After making an appointment for brow wax and haircut I arrived at the salon. Vikki managed both services and the results were excellent. Great haircut and perfect brows! Ive paid considerably more for the same quality elsewhere. Ill be back to Supercuts.

Was not greeted professionally. All three stylists were with a customer. Was told they would come get us when one was available. Over the next 10 minutes we watched all the clients leave. I understand that it takes time to wipe down the station but after waiting a total of 15 minutes after our appointment time we were not called in. I had other things to do so we left.

I stopped in tonight for a quick eyebrow wax and left the salon in much worse shape than I stared. The stylist reeked of cigarette smoke which was very unpleasant considering our close proximity. I asked her to just clean my eyebrows up underneath and the next thing I know shes applying wax all over. She ended up actually pulling a layer of skin between my eyebrows. It burns terribly and will take some time to heal.

Sat there for over a half an hour after the appointment time and watched people go into the back and not even take our appointment. When they took a perm before us and we mentioned that we had a 1:30 appointment (it was 2:07 now) she was not very nice and said the lady had an appointment for her perm. We said forget it, we are going to be late and nobody cared. I didn’t appreciate my time being wasted. I’m not sure why they took others before us when we had an appointment. First time and only time there and never going back.

Another perfect haircut by Michelle, who is also lots of fun to talk with. Haircuts are also a reasonable price.
