The prices for acrylics are a little too high for my liking. They get impatient with you especially the guy there. I tried to get the color I wanted on my nails by him looking at a picture of how I wanted them. He suggests things that you dont want and tries to persuade what he wants. My overall experience here was okay.

Once one of our employees discovered A-T Nails, the world spread quick among our dealership, and now several of us head to A-T Nails on a regular basis! We love the convenient location, the dogs we get to spend time with, and the friendly staff! Thanks for all you do A-T!

This place is great! A-T nails was suggested to me by a coworker and the suggestion was definitely well deserved. The nail technician’s not only did an amazing job on me and my friends nails but also were very kind! One staff member even let me hold his dog. Amazing experience, I will be back!

I think it is important to support our local businesses.I have been going to AT nails for over ten years. The ownership has changed but I still continued to visit and was never displeased.The new owners are nice and the nail technicians are all very pleasant and efficient.After a recent visit, I am irate . I stopped in for a manicure and pedicure. I was very satisfied but had to wait almost ten minutes to pay.I was told the charge was $40. I apologized because I did not have cash for a tip and asked that $8 be added to my transaction. The gentleman charging me even repeated So $ 48 dollars confirming my purchase. I signed the transaction slip that clearly read $48 and declined the receipt.When reviewing my credit card transactions I saw that I had been charged $50. Two dollars does not really concern me but I am not a fan of dishonesty. If this has happened to me, I am certain it happens on a regular basis.I decided to phone the salon and have a discussion before just disputing the charge with my credit card company.A man answered the phone and I explained the situation. He told me that a mani/ pedi costs $42, so with an $8 the total would be $50. I tried to explain again that their price may very well be $42, but I was told $40. The transaction slip I signed was for $48.His response was this is your fault for not reading the price list.This may be the worst customer service I have received in years. He never even asked my name.I told him that I would be reporting the situation to my credit card company and he said go ahead. I also told him that I had been a customer for years and would not be coming back. His response WE DONT NEED YOU. In all of my life as a consumer I have never been told I was not needed.If you choose to visit AT nails, please be certain to watch you bank statements.

I have NEVER been happier with how well my nails turned out. Thao was the best. He did an awesome job. I have officially found my new nail salon. They are clean, have a covid plan, and the dynamics of the whole team in there is a joy to watch. Thanks again

I went and got my nails done on 10/23/2020, needless to say, I let the guy know that I have a problem with lifting and my nails are thin. He wasnt listening because one of my nails was lifting the day after. The day after that I had more nails lifting, now a week later almost all of my nails are lifting to the point that when its time for a fill-in I will need a whole new set. The previous owner used to do my nails and I never had a problem, he took the time to analyze my nails and listened, he realized that my nails were thin and when I told him that I have a problem with lifting he knew what to do. Now that its under new ownership/management I will not be going back to get my nails done. The young lady that did my brows did a good job.

You ask if they have time for a manicure and they say yes. And then you sit at the table for 15 minutes waiting for them. Good work though.

I haven’t been able to find a good nail shop here in grand Rapids but once I saw the reviews were OK I decided to try this place when I needed two nails fixed. A girl name Lindsay did my nails and they were horrible I had to go home and fix them and she was not able to file my nails to make them match the other ones. Please do not waste your money. I know sometimes it depends who you get to do your nails but I definitely won’t give them any more my money and I definitely wouldn’t trust Lindsay to do my dogs nails.

The gel and powder polish application held for 2 weeks without chipping and still looked great. The powder polish was new to my wife and she loves it. I enjoy the pedicure. People are very nice.

I love AT. They do a absolutely amazing job everytime. Special shout out to Sue Tracey and Lindsay. I drive 20 minutes to get my nail done because every time I try somewhere new I remember why its worth the drive.

I received the deluxe pedicure with the hot stones. It was so relaxing. I chose the Jasmine scent. She did a really good job. Staff is always nice when I come here.

I came in for a manicure and I was really impressed! It was without a doubt the cleanest, most cozy nail salon Ive ever been in. The staff was very friendly and professional. The lady who did my nails was meticulous. She did try to upsell me on Shellac but honestly, thats a part of getting your nails done. All salons do this because they want to increase their revenue. It was $15 for a manicure which is a bit expensive, I suppose. But like I said, it was meticulous. I have no complaints.Furthermore, they have really nice driers so there was no bubbling, my nails dried really glossy and hard.

