Shell do everything she can to make sure you get service, and you love your nails.Shes knows whats best for your nails and shell give you quality work. Oh how could I forget?! My first time getting pedicure and manicure in this place and I am coming back. Kim was very good doing her job, very patiently. She was also taking care of every detail. I was the first client in the morning and the price was great.

I make appointments with Cindy, the owner. She does a great job.

The ladies that helped me were super nice and had great attention to detail. The atmosphere was very relaxing and I am extremely satisfied.

I have an awful habit of biting my nails whenever Im anxious. They were getting so bad and these ladies fixed them back up for me! Im in love! Thank you so much, I definitely recommend!

The lady who did my pedicure was great she was awesome👍I will come back for her. But the women who did my full set was really rude!!!!! I called ahead of time and asked did she do long nails the replied “yes” she began to do my nails cut two of them to her liking and didn’t get all of the blue off my nails😥 she told me “I don’t do long nails today you should’ve came Monday or Tuesday !” I was confused because she was already putting the acrylic on she was pulling my hands ruff it was almost as if she didn’t want me there she told me she didn’t have the polish I wanted 😑😑😑 or diamonds but I showed her a picture of what I wanted 🤔‼️❓she was just really mean I’m coming to get serviced from you witch I didn’t have to for you to tell me next time you come I’m not doing long nails i told her it’s okay I WILL NOT BE BACK ‼️‼️‼️ Then she wanted to be more nice most of all I was being so respectful saying thank you told her it’s fine when she cut them too short but she proceeded to be rude also she said “we can’t get the blue off it’s your fault” the lady next to me even told her you are being so rude she told her she won’t be back either my over all view of the shop was great the nail tech was the most off putting and need better Customer service skills .

My first visit was today. Cyndi did amazing, she checked with me periodically to see if everything looked good. No discomfort with burning, stinging ect. Ive left places many times with sore fingers 😢Job Well Done 💅 I will be back!

I went in to get the dip powder, they only had a few colors so I picked my color. The lady said oh you need to do gel fill with shellac, that is not what I requested at all. The fill is so thick and unnatural looking. I had to have her fix my nails multiple times throughout the process. The top coat is not put on all the way over the paint. Not happy at all with the experience. I am very picky about my nails and will never go back there

Henry saved my nails. I had a friend almost destroy my acrylic nails and Henry was able to save them instead of ripping them off and making me pay more. Everyone is so nice and friendly. They offer free sodas and water as well as good conversation. You go there once and are no longer strangers

Honestly it was pretty horrible, they cut my finger! I asked for coffin shaped and they gave me square and the wrong color... they destroyed my nails. They are so crooked and sore. They couldnt keep a conversation and often ignored me and kept ignoring my request to fix my nails. And they kept talking in vietnamese and I could never understood what they were saying. They would banter and then look back and forth at my cousin and me and then smirk. The lady who did my nail have been only doing then for a few months and I felt like that she should practice more. My nails are about a 45° angle upwards. Very unhappy with my experience, I will never go back.

My mother has been going here for 20+ years and loves it! Ive been going since I was in 6th grade and cannot find any place better! I love Henry and all the other workers. They actually make sure you get what you want done.

1st time pedicure and manicure and boy was it fun

First, I need to point out that I am VERY particular about how my nails look. This was my first time at Number 1 Nails. Henry did an amazing job on my nails! They look beautiful! He took his time, was very gentle, and very meticulous. I had told him how I wanted my nails shaped, and he shaped them exactly the way I had asked him to.For these reasons, I HIGHLY recommend Number 1 Nails: the quality of the service provided, the price, the cleanliness of the salon, and yes, Henry is very funny and entertaining!This is my forever nail salon!

Loved the massage with my pedicure by the gentleman. The lady who did the rest of my mani-pedi was rough though. Took skin off at my cuticle.

Fantastic place went here for a fill in and shellac color change after the original place completely botched my set. She evened out each nail and gave me a perfect coffin shape had me going ooooweeeeee!!!! Love love love the ladies here I will never go anywhere else

I will not return to this nail salon and would like to let everyone know how scammed I got and was very disappointed I went to get a pedi and full set 6/22 the woman that did my pedi was awesome I can not complain she was so nice and did a great job!! But the woman that did my full set played me I wanted a full set Acrylic which on there prices is 25 and 25 for a regular pedi plus I wanted the Coffin shape so that was a additional 5 should have been 55 she handled my hands as if she didn’t want to she didn’t file my nails how I wanted and painted them like trash Then said I owed 65 for full set and pedi when I asked why she then said oh you got the Shellac I NEVER ASKED FOR THAT SHE NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT THAT this is just flat out wrong and I wish I could speak to someone who owns this place and let them know how things are being ran I am so upset because this is money I didn’t have to spend and shouldn’t have spent I would have stayed and made her fix them but I had to go I already was there for 2 hours I’ll never return and will figure out how I can’t get my money back for the sloppy full set but the pedi was great I will only say that!!!!

I had been going to a nail place near me in grandville for about 2 years, until the last few months I never dreamt I would go somewhere else, but their work has gotten careless and sloppy. I found Number 1 nails online, checked it out today, and could not be happier. The staff was friendly and the woman who did my nails was very detail oriented and really spent time making my shellac manicure top notch. This will be my new digs.

I had written a good review, but just the last 2 times Ive had bad experiences there, the owner is somewhat nice ... but the younger girl was very rude to me in front of other ppl including owner..i ignored it that day, but then as I walked in there a few days ago, the same young lady whom speaks very good English was even more rude including an attitude, and as the owner came out (which was whom i went to see) the same young lady starts speaking Vietnamese and they both look ay me with a smirk. I will never go back there again. Rudeness is not tolerated if im giving your business my hard worked money.

Went for the first and last time today!! The new owner greeted me and did the service(I didnt catch her name) I asked her for the acrylic I already had on to be taken off, dont trim my REAL nails down, and put new acrylic on with black polish on all my nails except my ring fingers, I asked for SILVER GLITTER. She murdered my nails, cut them down to nubs... Glued tips on, put GEL on, cut the sides of my thumb multiple times, and both pinky fingers. When I asked to wash my hands she told ne no, and put a hot wet towel on my hands (not sanitary as she caused me to bleed) the nails themselves arent smooth, are not the same size, some are longer, some are way too big for my nails. She then put black on the fingers I asked, and GOLD on my ring fingers. Then had the nerve to charge me $50!! Oh, and this took her 2-1/2 hours. I was THE FIRST customer of the day!!! Unacceptable!! Dont waste your time or money ladies!

Horrrrrible! I just wanted a shellac manicure- they were all on their phones when i walked in and didnt acknowledge me til i said helllo? The lady who did my nails didnt even try- she.Didnt cut my cuticles down, didnt massage my hands, didnt talk to me. She took a call from her kids while doing my nails and said sorry i have to take my son to get a hair cut and left! Then some other lady came and started painting my nails and got black nail polish all over the skin around my nails, she didnt paint the edges of my nails and when she asked if i liked them i asked if she could touch up the edges- she acted like she did but deff did not. So i left the salon paying $25 for a nail job i could have done on myself. Horrrrrrible.
