I love going to Asia Nails to get the VIP pedicure. The massage chairs are great and I always feel so relaxed when I leave. I would recommend going and trying them! There is usually a wait, but not too bad 💜

This is just after 10 days from getting an overlay. My nail is lifting and breaking under the apparent overlay that is supposed to protect my nails. I paid $45 for this. I went in to tell them and they just said, “yeah you should have came in earlier. We only guarantee our services for one week.” Never again.

I was scared at first...Im a 1rst timer. I bet Ill be back real soon!!! And the massage chair can call Me anytime 😉

Excellent quality, skilled and communicative nail technicians, upfront pricing. They had acrylic toenails which I wanted. They had cat eye polish which I wanted. Kind owner/manager that came and talked to me. On cloud nine.

I have been a long time customer of Asia Nails. In recent visits the service has really gone downhill. I just came from a 11 minute manicure and paid $22 for it. I couldnt believe it. She barely touched my cuticles. I will not be back.

I LOVE ASIA NAILS SALON. MY NAILS LAST AND ALWAYS COME OUT LOOKING BEAUTIFUL!!! I HAVE TRIED MANY PLACES DO TO THE DISTANCE BUT I ALWAYS END UP RIGHT BACK. I RECOMMEND THEM FULLY.

After my initial awesome visit my second visit not so much. Got my nails done this time and apparently telling the nail tech how you want your nails done and what you like is being picky and difficult and you will be told. Im sorry I dont want my nails done generically by somebody like a factory. For the $100 I spent that day I expect better service.

This was my first time there. Seems to be a nice place and nice people. Time will tell. I love the way my nails look. Hana did a great job.

I got a full set of acrylic with gel polish and an accent nail and I love them! Usually with shorter acrylics they can be a bit thick but Lena did an amazing job. 💕

Pros:1. The owner checks in with clients when hes there.2. They are changing over to new massage chairs that are very relaxing.3. Some techs remember your name which makes you feel special.4. They offer a range of drinks.5. Prices for pedicures are clearly stated and available to the customer at the chair.6. Most of the techs speak English and can hold a conversation.Cons:1. Techs are not consistent with massages (legs and hands), but do a good job with polish.2. Techs should discuss price before doing the job. This is important if youre adding on any special work (designs, shapes, etc).3. Techs do not always check back at the dryers to see if your nails are done.

No matter how crazy or difficult my request, Hanna always gets the job done and exceeds normal expectations.

Awesome place to go, especially right now

Do not waster your time here, horrible customer service from the front desk that reflects poorly on the management!!! My mom and I were promptly seated to get a shellac and fill in. We asked a few times when my mom was going to get her fill in done with no clear answer. After 40 minutes, I was done and we both walked up to the reception so I could check out. We asked the receptionist how much longer would it be for my mom and she un-kindly responded I dont know - 10 to 15. I stated it would have been nice to know ahead of time that it would be an hour wait for my moms fill in. The receptionist then got so worked up saying she didnt know a few of the nail techs would be leaving and she didnt manage them. And that the techs came and went whenever they wanted to. Basically saying too bad so sad. All she was doing was coming up with excuses instead of apologizing and trying to correct the situation. Imagine speaking in a negative tone to a returning customer when you are the face of the salon. You would think in the 40 minutes of waiting, after acting like we would both be helped right away, that she wouldve looked around to see how much longer would it be instead of staring at her phone the entire time. She shouldve communicated with the nail techs instead of trying to blame them for the wait.

I’ve had 3 dip manicures here. The first was fine. The second was the worst manicure I’ve ever had. And the third hasn’t chipped off in 4 days time. Usually a dip will last 4 weeks. This time it didn’t even last 1 week! Very frustrating. Also, although they can get you in right away because there are so many techs, I felt Like they cared more about pushing me through quickly than taking the time with my nails. Add to that, they are slightly more expensive than other places. I won’t be back.

