She did a great job on my pedicure. Comfy massaging chairs to sit in while you get your pedicure. Washed hands several times, place was clean. Scrub felt amazing!

I had the best experience here! Linda was professional, on time (scheduling is best), she gave me a HOT foot soak, long massage and now I’m sleepy.. so much for my to-do list today!! Seriously a great place!

There was only one person working and she was trying to do too much. She rushed thru my set. The chemicals that were used burned and my nails were throbbing for 3 days. Make sure, if youre gonna go here, that theyre using EMA (crumbs when you remove it and is easier to remove) and not MMA (Methyl Methacrylate) which is an illegal substance that is hard to remove. Some nail salons use MMA cuz it dries quicker. I wish I never came here.

My Daughter and I just love it! Well definitely be back🙂. Linda is so sweet, the shop is clean and she did a great job on our eyebrows and my Daughter 💅.

If there was a negative star option I would give a -3 stars for my experience at this nail establishment. It was empty when we arrived. The hostess was friendly but in a very fake way. The nail job was horrible. They did not push down my cuticles or properly clean my nails and avoided the massage all together. The polish started to bubble and when I confronted her about it, asking if she saw the issue she avoided answering but did attempt to fix it, poorly and with attitude. The entire experience sucked. Dont go!

I have a strong idea of why people dont like this place. The owner is very good at her job she knows nails and waxing like the back of her hand. I just feel like a lot of stupid people come in there. And then proceed to ask her stupid questions and waste her time. It just makes her irritated easily. Which it would me too. Ive been here several times and its great. Always clean. And I never waited more than ten minutes to get my nails done.

Very unfriendly and rude people. Their communication skill is equally very poor. As I visitor, I had a few questions that were answered in a rude manner. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They did a very poor job and didnt care. Spoke their language when I asked a question which indicated they didnt want me to understand!!! The place was equally empty with only one client. Had to get a fill. It was an amazing experience. They had great colors and the employees were nice. My nails look amazing. Exactly what I wanted. She was a bit rough with my finger tips but they needed it. Very happy with the service and with the prices.

When I got there the lady was just plan rude. I asked for a design and all she did was say pick your colors and there was not a lot to choose from. I showed her a picture of an unicorn and she said that’s fine, however, she put a different design than I wanted. The worst part of this experience was the next day they started peeling off. It is so frustrating knowing my mom has painted my nails before and they lasted longer than one day. I thought since it was a professional nail salon I would get better quality nails. That is the reason behind my one star rating.

Went to get my nails done barely greet! The women didn’t put me under the nail dryer just used a heating fan and told me my nails were dry. Once I got home my nails we ruined! Never going back

First time getting my feet scrubbed and polished. Workers did a fine job. Going back again.

I went in for a pedicure and was very unhappy. I felt rushed and my needs weren’t met. The lady who did my pedicure was very inexperienced and didn’t even use the right tools to clean and manage my toenails. She actually used a fingernail file. I ended up getting an ingrown toenail. I will not be back.

I had a crooked nail and when I mentioned it to her and she got angry told me it was my finger and refused to fix it. She did not let the polish dry long enough so the polish dried lumpy. I will not come back. I prefer daily nails instead, I highly recommend it.

Terrible . Do not go. The owner Linda is very disrespectful. I have seen her shout at customers because she is overbooked. She is always disrespectful to the employees . I have been in several salons before and this one is not hygienic. Be aware.There are many nail salons around which are cleaner, professional and more relaxing .

I went one day and received a good pedicure. Today I went in and requested a shellac manicure. They talked to each other about it but didnt offer any further instructions. I stood there staring for what felt like forever and I walked out. Wont go back.

There service is terrible!!! The women in there are unprofessional and rude. I waited 30 minutes before walking out meanwhile there were 3 ppl in the back and only 1 person getting serviced. I would not recommend this nail salon. Thats no way to treat customers that are spending their hard earned money. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. They dont even deserve a star.

Reasonable/normal price pedi. Very basic. Staff was friendly, i liked the scrub and hot towel but i wish they would have scrubed the bottom of my feet a bit better.

Honestly I’m not really one to post reviews but the service at the location was truly disappointing. When I came in the first time I got an acrylic manicure and my nail tech was very rude and fought with my hands. She was working as if there was a very long line when there was only me and one other woman in the salon. After my manicure I noticed the paint on my nails was cracking and when I came back to get them fixed she was like “I’ve never seen this before, it never happens” like it was my fault because it obviously happens if it happened now. I felt like she wasn’t going to do anything unless I had asked. When she was repainting my nails, she blamed it on my hair even thought I sat under the dryer for a very long time and my mails were completely dry when I left. Probably one of the worst experiences I have ever gone through and she did nothing but make me uncomfortable, felt like it was because of the color of my skin because when I saw her interaction with other customers she was extremely nice. Will not be coming back and do not recommend

Dirty, dirty, dirty. They dont change the bed linens and she tried to use a used head linen (paper towel) at my wax. Which was obviously used before me as there was wax and hair stuck to it. I had to ask for a new one. After the wax, when I got up my hair was stuck to the bed linen from wax prior to my appointment. Gross

I didnt even go here but I like the name macy so I trust that this nail and spa company deserves 5 stars.

I give them one star bcs there service is very bad and lady who did my nails have very bad attitude. No respect. I told her dont cut my nails short she did very very short. So rude rude rude and she didnt give me a copy of the recepit

Love this place!

I went to do eye brow wax. She bearly put wax on my face and when i asked if she can wax a lil more on one side. She argued with me and wouldnt do it. So now i paid her and it looks like nothing happend to my brows. I went to get them threaded instead what a waste of money.

Went there once, totally disappointed. Very unsatisfied. Nail polish was all over the finger, and there were some missing spots. Never going back there again!

Hours are posted that they open at 10am. They were not actually open.

They are very unprofessional. I waited almost a hour just to get a polish on my toes. Then I watched her (the owner ) yell at another customer. They only have two people working in this business and I wont be surprised if its not here next year ! Horrible place and Ill never come back.
