This is amazing I just got my nails done here and if I come back to Austin will definitely come back to. They offered drinks, did dips well my pedicure is gorgeous. Definitely go here. My nails are short and I asked them to do no tip. So in the photo they look to short. But its because I bite my nails not because they filed to far. They did not hurt my cuticles with the buzzy thing that shaves the top of the nail. Over all this place was one of the best places for nails I have EVER been to. If your think about going to get your nails done for a reasonable price go there.

My daughter had told me about the powder that she had done in California. She suggested I try that. I went in not really knowing what I was to expect. The guy that did my nails could not have been working any faster. He did nothing with my cuticles it was a horrible job! And it cost more money than the other treatments. The fellow that was doing my feet at the same time seemed very uncomfortable and embarrassed by the job that was being done on my hands. Their work in the past has been mediocre but that time their work was Beyond excuse.

Saw Hannah for the first time yesterday and wanted to write and say she was great. Manicure and Pedicure was amazing and she is very attention to detail. Recommend her.

If you’re talking about people and service this place is 5 stars. Cleanliness is the only reason I would mark this down one star. Kevin is phenomenal with sns! They don’t overbook either, if they’re busy, they tell you!

We love Elegant Nails - wonderful shop personnel with outstanding service. They are attentive, caring, and do excellent work. We have been going there for years and cant say enough good things. They are the only nail salon in town as far as were concerned. You must try!

I went for acrylic nails and they nails were cut at all different lengths (none of them matched) . they were also crooked. after a couple days of having them they started to break off. i am truly disappointed in the quality of the nails. never coming back!

Im relatively new to the area and there arent a lot of nail salon options here. I tried this place for regular spa pedicures and it was perfectly fine. Basically the same proficient job/cheap lotion/quickie massage youd get in any strip mall nail joint. Before a recent trip I decided to try SNS/powder dip nails, and awful doesnt begin to describe it. They were thick and lumpy and all rough around the cuticles, and the guy doing it didnt even push back or clip my cuticles (I know some people dont like this but Im fine with it). He just used the little drill machine to clean them up a little--and I mean a VERY little--and then started with the dipping. I happen to have weeds for cuticles, so this was a surprising choice. I wish Id taken a picture (I was too embarrassed and horrified, frankly) because it honestly looked like a toddlers handiwork. I will probably go back for regular pedicures but NEVER would I get this service here again.

Hannah always does such a wonderful job on my pedicure and gel nails. Love going here. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed in not only the quality of work but customer service as a whole. I went in yesterday to get my nails dipped, alas, the nail technician did such a poor jon, there were bumps and color differnces, sloppy edges. I had her redo them, then she simply applied gel to hide the terrible work. After 5 hours, it chipped and anyone who does dip should know that this should NEVER happen. Went in today to have them fix the chip, was told it would take an hour, walked out, never to return again & i would suggest you simply never go.

I have been a loyal customer since 2017 and have always been greeted with a smile and to me that is very important. The services I get are mani, pedi and eyebrow wax and I have never had any problems. Kim the owner is very nice and I highly recommend her for eyebrow waxes. Hannah is great at mani and pedis highly recommend her. Prices are reasonable and wait times are far and few in between. Best thing is to call for an appt. Love this place.

Planned a last minute birthday outing here for my daughter. The staff was accommodating of some changes and did a great job on the mani/pedis for us.

Went here with a group of girls for w/ a wedding party, awesome and friendly service!! Absolutely loved the look of my nails after completed, prices were very resaonable...Will defiantely continue to use them for their services.

I got the worst shellac manicure/regular pedicure. I dont think it was necessarily the place but the person...she seemed to be a manager and got up every half a nail to talk to someone at the front. Instead of telling people to wait or come back they tried to smash everyone in at once, which both took forever and resulted in awful service. I had to ask her twice to clean the polish off of my skin around my toes, and on top of that my nails werent even covered completely. I did the delux pedicure and she didnt do the massage at all, yet was more than happy to charge me for it.When I asked her to correct it she was rude to me and looked at me like I was insulting her. When I looked at my feet after, there were major gaps and still some polish on my skin (looked like a shoddy home job) and my shellac was patchy and didnt even last 4 days.My friend however got a great pedicure and shellac from a different employee and she was very happy, so ultimately it was the lady not the place. But oh well. Never going back either way.

Got a gel manicure and within 3 days it was chipping and no matter what I do still feels sticky.On the positive side got in right away on a Friday night