My daughters nail broke while she was working and they quickly fixed it for her. No questions asked. Very professional, they do a great job.

LOVE this place will be going back. I had an amazing experience first time there with my daughter we both got Manicures. The people who work there are nice warm and inviting. It felt relaxing not rushed like some nail places.BEAUTIFUL set up too! Everything from the flow of the set up the decor everything about it was warm and relaxing. My daughter and I were both very happy with how our nails turned out. I will definitely be going back to get a pedicure as well.

My boyfriend asked his female co-workers where the best place to get their nails done and was referred to A-T nails. He got me a gift certificate and I finally went in a few weeks ago for my pampering. Best experience ever, by a long-shot! I got the gel manicure and they could make any color I wanted sparkly. The staff is super friendly. Im going back tonight for a regular manicure after work.

I refuse to go to any other nail salon. I always book appointments ahead of time and request a particular technician who does the best job ever. This place can get packed and for a very good reason. So, if you dont make an appointment in advance, you have nobody to blame but yourself.Where else can you get the kind of high quality mani/pedi that includes attention to detail, paraffin wax, leg massage, bottle of water, and razoring the backs of your feet in an awesome massage chair at such reasonable prices? Plus, the owners, Andy and Jackie, treat their customers well.My husband loves getting pedicures here, and Ive recommended them to friends and co-workers. I dont trust my nails with anyone else. The only way that they could possibly make my experience better would be to offer wine instead of water. I might just want to live there.

Every time I have been to A-T nails they have done an amazing job, HOWEVER their customer service is what stops me from going. Every time I have gone, Ive gotten an amazing job but I have been treated very rude and unprofessional. The guy manager is very cocky and insensitive. They also act like they really do not care for your service, almost as if they have enough regular customers to get them by. When I have asked to get my hands and feet done they only tell me they have time for one or the other and when I tell them ill just go somewhere else, they have just brushed it off. I do no know if the treatment of their customers is even worth the good nails. Oh, and good luck getting in!

Went in for an under arm and lower leg wax. These people want to charge me for a full arm and leg because it took longer. It took longer because i had to tell her 4 times not my lip my legs and under arms. She finally understood this and did her thing after she said she was done i had to point out many spots that were missed. She did go back and fix some but i still have to go back home and shave and remove the wax residue from my legs and under arms. She never explained the process as if i had waxed before which i havent but they didnt ask to find out so i found that rude. But i am never coming here again.

This place is beautiful, but the owner is extremely rude and argumentative. The young man doing my pedicure cut me twice and I was bleeding from 2 cuticles. He argued with me over and over, saying he nicked me once and the other was my old polish. I called the owner over and she was so so rude and mean when I asked for money off. I wish I loved this place but I cant go back. They have no concept at all about good customer service and thats sad for them.

I really enjoyed Tracy she was polite and friendly. I wouldnt go back without making an appointment with her. Unlike other nail salons they werent pushy when it came to upsell opportunities. I recommend the deluxe pedi and mani what a great value. Unfortunately I smudge my toe when I got into my car. But I will definitely be back.

Omgoodness. I had a horrible experience.. The facilities are clean and very nice but the lady who did my nails was the WORST. She couldnt do a smooth line on a french pedicure which is like the most basic thing ever. Whenever I told her it was crooked she kept saying its fine its fine... when it came time for my shellac manicure there were wrinkles and uneven applications on several of my nails... again I made her aware of this and she kept saying its fine its fine. And just applied 2 more lumpy uneven layers. Another thing is I asked if she had gold for my design I SHOWED her a pix of and she said yes. When i asked to see it to make sure for my specific design she kept saying ill get it later. When the time came for my design. Of course they didnt have gold and she proceeded to show me 3 champagne colors that were almost identical as if I was blind and unaware of what colors were. ALSO it chipped 2 days later and my french pedicure was cracked all throughout the clear base. BY the end I was highly upset and made no effort to hide it and she had the nerve to get an attitude with me and toss my hand back after the final application. Also it is a bit more expensive than traditional nail salons which is fine. But if youre more expensive I expect a better quality. Never again Never again.
