The amount of inconsistencies at this nail salon is crazy. I go to this nail salon because its very close to my house and I did in the past like how they do nails. But their quality and service has went completely down. My last set of acrylics was a fill in and a week later one of my nails started to lift and completely damaged my natural nail causing it to be badly bruised underneath. Im hoping that this is not going to be permanent damage to my nail. If you care anything about your nails, go to a place that sanitize their tools and that cares about your natural nails.

Quick service, but certainly not rushed. I really enjoyed my heavenly pedicure. The tech seemed a bit apprehensive about applying the gel polish for my manicure. Not perfect but I like it. Will return in several weeks for another service.

I went in to get a pedicure, atmosphere is quite rude. while being there a couple people complained about their nails after being done. and Lin was rude after customers complaining. my pedicure was quick and the lady which wasn’t wearing a name tag, when I tipped her (cash) I asked her to break a $20 and she helped herself to getting $10 before I was able to give her or say anything. who does that? first and last time here.

Lin, the manager is out to get your money, be careful!! I come here every two weeks, but my nail tech wasn’t here today so I let Lin do my nails, I get basically the same thing just different colors and she’s trying to tell me how much a nail art cost and over charge me, and what make this situation so bad she’s the one who gave my nail tech the price of my nails and now today it’s different!! Be aware of Lin, out to get your money!! And she’s very rude!!!

They check temps at the door 🙏🏽 Cheryl was very patient when I gave direction on how I wanted my nails. She paid attention to details and was spot on when I pointed something out. Great Job Cheryl! They need better towels OR JUST PAPER TOWELS and better smelling hand sanitizer

Been coming here for years! Ping and Lynn are great! Lynn currently does my nails, I wanted an ombre effect, shes amazing! Ive paid way more to have this done and it was subpar. Lynn does a phenomenal job, love my nails and I get so many compliments.

Do Not Go Here . Very unclean and once I took my polish off my feet I notice black spot on both of my nail bed of big toes which is fungus. I never experienced this until I came to this nail shop worst and disgusting experience. Now I can’t even wear flip flop because this is embarrassing .

I have gotten a pedicure, before Covid-19 $22, during covid19 $28 service was bad water scolding hot, i told the nail tech she was hurting me she kept going like i said nothing. My sister and I were temperature checked but the lady that came in after us was not. I will never return, one due to cost and no acknowledgement of my pain threshold and two for non consistency with temperature checks. This is not baseball it wont be a third to strike out.

I have went to this salon a few times and it was ok but the last time did it for me. Will not be visiting again. I ask for an eye brow arch and the first lady did a horrible job after I waited for her to finish someones feet when I was getting ready to go. I told her I didnt like them at all and she still tried to charge me for a messed up job. Now the second one tries to fix it and takes off all my hair after I told her not to. If you could get no stars that would be the best.

Very unprofessional. I cant for a no chip pedicure and they have someone doing my nails at wanted to polish and put each nail under the light one at a time. Ive never heard of such buffoonery. They argued with me and told me that I had to pay full price before 10 minutes they have someone else come over and do my nails properly. I had to wait for someone else to do the full set of nails, while waiting I need it to charge my phone. I went to the car to get my phone and she chased me out saying where you going you didnt pay we have a charger in here. And gave me an iPhone charger which is not compatible with my phone. Im so disgusted at the treatment in the service I will never come here or recommend this place again.

All I have to said is that this place and the people who works there are very incompetent!!Yes they do not even deserve a one start.I had booked a last minute trip, I have tried many nails salons including this one in the past but there’s always something they do wrong or I’m not completely satisfied with their services, is either they give you an actitud when you have a request or they don’t understand the language, or they do a very poor job, considering that is not cheap getting their services and they always expect a tip....I walked in and I had a couple of simple requests to do on my nails, and I walked out with the worst nail job ever, they didn’t do anything that I had asked for and I was charged for it... in between a pedicure and the ugly I don’t know what to call it nail job they left me with I paid $70.00 dollars !!!! I really had to go and I had no time to argue so I paid and told them how unhappy I was, and that at soon as I comeback I will want them to fix my nails the right way. They agreed to it and of course with an attitude.I came back to their “nail salon” and asked them to fixed them and they had me waiting.. after a while I asked a lady how much longer do I had to wait and her response was I don’t know, I am busy right now.... very rude and she started to ignoring me!!! and then she ask me to comeback at 7:00 pm because they where busy... are you kidding me!!!!If they would’ve done their job right the first time they wouldn’t had to do my nails twice!So I left and i will never comeback, and I hope you either ! I am so tired of all this nail shops of taking advantage of us they should be grateful and appreciate our business since some of them can’t even speak English.

