enjoy my pamper time there!

Went on a Friday afternoon for a pedicure they werent busy but the tech I had seemed distracted and almost inconvenienced I was there. When I got home I noticed my nails werent even completely polished! My daughter was with me and her tech did a much better job and was more personable.

I’ve been to this salon a few times and each time I’ve had a good experience. I have had dip nails and shellac done here, each time with a different tech, and they all did a great job on my nails. The shellac lasted way longer than it has from any other salon- almost four weeks, and I work with my hands (dog groomer), so that’s saying a LOT.

Ni is awesome. The nail salon is nice and clean.

I always come here to get my pedicure done and its very nice, they take good care of my feet. But Its seems like they never have the air conditioning on. I would like to be pampered while feeling cool and comfortable, rather than being hot and sweaty while getting pampered

Went here. Prices were higher then any other place. Told one price over the phone and then charged more. Picked out a blue color and they painted my nails purple and then when I said something they said oh, sorry and continued painting then purple. It was a light light blue I chose. And it was dark purple. Also my nails were cut unevenly with coffin. Some were way curved on one side and almost straight on another. And didnt ask if they could fix anything at all. Didnt even care. Worst experience ever.

I only got to a salon a couple of times a year. But whenever I go in come here. All services have been great. You are the focus while you are there. Never left disappointed.

I did and walk in full set and they were very prompt. But that was about where the good experience ended. I showed her a picture of how I like my nails shaped, more of an almond shape. I don’t wear them super long in length but she told me for the length it would be extra. I was getting maternity pictures done that night so I didn’t complain. She asked how long to cut them and I told her but she never checked to make sure the lengths matched up. So they progressively got shorter and shorter and uneven from one hand to another. She rushed the filing and cut me several times not just with the file but the buffer machine. The polish was not applied carefully and you can see the edges. All in all a bad experience and I will not be back.

I would give them zero stars if I could. The technician tried to use dirty cuticle cutters on me. I asked her if she had disinfected them and she made a big scene like I was being a diva. She got a new pair only after I threatened to go elsewhere. Im glad I insisted because she later caused my cuticles to bleed. Overall quality of the paint job was also very poor, with shellac on my cuticles not removed. I would never go back.

I love the guys work but the women dont take CC well, I have been a regular here for years and every time a women did them they werent good nails or friendly service. The last time I went about 2 weeks ago I asked the woman doing my nails if she had a color that matched my skin tone she basically threw the ring of gel color options into my hands then stated here look for yourself, she seemed super irritated and she made my nails bleed which led to an argument and no other employees stepped in to dissolve the issue so i paid her what i thought the nails were worth and left. Never will I be back. the new employees are pathetic!

I had gone in and showed the women what I wanted. She gave me her opinion of what I liked and did what she wanted. Changed the design I had wanted and would do extras without informing me of the price. She left my nails very tick, uneven and crocked. I went in for a fill and left very disappointed. Worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had.

Went here for my sisters birthday as a girls nail trip 4 days ago. The lady that did my nails did not paint them to the base of my nail and she did not cut my cuticles . It took 10 minutes to do a shellac manicure!!! My nails are almost grown out after 4 days because they want me to have to come back in to get them done. Scammers. They also don’t allow tips on credit cards .... not sure if that’s legal but regardless this place is a joke.

If you enjoy getting ripped off for your hard earned money then go to touch! This was my third visit zero stars wasn’t an option so here’s my story. I know how much a fullset costs for shellac and nail design is normally $37 but today the tech tried to charge me $58! Oh Noooooo I will NOT be returning. And to top it off I called for an 11 am appointment I didn’t leave until 1:15 because they didn’t acknowledge me as a regular and didn’t take me until 11:45 am! Stay AWAY from this place!

The owner is very nice. Always plenty of staff and they do not spend the whole time just talking with each other when I choose not to gab. I am not one to chat a whole lot. Good selection of magazines. Have not had to wait at walkin. The right amount of chairs. Good location, plentyofparking.

I couldnt be happier with the Nail Place. I get a gel manicure and it lasts me 4 weeks. Not sure how it compares price wise but because I only have to get my nails done every 4 weeks, that adds up to savings in time and money. Every manicurist that has done my mani/Pedi did a good job. Sanitary, relaxing and a good value.

The quality of the manicure I had done is terrible. I dont get my nails done often and this was NOT worth the price.The tech that did my nails was interested in everything else except the task at hand...she cut me 3 times with the sanding/buffer tool and all of my nails are uneven. The gel nail does not go to the edge of any of my nails, just no attention to detail. I will not be back

I come here with my wife and have enjoyed ever Pedicure Ive had. Fun experience and very relaxing.

I waited over 35 minutes to get my nails done (people who arrived after me for walk-ins got called to start before I did) and when they realized the mistake, the tech was extremely rushed and speeding through my dip manicure. I felt like I was an inconvenience to her and she was VERY rough with my nails and hands, even after I would flinch and tell her she was hurting me. She made me bleed on 5 different fingers while using the dremel and when she noticed, she would press her sandy fingers to the bloody spots and say nothing. While pushing my cuticles back, she would ram the tool into my nail beds so hard that my arm would reflexively pull away. Then she forgot to apply lotion/oil at the end and shouted at the poor front desk girl to do it for her while I was paying. Overall terrible experience, it took two weeks for those fingers to heal and stop hurting. I went here because Crystal Nails on cascade (which I LOVE) was fully booked, but I will NEVER be returning to this place and have warned everyone I know about this salon.

First of all i thought this place was good its been along time since ive been there. They are kinda Rude, not only that but over heard others say somthing of that matter to and lady who did my friends asked n made kinda rude comments. And Mostly their brochure says Acrylics for $25 and idk what the cost of ombre ones but total was 45$ and the guy said he was going to make them fancy or somthing since it was my birthday and there jus simple... And not to mention didnt even oil up my cuticles so they didnt look flatteringhIGHLY dissapointed in this place. nO good. Wont be coming there again. Business lost

I was in town a wedding & came to touch nails with the bridal party and they were very nice & clean. Enjoyed my mani/pedi! They were awesome.

We’re to start. The lady took over a hour and a half on my pedi bc she kept checking and answering her phone. They take advantage of the fact that they can’t speak good English so the whole time they try to up sell or over charge you. Make sure they are not over charging you bc they have tried over charging me every single time I’ve went there.
