As with all sports clips, my experience was pretty good. Hair cut, hot towel shoulder massage. They were having customer appreciation month so I got a double MVP for the price of one. Store is very clean wait time wasnt too bad considering it was pretty busy.

Nice back rubs & scalp massage if one gets a good stylist. Insurance wont cover it, but SO MUCH CHEAPER than therapy!

LINDSEY IS AMAZING!!! I came in for a haircut in preparation for an interview because this is my favorite SportClips to go to. However, the stylist very much did not deliver on what I was looking for and I grew very uncomfortable being in my seat. I ended up settling for what I got out of fear of moving any more forward. I called days later and Lindsey answered, apologized for the issue and had me come back to personally take care of me. She had two stylists watch as she corrected the cut and showed them what she was doing to fix issues and how to identify them. Very, very professional. Ive never loved a haircut so much. I will continue to call this store my home for haircuts. Thank you Lindsey!!! ❤

Sport clips is never a bad visit, I have a rat tail braid that I call my Jedi braid, and she cut my hair the way I wanted on the 1st go, gave it a nice wash, and after it was all said and done she re-braided it for me. Everything was done quick, clean, and friendly without feeling rushed at all

Such a great staff. I have my hair cut by at least for different ladies. Jessica Jordan and Kendra were absolutely amazing and perfect! Highly recommended getting the hot towel and hair wash! They are just super professional and so freaking friendly!

We use the app for check in. I highly recommend it. Jordan is my sons favorite. She takes great care of his hair. He wont let me clip or cut at home, but he trusts her completely. Hes 10 and they bond over video games. Shes great with him.

Not connected to app. Showed 50 min wait time. When arrived after 50 min- they said i was 30 minutes late.

Took my son here for his haircut. Its a great spot for boys and men. We moved from Lansing to GR and were happy to see there were sport clips in GR. Hali was his stylist and she did a great job of cutting and styling his hair. We didnt use it, but they also have online check in which I highly recommend for busy times.

Ive been getting my hair cut by Kendra over the last month or so and shes been awesome! The other girls are also very friendly. Pricing isnt bad at all. Well worth the money in my opinion.[7/19 EDIT]No change to the rating, but Kendra no longer works here, but have been have working with Jessica. She has been great!

I arrived directly from another barber shop where they did an awful job. Jessica immediately put me in a chair and did an outstanding job fixing the mess I arrived with. I cant say enough how fine a job she did. Kudos to you Jessica! 👏

Not the best haircuts at this location. Last stylist seemed brand new to cutting hair. Took twice as long and asked if she needed to get someone to look at because she wasnt sure if it looked right.Wont go back to this one.

My boyfriend and I recently went here for the first time and had the absolute best experience! Meghan cut his hair and she had us both cracking up and enjoying every bit of the experience. The customer service was amazing and every person we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. The stylist gave my boyfriend the best haircut hes ever had and also helped us pick out some amazing products - the tea tree oil products! We will have to buy more soon because Ive been using them as well!Now my boyfriend is actually excited to get his haircut and confident that each time its going to look great.

My fisrt time using sports clip for my foster son that has autism and we had a great experience. We did bot have an appointment but were served in a timely manner and the worker took great care to help him feel comfortable. They did wonderful and I plan on taking him back.

This place gives great haircuts and they provide hair wash so I can go about my day without having hair falling onto my clothes.

It took me years to find a good haircut place in GR if you ever go in ask for Sadie. Ive been going here for a little over a year and a half now, at least once a month. Every time Sadie listens to what you want done, is efficient, and genuinely shows that she loves what she does. If she were to ever leave this location I would probably go out of my way to follow her to a new shop with my business. 10/10 Would Recommend.

Its as good as any other chain hair salon, but you get to pay more. The VIP cut and massage was done with a hand held massager for 20 seconds. That cost me an extra $4.

It’s always hard to find a stylist that listens and can give you what you’re looking while also being a wonderful person to be around. Nani (apologies if I got the spelling wrong) has been cutting my hair and trimming my beard the last year or so, and I always leave very pleased with her work. She is great at her job, as well as a pleasure to talk to. Getting my haircut by her is the highlight of my day.

Ive been getting my haircut at the Knapps Corner location for almost two years. I have been very happy with the quality and service . More importantly my wife has been happy. The two stylists (Rebekah and Tiffany) that work with me have treated me well and have displayed a sense of professionalism that has exceeded my expectations. I normally tip modestly but I have found I am consistently being more generous here because I have received such a good value.

Awesome.... I had a free coupon so I brought a little boy in to get his haircut and for $5 more he got a hot towel and a massage and it meant the world to him to have that done. The 14 year old boy that I brought in is dealing with a lot in life and it felt really good for him to get pampered and just time spent on himself. The Stylist was a sweetheart and treated him very well.

It was my first time at Sport Clips and Sarah hooked me up! I asked for a medium bald fade with a hard part and she did a fantastic job! She was friendly and she took her time in cutting my hair. I would highly recommend Sarah! The place is very clean and the workers are professional. I will come again if I am in the Grand Rapids area!

You know how sometimes you wonder if a companys run by robots? Well not here. This place has a really warm feel to it, like its owned and operated by actual human beings. The staff has always been friendly and informative. Every time Ive gone they always seemed to be very good at reading where I was at, whether I felt talkative or just wanted to relax and keep words to a minimum.Ive gone to some high end hair salons, and the products they sell here are competitive and priced well. Their hours are reasonable, the staff is cool... Just good stuff. A+Id recommend it for sure, and I dont even like sports! Haha!

Good first impressions, Kara did a good job. Pushed their products a little harder than I expected but that doesnt bother me. Ill be back again for sure. I never did get my receipt, that was the only detractor. I wonder if there is a problem with them being emailed.

I had the assumption that sport clips was too expensive, I usually just go wherever is close by if Ive gotten a coupon in the mail or something. I had a coupon for here as well, which is what made me give sport clips a try, and I was pleasantly surprised. Their prices without a coupon are not bad at all, and the girl who cut my hair, Angelica, did an AMAZING job. I think I found my new spot.

My brother was extremely upset with the results of his hair cut. He said a lady named Meshira (MeMe) did his hair today and it came out terribly. He wanted a 1 on top and 0 on the sides and it’s like she didn’t even listen at all. His sides look awful and have some patches that just didn’t even get cut and are longer than the rest??? and the top literally is just a line around his head, no fade whatsoever even though he asked for it. This is the worst service we’ve received here and we will NOT come back!

I showed up today a couple minutes after opening and the employee walked next door for Starbucks saying Ill be with you in just a few minutes. Also, they price gouge a bit with inconsistent employees, long wait times, and theyre understaffed. All leads to a pretty pour experience.The check-in and account management is absolutely horrible. Theyve had the same issues for years.

Been going to this site for years now and most of the time the girls get my hair perfect. You can usually tell which girls are newer and nervous, so just be patient with them.

There is a $10 upchsrge for cutting hair past the shoulders, even if you just want your split ends trimmed up. Plus they still upchsrge you even if you have a coupon for a free haircut.

Returned home for the holidays and needed a trim. This place was quick and everyone was super friendly. For only a few dollars more you get the MVP package with a steam towel which is a must.