I specifically scheduled an appointment over the phone and the lady took down my name and phone number. I come the day of the appointment and she claims she never spoke with me and didn’t write anything down while I showed her proof that we were on the phone for 2 minutes. This was going to be my first time at this nail shop but I guess it was a sign that I didn’t need to be there!

Came to this establishment over the weekend and after my services were rendered I was advised if I used my credit card I would be charged an additional fee to swipe my card. The service was horrible not to mention. I will not be returning. They need to do better.#somuchforrelaxing

I have been to this location on 2 occasions. The first time was great, my pedicure was perfect and the woman spent extra time insuring that the polish was evenly placed. The second time was not as nice. When I received my pedicure I was told there was no extra charge for massaging my legs that day. However, when I was given the total I was told that was not correct, it was an extra $22. When I was discussing this with the woman who did my pedicure, another customer next to me said that she had the same experience of being told some services were free and then being given a bill. I guess the bottom line is, DENY ALL EXTRA SERVICES unless you plan to spend the extra cash.

They do a good job but my no chip chipped within a week and this was the second time. They need a higher quality nail polish.

This was hands down the worst manicure I have ever had. I tried Oak Park Nail Lab 8 months ago and had an ok experience. Its close to home but I didnt love it. I recently came back to give it another try and I regret that decision.I came in to have a dip manicure done less than a week ago. It was a slow afternoon. The first lady who helped me started cutting the dip polish off of my nails with a cuticle clipper. I have never had this done before anywhere else I have had a dip manicure. This cause some of my nail to peel off when she was cutting at it. Then she started to buff my nails down and soaked them. She then got up and started a pedicure for another client. I sat for over 30 mins until a different lady came over to finish taking my dip polish off. Throughout this process there was damage done to my nails, especially my index finger. I decided to cut them shorter because I didnt want to make a big deal out of it. I felt like the individual who was helping me was doing a very sloppy job. My thumbnails were filed to different shapes. The final coat of polish came out uneven on a few nails.By the end of this whole process I had been there for 2 full hours for a manicure and was ready to leave. I didnt love it but I didnt hate it.The reason Im leaving the negative review is because within 4 days my nails started to chip and crack. I called to see if I could come in and have them fixed. I was told I needed to come in before 6pm, which I was not able to do because I would not have made it in time after work. I asked if I could schedule an appointment for a different day and was hung up on. I then called back explaining that I was disconnected and tried to schedule an appointment to which I was told to come in whenever and hung up on again. I work in customer service and this really bothered me.The salon I normally go to has a two week guarantee for a dip manicure. I have never had a nail chip or crack ever when I have gone there. I was very disappointed in this experience. I personally will never return to this nail salon ever again.

With a name like Nail Lab I really thought Id be happy with the results... SMH! I waited 1 1/2 hours with only 2 customers in there. There was only one person that did fill ins and on top of that it mustve been her first time filling and polishing. My nails were so lumpy, thick and polish all over my cuticles... I had to go to another shop for them to redo it all over. They werent the friendliest either. Maybe theyre only pleasant to their neighbors or old clientele. Either way they need to let go of that name! Let a 5 star have it.!!

They need to update their polish. Ive been to better and didnt have to go to the suburbs to get the experience. Its overrated

I was hesitant to go get my nails done here because of the negative reviews. However bc I am extremely close and new to OP, I gave it a try. I got a no chip mani and a reg pedi. My nails and toes came out really good. But the foot /hand massage was short and a bit dissapointing. They also have a 3% charge for using your credit card. So a bit over priced. I guess I would go again if I was short in time since its close. But have been to better places like Nail Paradize in OP and Dazzles i Elmwood Park. My nails did come out good and it was fast service.

Been going to these places for over a year and they have gotten absolutely disrespectful and rude. Very under staffed and poor jobs at pedicures. Will never step foot in this establishment againIf you wanna wait 3 hours for a mani and pedi this is the place to be

I continue to frequent this place because the customer service is ok most of the time and it’s close to home.Not once have I received a service I was completely satisfied with.My most recent no chip did not chip but the white polish sure did wear off. I notified the manager and she just shrugged it off and told me it was from hair products.
