I use the Paris Shoppe location. I have gotten haircuts all over the world. And I have to say that Gracie gives the best haircut I have ever had. Her fades are absolutely flawless. I drive an hour to get a cut by her. They are that good!

The best barbershop in west Michigan. Ive been here a few times and I am beyond satisfied every time I leave. The staff is very friendly and the prices are very good especially for the quality service provided. I would strongly recommend getting the judes haircut as opposed to just the regular haircut. I look forward to coming back in the future!

I got my hair cut yesterday by George. Usually I am super picky and find things about my haircut that I hate or bother me. Not only do I find my haircut perfect, but I’ve never gotten so many compliments on my hair ever. George is amazing and I’ll never see anyone else. That man deserves a raise!

Finally Judes has redeemed themselves! Had terrible experiences at the Caledonia and Kentwood locations. The people here actually know what they are doing. Haircut was butchered in the past but very impressed and pleased with this time.

I have been coming to the East Paris location for about 4 years now and won’t go anywhere else! I even moved out of state about 6 months ago and still find a reason to get back to Michigan for a haircut. I have been going to Jen since day one and she impressed me each and every visit! I am very very picky about my hair and how wells it’s done and Jen knocks it out of the park every single time!!!It is always a great experience when you and your hair stylist have a relationship and can pick up where you left off on your last visit. Jen and the East Paris staff are so great I will be seeing them twice here in May.Highly recommended. I was born as a Siamese twin, my brother did not survive the surgery to separate us. After lil’ Bob’s face was removed from the back of my head, Audrey has risen to the challenge of a proper bald fade with my “challenging” hairline. She navigates the scar tissue much like a Japanese Buddhist Zen garden master. It took me two years of bad haircuts to finally find a proper fade. Worth it.

Been getting great haircuts at the cascade locations for 4 years. I went to the East Paris location two days ago because Cascade was booked up. The haircut was terrible. Cut way to short on one side. No recovery possible. Should have guessed there was a problem when she turned me away from the mirror for almost the whole time. I paid for the haircut but will never go back to this location again.

I had a great experience. My hair looks great. I got a shave as well. While the shave was very relaxing I dont think that it was worth the extra money.

Terrible at listening to directions. I simply asked for a three on the sides and a little scissor cut on top. However this stylist was very scissor happy and decided to give me a buzz cut with the scissors. I realize that it’s just hair and it grows back, but for the time being I look like an idiot. For guys, Judes is a no-brainer. They provide excellent cuts at good prices, have a fun atmosphere, and an upbeat staff. Make sure you call in ahead or, better still, register online for an appointment or you may find yourself either waiting for an opening or looking elsewhere - they can get busy.

Very disappointed in our experience at Judes on East Paris today. My son and I walked in at 3:45. Two stylists were working with clients; neither acknowledged us when we walked in the door, right past them. There were no other employees present. After a 10-minute wait, someone came out of the back and greeted a customer who had arrived about the same time we had and asked if he needed to check in. No one talked to us. When I walked over to the computer where the third employee was now standing, I asked if we could check in. At this point, she told me that they were completely booked for the afternoon and wouldnt be able to cut my sons hair. It was frustrating to wait without any interaction with an employee for 10 minutes, only to be ignored once again by a third employee and then turned away -- but when I pulled up the website in the car just minutes after leaving the shop, I was able to book an appointment with a stylist by name for that same day, at 4:15 PM. There were so many customer service misses here today. We wont likely return.

No matter which stylist I get they do a pretty good job. For busy schedules I would recommend using the Judes App. This location is very clean, has some pretty cool art, and everyone is friendly and professional.

Walked in the other day to get my annual haircut, was met by a very pretentious girl with purple hair. She asked if I had called ahead, I said no. She then informed me that there was no availability. There were two girls working both had a customer, no one waiting and the girl with the purple hair was finishing up with hers. If you call it says that checking in ahead is not an appointment. She must have not wanted to serve me, maybe she didnt like the way I look. Very snobby staff. Wont be back.Update to judes response: Blah Blah Blah!!!!!!!!!!

Currently going to the Saginaw location near East lansing, while in grand rapids my wife and I thought we would stop and get my hair trimmed at the East Paris location. Well an hour in the chair and my hair was a disaster the gal that was cutting my hair needed a hand from the girl next to me who was amazing she really helped her out by fixing it as much as possible because she cut a hard part into my head when I asked for a trim and medium fade from 0 to 1 all the way around. They both apologized and I was a little irritated so I left without a full Judes haircut, i didnt get charged but Ive been a Judes costumer for about a year now and this is the second time Ive had a few try and cut a fad style hair cut I explained to her that I am in the military and unable to have it cut that way. I have a regular who cuts my hair and Ive finally learned my lesson Ill only be able to go to one judes location. Only reason ive posted this is to warn others to let them know up front your in the military so no (fad) hair cut.

Too busy for walk-in with 1 waiting in person. Typically I call ahead to make an appointment but this time I decided to go after work. I guess only having 2 stylists means its by appointment only. Maybe next time when your call ahead slots are 100% booked for an evening you should switch your open for business sign to closed. Ill stick with the location near my house from now on.

Homecoming night for my son, they chopped his hair & made it all crooked. He was in tears on the way home. Their answer, after his hair was already shaved, come back & we can cut it again. There was nothing to cute. They reply they will not refund his money. They are no better of a chop shop than any of the others in town.
