Good atmosphere, nail tech paid a lot of attention to detail and took great care to do a nice job on my nails.

Very friendly and professional.. always told me what was going to happen... one bad thing and I am not angry but you never know what the professionals are saying. I found out today... a worker asked me because everyone wanted to know your secret to being skinny i was real embarrassed...I said a few things but in truth....I have a serious medical condition that I am scheduled to die from... just dont want sensitive questions. Be careful

I just got a French Dip and it’s lovely! The salon is calming and very clean. All of the staff is extremely friendly and kind. Always smiling! I had a great time and left with ten gorgeous nails. Highly recommend Happy Nails!

I have been comin to happy nails since last year and finally decided to get the jelly pedicure and when I tell u I’m so upset I waited so long to try It out. The jelly pedicure is the best I’ve had yet .... I enjoyed everything about it .

Went in around 4:30 pm for a shellac pedicure and had instant service. Nail technician was kind and professional. I am very impressed with my pedicure. She took her time and my toes look the best I’ve ever had. I have tried many places for pedis in the GR area and this is the best.

Very clean and excellent customer service! They pay very close attention to nail shape. My nails were very neat they took care of my cuticles and I received a mini hand massage with great oil it was very relaxing. They also have refrigerated drinks for customers. I will be going back!

I have used this place several times since I’ve moved here and they’ve always done a great job! I’ve gotten both pedicures and manicures (dip powder) done here. The only reason I wouldn’t give them 5-stars is because it seems like I’m always waiting awhile with the nail polish remover on. I can understand 15-minutes but last time I was waiting maybe 25-minutes before the lady came back to check on me. But I’ll definitely still go back!

Love Happy Nails! My nail tech of choice is Trina, but I have seen several and they all do a great job. They are fair and honest with competitive pricing. I have never left feeling like they sold me on something I didnt want or need. Great products and a clean environment. Highly recommended.

Been going to this location for almost 10 years. I have always been happy with the quality of services. Since becoming Happy Nails I have had increasingly poor quality and disappointing results. I will not be returning again. Too many places around here to continue to put up with poor service and results.

When Happy Nails had a fire, when they were located in the Forest Hills area, I was very worried about where I would go to get my nails done. I am happy to report that they are now on Kraft Avenue by the Meijer on 28 street in cascade. And just as they’ve always done, they do such a great job I’m very happy to travel over there to see them. I couldn’t recommend them any higher.

Trina and the rest of the staff are amazing. They are friendly and professional. Reasonable prices and I’ve never been unhappy about how my nails look after they are done. Highly recommend them.

Manicure was great. Pedicure the technician did a rushed job with removing my cuticles, after I pointing out a few flaws before painting my toes, she pointed at my toes and said something to another staff member in Vietnamese that didnt sound friendly. Somewhat uncomfortable after that.

When I walked in thry asked me to choose my color for my manicure. Once I chose my color the lady asked me to sit down. When I told her I wanted a full set of acrylics she said oh really! Well you have to wait for 10 minutes for a different lady to do your nails. I imagine she just didn’t want to do acrylics because she didn’t know how but I’m not sure. When A different lady came she got started on my nails without even saying hi We’re discussing what I imagined I wanted. She just took the drill file them down and started gluing on tips. She didn’t trim my cuticles or push them back. After all my tips were on some of them weren’t the right size. Then she cut the tips without asking what size I want to. The girl seemed in a rush, even though no one was in line, it wasn’t busy at all. when she was Filing my nails she was going way too harsh and it hurt. When she was done two of my nails were bleeding. I showed her and she laughed and continued without saying I’m sorry were excuse me. When she put the acrylic on she was using way too much water and she just put the acrylic over m filing my nails she was going way too harsh and it hurt. And my last complaint is them talking about me. I Has been there before multiple times, they know someone who I am. Good service and decently priced. Surprizingly never busy when I go during lunch, easy to just show up and get service. They also are one of the few spot around that offer (ahem) waxing, and they are decent at it, but I do not know why that doesnt show up in google searches.

Went in with a wedding party, all getting mani-pedis. I got my feet done, and they set me off to the side and told me it was going to 10 min. I then had to wait 30 min, during which time they were booking new appointments, and one lady was just standing around. I reminded them i was still waiting to get my nails done. A lady hastily came over and got to work on my nails. In terms of quality, some of the other girls nails looked good, but i got gel extensions and the application was terrible. The lady didnt use cuticle cutters, just pushed the cuticles back with the drill so they were ragged, sore and bleeding in some areas. She also applied the gel topcoat over some sections of my cuticle where it hadnt gotten properly pushed back and as a result, by Monday morning (I went in Friday morning), the edges of my nails were peeling up already and they looked awful... Would not recommend.