I’ve been coming her for such a long time! I always love the way that my nails turn out. Only reason that I didn’t give it 5 stars instead of 4 is because of the service. Some times I get great service, other times not the best, but never terrible by any means. They do such a good job here!

I just moved to the area and needed to find a new nail salon. I was a bit aprehensivo with Covid going on, but was extremely impressed with how they handled everything. They took my temperature before I was even allowed past the front desk. They took down my information and date I was there just In case. I watched how they cleaned everything, used hand sanitizer, and had a ton of COVID precautions up through the salon. Everyone wore a mask, and they made sure everyone was 6 feet apart. They were extremely clean and sanitized apart from the COVID precautions as well! Super happy :)The two girls I had do my mani-pedi were fantastic and super sweet! They did such an amazing job! I’ll be coming back from here on out! Loved them!!

I have been going to Asia for about 10 years. I have had several different nail techs. Nick and Lena are awesome. The owners are great. Always polite and courteous. However I will not be returning. The young girl at the desk is horrible. I have never met a ruder person in the customer service industry. Whether by phone or in person she is awful.

I have been here once, and it was back in December. I was in from out of town and in need of a new manicure. Asia nails was conveniently located so I thought Id give it a try. Its now April and my nails are JUST NOW starting to recover from the damage caused by the improper removal of a dip powder manicure. My manicurist was very kind and seemed to be detailed in her work. Thats why I gave the one star. If it werent for her kindness, I would have given less. However, I should have known to leave when it seemed as though she was unfamiliar with the dip powder process. She got up several times during the manicure to ask other employees for help. Also during the manicure, a client sitting close by had just returned and was getting her manicure redone as she too had a bad experience there. This was my first time getting dip powder removed, so I was unfamiliar with the process myself. The nail tech used a drill to remove the previous manicure as opposed to soaking in acetone. She drilled completely down to my natural nail. I asked for a simple French Dip Powder manicure. She charged me $10.00 for removal, and $40.00 for the new manicure. I included the tip. It wasnt until I had left the nail salon and was out in natural lighting that I could see the severe and unsightly damage right through the manicure. There was lint and excess powder that was visible, the lines of the manicure were horribly uneven, the dip powder top coat was already smudged. I had a scheduling conflict and therefore was unable to return to get a refund. Also, it just wasnt worth my time to go back as Im from out of town. I essentially paid $60.00 + dollars to have my nails severely damaged. I went to a different, more reputable nail salon about a week later to get it changed because I couldnt stand the sight of my nails. The nail tech said it was the worst drill damage she had ever seen. I would save your money AND nails and go elsewhere.

Been here two times, first experience the lady doing my nails was rude and rushed through it, but I did come 45 minutes til closing so I decided to go mid day for another chance because maybe I was just “that customer” with my previous experience.. i came back for a fill and I walked in with a picture of what I’d like to have done and asked if they could do it.. the response I got was” yeah, but those colors are a little bright for winter don’t you think?” And I was kinda disappointed because I was excited to get them.. so I asked for a recommendation..to say the least it was all downhill from there I paid $45 for a fill that I was just super unhappy with.. I will not recommend this place..

Clean, friendly, inviting. Quality work. Worth every penny. If you have any issues, dont complain about it later, and dont be afraid to kindly take it up with them right then and there. Theyre happy to fix their mistakes.

You would think that for paying 35 dollars to get your nails done they wouldnt chip a day and half after. Yes I get it that i can come back in and have them fix it. Well here is the thing I already drive 30 minutes to get them done there because they use to do a great job. Really need to have another option for customers that dont just have all the time in the world to come back in and have you guys redo nails that should have never chipped in the first place.

This used to be my favorite place. The last year or so I’m more and more disappointed. After today I will not be back.I had made appointments for 4 of us. They asked if we could come a half hour later so they had enough staff which I gladly agreed to.First the girl at reception was so unorganized when we got there. She let walk ins in before us and we made reservations a day earlier.My pedicure was the fastest job ever. 35 minutes in the chair for a deluxe shellac pedicure.He never used the hot towel. He did not remove a single callous. He rubbed my legs for maybe a minute total.When I went to the rude receptionist to pay I was never given a paper to tell her how much I had to pay. I will admit that I was mad and just wanted to leave so I forgot ( I really did forget, I did not do it on purpose) to mention it was a shellac deluxe pedicure. I just told her a deluxe pedicure. I paid and was 1/2 way out the door when she yelled at me to come back and pay her another $15 for the shellac. The 35 minute polish change should hardly be called a deluxe pedicure but I paid for it anyways.My sister had a worse pedicure than I did and her 8 year old daughter even worse. Less than 12 hours later and her polish was already coming off. That’s what happens when you don’t take all of the proper steps because she’s only a kid. She got a 15 min $20 pedicure.The last thing that just burns me is that they will no longer accept tips on a credit card. It must be cash. We all know that means they are not claiming their tips. I pay my taxes. I don’t like it but I do it. Apparently, they don’t think they have to.Guess what, if you only accept cash tips, I don’t tip. I never have cash on me and will not make a special trip to the bank to get cash for a tip. Sorry. I guess it does not matter, I won’t be back again after today. There are 4 other nail salons within a mile of there. I guess I’ll give them my business.

The last 2 times I have gone here I have had problems. This recent time I got my nails painted and they were supposed to be blue. When I asked her to fix it. Get a different color, she said no, they look good. Finally I just said screw it because my boyfriend was waiting in the car and arguing for 15 minutes about it was a waste of time. Little to say I called to get them fixed today seeing as they were closed yesterday and they said they would fix them for $23 dollars. I paid $53 to get them done. Never will I be going to get my nails done by them again.

The young female receptionist sucks at customer service...I called at around 4:00 on Sunday and they close at 6:00, it wouldve been helpful if she had said on the phone that they take their last client prior 4:30 5:00. How would I know that prior to arriving, so that was a wasted trip.

Gave two stars because I love the lady that did my toes. But everything else was a train wreck. The girl doing my nails kept taking phone calls on her cell phone. My one hand does not match my other at all. My nails arent even painted all the way. When I say what I want that is what I mean. Stop trying to talk me into something else. She rushed the entire thing. Way over priced for the type of service you receive.

I have been coming here for years, the last 3 time I have had a pedicure they have gotten worse. I was in today with a scheduled appointment and have never had a worse experience anywhere. I will not be back!! The girl at the front desk is so rude. I paid for a deluxe pedicure and should have paid for just a Polish change,she never even rubbed lotion on my legs or feet and left a smudge on my big toe. My fault for not saying something but I was so dumbfounded at how poor the service was!! Needless to say NO tip was given or deserved!

I use to come here all the time but today I asked for them to soak my acrylics off and they basically told me no and started ripping off my old acrylic nails...that was the most painful experience I’ve been through in a long time and now I have a huge hole in my pinky nail.... WILL NEVER RETURN!

All the receptionists there are horrible and rude. ZERO customer service and i’m truly disappointed. My nails look terrible after every visit and they rush through and there’s paint all over my hands. The owner is wonderful but the staffing is tragic. Do not recommend.

Over priced. Almost $100 for a full gel set (simple French tip) and pedi (just white nails)... then, 2 of my nails broke the exact same way before my birthday even came around. After getting them fixed, they broke AGAIN AND MADE ME BLEED!! Never happened to me at any other place, I was barely doing anything and they just popped off at the tip. Disappointed, never will I ever spend $90 on some nails, even if it is my birthday.

The lady in the front desk is so rude, she does not know how to treat customers. The technician was in a rush and she did not make the eyebrows as I asked her. I wanted a clean up and she shaped them as she wanted.

I have gone to several places for Shellac nails and this is by far the best! They do an awesome job and do not charge you an arm and a leg either. All the people that work here are very pleasant and speak American as well as their own language, which in my book means a lot when you like to carry a conversation. I will not go anywhere else.

I went to this place for years....i thought they did amazing but now youre just a number...they take your money and hurry up and in my experience they now do sloppy work!!! quick to get you in and push you out!!! I will not be back!!!!

I have been a customer of Asia Nails for many years and they have always done a phenomenal job until this last visit. To say that I was disappointed is an understatement. My thumbs were uneven as one was shorter than the other and when asked if it could be fixed, Vy was so rude. All the other techs are very nice but her attitude is ridiculous. As owners of a company, it is your priority to make sure your customers walk out of the door satisfied and not disrespected.

These women are true professionals. I had a huge hangnail and Lyndsey was my hangnail surgeon... lol She is awesome. Must get your pedicure here!!

Got to my appt early so I could pick out a color my my manicure, they made me start early and as I was trying to look through the colors they were working on my nails so I was rushed through that. I showed the tech a picture of what I wanted and my nails look nothing like the picture. She put on so many coats on my nails which if you know shellac less is better. When I got out to my car after my appt I had to file all my nails because they were rough. I didnt feel comfortable speaking up at the time because we are packed in like sardines so I waited and called and the receptionist said the owner would call me but he never did. I will not go back nor recommend this place.

Had the WORST pedicure today, Ive been coming to Asia Nails for about 6 years & never had a problem until today. Sophie was digging into my toenail with nippers even after I told her it hurt & then she told me I dont have ingrown toenail I have ingrown skin and after she painted my nails, decided to put on the disposable flip flops and ruined my nail polish, fixed it and didnt put base coat or top coat on. Never coming here again!

Got over-charged for something that I was charged less for the first time, and something that I clearly explained that I didnt want, and just before my service I praised them about how I wont be going elsewhere and then the owner said, you better not. Smh, and then the receptionist Rachel wanted to act dumb about it all. Note to the owner, I WONT be coming back and will gladly go elsewhere will the service is consistent and employees dont slack because I am a returning customer.

I am not sure what is going on at this place. I dont know if they are under new management or something but it is starting to go downhill. Waiting forever to get a pedicure, left to soak for an extremely long time, and then having the tech rush through the pedicure is not good. It takes more time doing a rush job because customers like me will make you do it again until it is right. I shouldnt feel like I need another pedicure right after I get my feet done. I went in with a wedding party a few months ago and it was super busy but we had a reservation. I always get the VIP pedi when I go. There was a blond lady ordering the techs around and rushing the service. I was like.... where were you before it got backed up in here?

After just a week of getting my nails done all my nails are lifting, also all my nails were crooked when she did them I told her and she said she would fix it but still crooked. Waisted 65 dollars on something I could have done better myself. I thought they were suppose to be professionals. This place is an over priced joke.

For what you pay it is not worth it! This is the second time i have gone and have been disappointed! First time i whent for an eye brow wax they made one big and one small! One thick and one thin! Then i go today for a pedi and mani and the lady couldnt even do a strait line she covered half my toes for a line! I wasnt going to dare do my nails there i left. !

Very poor experience! Came in for a fill in and for my daughter a pedi and mani for her birthday. The nail tech charged me $45 for a fill in, the shellac nail polish was $20 alone only for her to do a rush job. She kept yanking my hand the entire time and the polish looked like Iike a joke. The manager gave me a whopping $2 dollars off for the inconvenience Wow. My daughter pedi and mani was $45. Ive never paid that much for a kid, but whatever, Ill never be back!

Im really upset that was so overcharged and rushed out of there because they were busy without even getting what I payed for. I was charged extra money at every turn. Even for asking for ballerina shaped nails was 3$ extra, but I STILL got square. When I called to complain I was hung up on! Rude people talk about you in another language but dont realize you have friends who can translate. NEVER GOING BACK!!!
